“EXCEPTIONAL” is how our guests describe our 1750 square foot patio home located in one of Scottsdales most desirable neighborhoods. Spacious interiors with modern but comfortable designer furnishings. Every detail has been thoughtfully provided for your enjoyment: Luxurious beds, towels and toiletries, puzzles and games, books of every genre, fully equipped kitchen, a large screen Ultra4K HD TV with all of the best streaming apps....there is truly something for everyone! For outdoor recreation we have at your disposal: 2 beach cruisers, trekking poles, a mountain bike, tennis racquets, pickleball racquets, as well as pool towels and accessories. If work is a must, we have you covered with secure high speed WiFi at 499mbps, and a designated home office space with a printer. WiFi extender pods are placed throughout our home to ensure excellent coverage!

Dave and Sandy fell in love with Scottsdale years ago when her mother moved to the area. In recent years, with both of their children grown, they have found more time to travel and were delighted with the opportunity to own their perfect vacation home...in their favorite neighborhood! They spent the past summer making it perfect for themselves, and now they are happy to share it with others while they are at their primary residence in Washington state.

The location of this home could not be more perfect for those wanting to experience all that Scottsdale has to offer. We love to hop on our cruisers and in moments we are on the popular Maricopa trails just a short trip to either Old Town, Desert Botanical Gardens, or Papago Park for sunset views of downtown Phoenix! Up the road is the iconic Camelback Mountain, one of the many amazing hiking spots in the area. Local dining is outstanding, but sometimes we love to hit the local Farmers Market and play chef at home. If baseball is what you love then this is the ideal location for you with several training fields nearby and lots of opportunities to spot your baseball heroes at local hangouts. Historic and lively Old Town Scottsdale is a fun way to spend the day with great shopping, dining and art galleries... then it comes alive at night! We also love an occasional Spa day and will happily share our recommendations with you. There’s so much to enjoy here with all the local attractions and nearby recreation, but we also love a nice day at home with a good book by the sparkling community pool!

We love our neighborhood! The friendly vibe, beautiful grounds, and the ability to be at the pool or hot tub in moments from our doorstep give it a resort-like feel that have made it a perfect getaway for our family. Even though it’s located in the heart of Scottsdale, it feels peaceful and private, and yet just a quick15 minutes to or from Sky Harbor International Airport!
