CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.

When you step into SunDestin 0610, you will be welcomed by tranquil colors of the coast and a comfortable living room with seating for 6. The well-appointed kitchen is perfect for preparing a quick beach snack or cooking home-cooked meals. The bedroom and living room are equipped with flat-panel televisions but the floor-to-ceiling glass door to the balcony will demand all of your attention.

This 1-bedroom vacation rental, in the heart of Destin, offers ample sleeping options for up to six people. The master bedroom is suited with a king-size bed, twin bunks are nestled in the hallway and include a queen-size sofa bed, along with one full and one half bathroom for added convenience.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
