THIS PROPERTY RENTS FROM THURSDAY TO THURSDAY. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 15 PEOPLE.

Comfortable and roomy, Sandy’s is an ideal vacation spot for friends and families to gather. The house, which SLEEPS 15, is a short walk from town and Crescent Beach. Although the house accommodates a large group, it’s 3 living rooms and indoor and outdoor sunrooms make it possible to strike the perfect balance between personal time and togetherness. The house is nicely maintained and well appointed providing a delightful setting for a memorable vacation.

This house is handicapped accessible.

No smoking or pets are allowed at this property.

We always have such a wonderful time when we visit BI, the house is amazing we have enough space for everyone, and we can be all together but also each have our own private space. We have been staying here for several years and we always looking forward to next year.

We love staying here! Last week was our 5th time renting this house. It is perfect for our large family. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and the kitchen is perfect for preparing meals. The deck has views of the airport which entertains the little kids and gorgeous sunset views for the adults to enjoy. Jiff is attentive and easy to reach at any time. Sandy’s House is a gem and we will definitely return.

The house is wonderful, lots of comfy rooms, within easy walking distance to town, and has a great deck with views of sunset and the airport. Everything about it, including Jiff, who manages the property, was fantastic. We had 13 people at one point, including an 8 month old, and it never seemed a bit crowded.

The house was better than expected. Our kids and grandkids loved the house. The library was a great room for grandkids to enjoy. Outdoor shower was the best we have ever had in 25 years. Easy walk to school for kids to use the playground. Not a bad walk to town I was told by my kids. Jiff was a great property manger! Great sunsets from deck!

Relaxing on Block Island at Sandy's House

This is our second stay at Sandy's House. The location of the home, the spaciousness of the house with so many special locations - library, screened in porch, back deck, sunroom and more, has made it the perfect location for our extended family. Jennifer and team responded immediately to some small concerns that we had during the week. We cannot wait to return!

Our Happy Place

This is a well-maintained spacious property that accommodates our large family (three generations). It is conveniently located and, in the eyes of my family, perfect. The libraries are spectacular, the dining area capacity huge, and the porches and deck great for relaxing. Highly recommended.

Perfect for large families

We stayed here for our third time and love this property. The house is spacious enough for everyone to be together at once, whether it’s in the kitchen or out on the deck. We enjoyed family dinners outside on the deck each night, watching the amazing sunsets. The large deck allowed us to relax and watch the airplanes coming and going from the nearby airport. The kitchen is excellent for preparing and serving meals for the whole family. There are many bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. Jiff is easy to communicate with and makes check in and check out simple. We find the only draw back to this property is the small yard. We would enjoy family games of wiffle ball or croquet, but find the yard too small for that. However, all the positive aspects of this house outweigh that and we plan to stay here for many more summers. Thank you Jiff!

Multi Family Summer Trip

Delightful, comfortable home with lots of space to roam. Our group consisted of three families ranging in all ages and there was something for everyone. We all loved the two libraries! The kitchen had updated appliances and was plenty big with seating that easily accommodated our large group. Bedrooms were roomy with lots of windows, some with separate sitting rooms. We had a hot and humid week and were concerned about not having air conditioning but that proved not to be a problem. The way the house is situated the breezes and fans (provided) made it comfortable. The views and sunsets from the wrap around porches were a bonus. Great location, 1/2 mile walk to town, bike or short car ride to beaches. The house is handicap accessible. Jiff was very responsive and quick to remedy the (very) minor issues we had. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful Place!

We had an amazing family stay, the house was spacious with a lot of areas to relax, it was 15 of us including kids from infant to school age, and we have never felt crowded. Everyone had their own space and also we could spend dinners and other time together. The location was great, we walked a lot to town and around areas. Jiff was kind and very helpful with any questions! We are looking forward to have more future family time there!

Amazing week, spectacular sunsets!

Sandy's House over delivered! Our extended family comfortably had privacy and wonderful gathering spaces in the kitchen, large kitchen table to accommodate our group and outdoor seating for dinner. The location of Sandy's House is within easy walking distance to shops. The location on the island is off the beaten path, making for a peaceful local. We cannot wait to return. This is the perfect house for our large family. Thank you for the memories!

Sandy's House

Awesome, spacious, well equipped, quiet, scenic place close enough to town without being in town. The house has enough room for several families to spread out and have some privacy. The air moving throughout the house made the lack of air conditioning unnoticeable. The enormous kitchen made meal prep comfortable. The outdoor shower was amazing. We've been coming to the island for 20 years, this house is the best! We loved it here and can't wait to come back.

Another wonderful stay at Sandy’s House

This was our second year at this property with our large family and we love it. The many bedrooms are spread far enough apart to allow privacy and quiet time when needed. There are plenty of bathrooms and showers. The kitchen is large and allows the family to all gather together. The large deck has two oversized picnic tables that we utilized every night for our family dinner. The deck affords beautiful views of the island’s amazing sunsets. The airport is in the distance and it is entertaining to watch the planes come and go. The only minor drawback to this property as compared to others that we have stayed at is the lack of a yard. There is nowhere to play family games of wiffle ball or bocce. Despite that though, this is the perfect home in which to spend a relaxing Block Island vacation

Amazing stay

Best location to stay for a large group on BI! Walking distance to everything and the house offers plenty of space so socialize together and separate when needed. Would highly recommend and plan to return some day.

A perfect vacation.

This home had everything we needed for the week. Lots of space to congregate or spread out and relax. Quiet neighborhood with a moderate walk to town. Great sunsets from the deck. Loved every minute of our vacation!

Great house

10 of us spent an enjoyable week here. The house is clean and spacious. No one ever felt crowded. Kitchen is great for cooking for a crowd. Loved having 2 refrigerators in the kitchen! Ceiling fans and the wonderful breeze kept house comfortable. We had no mosquito issues and were able to enjoy the large deck well into the night. Property manager is responsive and easy to work with.
