CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

SunDestin Unit 1210 is a delightful one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Immerse yourself in the uplifting yet casual atmosphere with cozy furnishings and everything needed to ensure a leisurely stay. Whip up tropical drinks, savory hors devours, or full-scale meals in the fully appointed kitchen, catch a game on the flat-screen TV in the living room, or enjoy a board game at the breakfast bar. Delight in gorgeous waterfront views from virtually anywhere in this open concept living/dining unit. When it’s time to settle in, opt for the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room or the king-sized bed in the master suite, complete with flat-screen TV and en suite bathroom.

Should you decide to venture off property, head over to the Track, just five minutes away! This recreation center boasts a plethora of activities for every age. Two 18-hole miniature golf courses, go-kart tracks, an arcade with video games, and bumper cars will keep the whole family entertained!

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
