Great for Kids and Mariners Spring Training

We stayed with our kids and went to Mariners Spring training games, great location for that and the pool was perfect in our downtime! Very clean and responsive property manager..within minutes! Great for families.

Spring Training

We enjoyed staying here while we attended baseball games, hiked, and visited with family. The pool and backyard were relaxing, we made fresh lemonade from the lemon tree, we used the list of hikes provided in the guest book. Thanks!

Perfect Family Getaway

This was by far one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed at. The home was super clean, stocked with everything you could ask for, and the pool/backyard was the icing on the cake. We were a family of five adults and two teens, the home was the perfect size. Lori was wonderful to communicate with, always prompt and helpful. We look forward to a return visit in the future.

clean and accurate listing

The home was clean, comfortable. The listing photos matched our experience in the home. The house had everything you might need in a rental (including plenty of pool towels and some fun puzzles). It is in a quiet neighborhood about a block from a little park. There isn't anything else within walking distance, but that is how pretty much everything is laid out in AZ.

Great sisters reunion all around.

The place is great. We would stay there again. The only negative review would be the 2 un-smart TVs. One of them was really small w no remote. The pool, yard, outdoor seating were perfect for our large group. The bbq bar was very useful. We cooked so much great food. Lots of fun, laughter, and food. Thank you.

Home Away From Home

The property was beautiful and very clean. There were amenities provided in case you forgot something. The pool and backyard were spectacular and provided relief from the heat. The owner was prompt to answer any questions about the property. The location was within 15-30 minutes of most local attractions. If you are looking for a place to stay in Phoenix, then I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Girls weekend

My mom and I met here for a long weekend. I could’ve not asked for a better stay. The communication with the owner was impeccable. She was so flexible. We were able to check in early and check out late. She responded within minutes. The place was beautifully decorated and very clean. The outdoor area was perfect! I would highly recommend. I am already planning my next stay here.

Wonderful, classy and relaxing house

This house exceeded all our expectations. The property managers and owners were very helpful whenever we had any questions. The response time was immediate and friendly. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. The backyard is an amazing oasis. the outdoor furniture and ammenities were wonderful. We were refreshed and renewed at our time at this house. It is also close to shopping and the neighborhood was pleasant to walk around for exercise as well.

Well appointed and lovely

My wife and I came to Phoenix and decided to book this house. We have stayed in a number of vacation rentals over the years and I have to say this was one of the best. There were lots of things provided that we are used to having to buy. It had more than one roll of toilet paper in each bath! There were cabinets full of laundry and cleaning supplies that were provided and or left by previous guests. Also, there were cabinets full of games, books, and coloring supplies for our kids!! Just fabulous and very comfortable. This is a perfect place for families or small groups. We would definitely book again if coming to Phoenix.

Wonderful Holiday Hoime

The house exceeded our expectations in almost every way. We agree that the garden is a desert oasis, with good seating locations, a great pool and a good outdoor barbecue (although bring a light for night use). The location is very convenient and the surrounding Neiborhood is good. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Phoenix area.

Favorite VRBO of all time

This house is absolutely stunning, with a gorgeous outdoor area. Very clean, well decorated, and has everything you need. Lori is great at responding and was very accommodating. This is the second time I have met my family here and it definitely won't be the last.

Great spot for families!

We really enjoyed our time in the home. With two kids, we found plenty to entertain them including the pool, outdoor games and board games. Everything is well labeled and easy to use. A fantastic location for us - perfectly situated between Phoenix and lots of fun restaurants and other activities. We are already planning to return!

Great House

We had a great long weekend at the Backyard Oasis! There was everything that we needed at the house plus more. Games, floaties, coffee, soap, everything!! We were very impressed. The house was centrally located to everything that we did, concert, TopGolf, shopping at the outlets and tons of restaurants. Pool was amazing! Cannot wait to come back with our kiddos next time!! Owner was a dream to work with:)

Great location! Great house!

We did an extended rental. Loved this house! Backyard is an oasis! It’s central location was excellent to everything. 5 minutes from Westgate Entertainment district and 5 minutes from Park West district. We are hikers and found this central location about 30 to 45 minutes from all hikes. Communication with Lori were very good - can’t wait for next year!

Wonderful

Nice location...easy freeway access. The home was clean and had all the amenities. Soft towels, pool towels, comfortable beds & sheets! Over all ...very relaxing, quiet, spacious, clean. It has everything you need and more! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
