The gift shop, workout facility are readily accessible and conveniently located just steps from your accommodations. Enjoy walks along the beach followed by a dip in the newly-renovated outdoor pool. Relax in the outdoor hot tub, sauna, or steam room and indulge in seasonal amenities, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), and an outdoor tiki bar! Select from an array of complimentary DVD rentals and remember, SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, making it ideal for reunions and special occasions. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 0408 is lovely one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Settle into this peaceful refuge surrounded by tropical decor and cozy furnishings. Prepare appetizers, meals, or frozen libations in the fully appointed kitchen that seamlessly blends into the living area. Gather comfortably together for a movie in the living room with a flat-screen TV or around the dining table for snacks and meals. Catch gorgeous sunsets on the balcony directly overlooking the gulf. Recline on the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room or on the king-sized bed in the master suite with flat-screen TV and en suite bathroom.



Venture off property for shopping, dining, water excursions, or nearby attractions. We’ve got it all right here in Destin!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Perfect location but not in a great condition

We stayed there for 3 nights on 4th july weekend. Location was perfect on the beach. Community has nice pools and amenities. But the condo itself is pretty small and not a in a great condition. Furnitures are pretty old. But overall a decent property i would say.

Loved the view and the area

Room needs some attention. Carpet has stains needs cleaning. Needs a dresser for extended stays. Had to use half of bed for clothes for three week stay. No communications from owner during entire stay.

Had fun... but

Great location with beautiful view. A little overpriced for the condition of the room. Although not in poor condition, you had peeling at inside corners, tub wouldn\'t drain very well, so your standing in ankle height water during showers. A little outdated cosmetically. The beach is beautiful and you are located close to everything.

1st Destin Trip

I must have over read that fact that while towels are supplied, there is no towel exchange, so guest must wash their own towels. Again, I’m sure it was an oversight on my part. This was my first trip to Destin. While the white sand and blue water are beautiful, with two young kids, the area is to over populated for my personal taste. So for that reason alone, I will be trying to locate a more low key area for a return trip to the region. Thanks for a wonderful stay and lasting memories.

Needs updated

Sundestin was a nice place to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. This unit needs updating. The couch and carpet are stained. The refrigerator has rust stains both in and out. The tub was clogged. It just looks neglected. With a little tlc and updates it could be beautiful.

My review

The room had a great view to the ocean but not on top of the covered pool. There laid chewed up chicken bones, cigarette butts, kids toys and seashells. From entry to the balcony there were numerous issues with wall imperfections, loose/cracked tiles, a carpet with multiple stains with a variety of colors. The carpet felt moist and sticky in some spots. The water pressure was great asides for the smell of chlorine in the water. And beware tall folks, those short toilets put a toll on the knees.

Overall not bad

The decor is a little dated in the living room and look very 80s/90s. Could use information on linen services such as bath towels on the guest portal. We tried to wash our own since we were not aware if we could get them from guest services or not. We found that the washer and dryer on the 4th floor was broken. The washer just made our clothes wet and soapy and didn’t rinse them thoroughly. We ran another cycle to try and rinse them and were left with dripping wet clothing that had not gone through a spin cycle. Then the dryer failed to dry any of it. We had to hang it all out to dry on the balcony and find the only laundromat in the vicinity the next day and unfortunately wasted 1.5 hours of our trip there. The room felt clean but overall felt a little run down. The decor in the bedroom helped it feel slightly more updated.

Unresponsive Host and Additional Concerns

Pros-Location and views are amazing. Linens appeared to be professionally cleaned and so was the apartment. Cons-The host will not respond to communication. Stove only had 1 working burner. Very uncomfortable furniture. Couches were very worn out and the mattress was stained and uncomfortable (it did have a cover). Don’t expect a good night sleep on these. Roach found roaming the wall of the living room (this can happen anywhere but adds up to negative experience. Glass door does not lock. They advertise condiments are available-they are not which caused additional trip to store to later find out the stove did not work properly. Coffee pot does not work properly. Bring your own shampoo and soap if you are staying a couple of days. They only provide small hotel-like product. Very disappointed with the experience.
