CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.

Select some complimentary DVD rentals and swing by the gift shop for T-shirts, sunglasses, beach apparel, and mementos.  With over 3,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, keep SunDestin in mind for hosting large events, like weddings, family reunions, and business meetings. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.

SunDestin Unit 1611 is a charming one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Relax in the cozy living room, on the balcony in the open air, or at the dining table with seating for four. No matter your location in the open concept living/dining area, enjoy beautiful views directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Prepare meals or snacks for the beach in the fully appointed kitchen with plenty of counter and cabinet space. When it’s time to retire, snuggle up in the living room on the queen sleeper sofa with flat-screen TV or in the master suite with a king-sized bed and flat-screen TV.

You’ll find Destin is distinguished by a fresh, seasonal, and locally inspired philosophy celebrating the bounty of Florida’s Gulf Coast. Check out Brotula’s Seafood House & Steamer or Boshamps Seafood & Oyster House, both with expansive views and amazing local fare, just five minutes away from property!

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
