Espectacular vista completa de la playa del Golfo desde la sala de mi condominio.

Primero me gustaría agradecerle por ver la información de mi condominio. Espero que te ayude a planificar tus vacaciones, eso es si eliges mi condominio.
Mi 1600 pies cuadrados La casa / condominio estilo Florida tiene 1 balcón con vistas a la mejor costa del Golfo para disfrutar de hermosas noches de luna y largos días soleados en Sunshine Beach. Esta casa / condominio es de 2 pisos en los pisos 4 y 5 frente a la playa. Su es un ascensor. En el piso principal hay una cocina completa, comedor, sala de estar combinada con acceso al balcón para ver la playa. ¡Qué vista tan maravillosa es esta! También en el piso principal hay un baño 1/2.
En el segundo piso hay 3 dormitorios, 2 baños completos y una sala de lavandería. Tenemos una maravillosa piscina que mira hacia el agua intercostera. Donde puedes nadar en la piscina y ver pasar a las gaviotas. Este condominio está a una corta distancia a pie (mismo lado de la calle) de una tienda de comestibles de Publix.
 1 1/2 millas al norte del condominio es un área llamada John's Pass. John's Pass tiene todo lo que necesitas para unas vacaciones en Florida. Compras, restaurantes, deportes acuáticos de todo tipo y mucho más. Somos 30 minutos al oeste del aeropuerto de Tampa, 1 hora y 20 minutos.
de Disney, (que no es un mal viaje en absoluto. Mi condominio también está a 5 minutos al norte de St. Petersburgo No puedes encontrar un área más central que Treasure Island, Fl.
Si vuela a Tampa y no desea alquilar un automóvil, tome el servicio de traslado en autobús del aeropuerto de limouzine que lo dejará a usted y su equipaje directamente en mi estacionamiento por una pequeña tarifa. Un viaje de 30 minutos, servicio las 24 horas que ofrece el aeropuerto de Tampa. Reserve con anticipación cuando haga los arreglos de su vuelo. Treasure Island también ofrece servicio de tranvía alrededor de Treasure Island. ¡Esto es lo que yo llamo fácil!
Este no es un hotel, es mi segunda casa. Por favor sea respetuoso durante su estancia allí. Tenemos residentes que viven allí durante todo el año. Si mis invitados son demasiado fuertes, seguramente lo escucharé y te llamaré. Después de 2 llamadas telefónicas, le pediré a mis inquilinos que se vayan sin reembolso. No permitimos que los adolescentes y los niños corran en los pasillos, es peligroso porque los pasillos están abiertos y 4 pisos abajo. Absolutamente nadie puede pasar por las ventanas de la habitación y colgarse de la repisa del techo, inmediatamente se le pedirá que se vaya sin reembolso.
La seguridad es lo más importante para nosotros. Las tragedias son demasiado tarde para pedir perdón.

Perfect beach location

Loved everything about the property from accommodation to location. Across the road from beach, short walk to restaurants and Publix, we had the pool on many occasions to ourselves and Sue was always quick to reply to any queries I had and we had the best views from the balcony for 4th July, would highly recommend.

Nice place to stay in treasure island

This place is very specious and in a great location. My family of 6 stayed here and it was an unforgettable vacation. The pool is very nice, stores and restaurants in walking distance. Quiet place great host! Would definitely stay here again! 10/10

Great location

First time staying at this condo and it was very nice. Had everything we needed and then some. Place was very spacious and location was great. Only thing I would say is you have to check out at 9 am which was kind of early but we just hung by the pool until it was time to head to the airport. Would for sure rent from Sue again.

Treasure Island 2022

Sue was a great communicator and responded to any questions or issues I had during my stay! The view was great from across the road…bay was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the dock! Beautiful sunsets..the kitchen was very well stocked with all cooking accessories and dishes. She also has a wine cooler which was very nice! Publix was an easy walk…very convenient location especially if you are flying in. She also Provides nice beach chairs and an umbrella along with some floats, beach towels, cooler etc.

Large unit, close to beach, great communication!

This unit is clean and spacious with great access to the beach, shopping and public transportation. Sue is very communicative and had her own IT staff (actually it was her son ;-)) who helped me with an internet connectivity issue. My only suggestion would be for a VRBO binder of some sort that gives the check in & check out procedures, condo rules & regs, TV & IT information, emergency contacts, etc. that I have found so helpful in other VRBO's I've stayed at over the years. Sue, thank you for providing us with such a wonderful unit for us to stay at during our vacation.

Great Location Directly in front of 4th of July Fireworks

We had a wonderful stay. Nice size 3 bedroom home with wonderful Gulf views. Unknown to us at the time we booked, the public fireworks display for the 4th of July was directly beachfront to us. We watched from the comfort of the balcony. Plenty of towels (we brought our own beach towels as we always do because we use a lot and don’t want to wash them every day). Everything worked fine… washer dryer stove microwave coffee maker etc. easy access from elevator. My nephew, who lives locally, was able to use a visitor parking space when he visited us. Showers had good pressure and didn’t take too long to heat. Beds were comfortable and AC worked great. Sue is a wonderful host and was very available when the TV didn’t come in at first (we found that the previous renters moved the cables around and didn’t put them back correctly; no fault of Sue’s). Thank you for the memories!

We enjoyed our stay! Thank you! The condo is spacious, bigger than we thought, allowing for plenty of space for a family of 5. The check in, check out is smooth, landlord is very responsive, great communication. The building is relatively old but well managed, Location is great, steps to Publix supermarket and at the beginning of a very cool walking beach path. Pool was well equipped and really good size! The unit was very clean and effectively organized. Nicely done! We were extremely sensitive to the view. The view is unobstructed but the building is actually situated on the second line. The first line on the beach is a low rise 2-storey building. This building is a second line, separated by a road. The unit is on the 3-4 floors, so the beach view is unobstructed. But if you are sensitive to the noise of traffic you may choose to have all your meals inside:). Great stay overall. Thank you, Sue!

Stop! Rent This Condo!

Our usual motel in Treasure Island was booked, and I happened to find this condo. We hit the jackpot! The condo is lovely and spacious. Everything was clean and ready for us. Sue has almost anything you could possibly need. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a wine refrigerator! Note that though the pictures show a coffee maker (which is in a cabinet), there is a Keurig. We had brought regular ground coffee with us but ran to Publix (a short distance away) to get a K-cup (we left it there so you can bring either). There are even pool toys and beach chairs. Check the bedroom closets for additional fans if the second level gets too warm. We didn’t have a problem with the temperature. We spent many evenings (and afternoons) on the balcony watching the ocean and the sun go down. The view is incredible! The sliding doors to the balcony are almost soundproof. We never heard traffic or any outdoor noises. The dining room table was great for family meals and nightly board games. The condo complex is small which suited us well. There were never more than a few other people at the pool. We saw a dolphin and a sea otter from the dock. We talked to other visitors who watched earlier as a manatee came right up to the dock. The beach is right across the street. Finally, communication with Sue was amazing! She’s incredibly friendly and so witty. Though I have never met her, she feels like an old friend. If you’re thinking about renting on Treasure Island, you should book this condo. You won’t find a better price and the condo itself is fabulous. This will be our ideal vacation spot when we return in 2024.

Family vacation

This was our first time doing a VRBO. The condo was amazing and beautiful. We loved every moment of our stay . I will probably never stay in a hotel again. I felt at home from the first moment we walked in the front door. The fully stocked home made our stay so nice. I never heard a neighbor from inside or a road noise it is so quiet. Sue is so wonderful to work with and quick to help out with any questions we had. We absolutely will stay here again if it is available during our next trip

Great stay at Susan’s place!

Susan’s place is in a great location, and delivers great views from the front (direct view) and back of the building (short walk to pool and intercoastal waterway). It’s a little dated, but simple and spacious and we loved that the bedrooms were upstairs. Noise was not an issue despite the busier street and activity outside. We didn’t end up using the double twin bed room due to the comforter having stains but to Sue’s credit I forgot about telling her since we didn’t use that room. Some bulbs were out, some of the lamps were unplugged, but otherwise everything was functional. Upstairs gets a little warm at night but there were plenty of fans to cool things down. The beach is beautiful and clean, and is an easy walk across the street. Surprisingly, we had the pool to ourselves nearly every day. The only star I left off was for check in. Not sure if this is a VRBO standard, but having to request the check in information and instructions the day before or of arrival has been my experience with the last two places we stayed whereas other owners have provided this with a welcome note closer to arrival. Just makes me nervous…but Sue was super responsive to my inquiries, helpful and warm. We couldn’t find the beach chairs, etc. and Sue answered right away. There are several notes up about no sand in the condo, understandably. We were careful about this and rinsed and wiped all the chairs and toys down each day as the storage closet is on the balcony and you have to go through the condo to put them away. Tips-Publix nearby is very convenient but also pricey, due to tourist location. There are plenty of other stores in the area and we went to a dollar store to buy necessities such as sponges, paper towels, hand soaps, extra soaps for the showers, laundry detergent, sandwich bags, sugar for coffee, etc. as these were not provided. For families, definitely check out City Pass, we spent every other day or half days between the beach and other attractions and saved a ton of money and our skin from burning, haha. We visited Fort DeSoto park and it was breathtaking. The Zubrick’s Magic Theatre in St. Pete was great, too. We ate at Britt’s pizza twice, the kids loved it so much. There is so much to do and see in the area that the week flew by. Overall, this property was affordable for us and met our needs for location, space, amenities, and was family friendly. I teared up coming home from our awesome vacation and will return to the area again!

Fabulous vacation!!!

We absolutely loved staying in this condo! The view was great, really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the ocean. The condo building was small, which we loved, no waiting on the elevator!!! The condo was very clean and was equipped with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this condo!!

Condo with an amazing view!

Condo was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed . Lots of beach stuff: chairs , floats, umbrella. The crosswalk to the beach was right in front of condo complex . Spent a lot of time on porch looking at the beach and beautiful sunsets!! Saw dolphins in the bay on other side of condo. Could walk easily to restaurants and Publix, Walgreens. Liked having 2 levels when 8 y.o granddaughter visited....if everyone need their own space it was there! Susan responded quickly to any questions we had. Had a beautiful month!

Wonderful Place

This was a very nice condo. Owner was quick to respond to any questions - Thanks Sue. A few notes about the condo - it's located on the 4th and 5th floor facing Gulf Blvd and Gulf coast - view is absolutely beautiful from the deck - sunsets are breathtaking; there's a lot of "commotion" on Gulf Blvd - cars, people walking, etc...great for "people watching". There's 1/2 bath downstairs; all 3 bedrooms are upstairs along with 2 full bathrooms (1 in master bedroom and 1 guest bathroom). There's also a full laundry room on upper floor. Gulf to Bay Lagoons is a small 20 unit condo which is nice. Pool area on the intercoastal with 2 very clean bathrooms in pool area; during our stay, it was very quiet at the pool area. Condo owners very friendly and pleasant. This complex is located only 2 buildings away from Publix grocery store and liquor store (convenient). Many restaurants within walking distance. Beach is right across the street; easy access. John's Pass is a little over a mile away. If you don't want to drive anywhere, I'd suggest taking Lyft (they're more "prominent" in the area). Difficult to get an Uber at certain times - especially during weekends. All-in-all, terrific place and had a wonderful time. Again, thx Sue for your hospitality. My husband and I bought this condo in 1995 and love it. Our 42 and 29 year old love it as well. Our grandkids think this condo is heaven, well from a kids point of view anyway. With every business adventure we take and offer, we try to give the best value for your dollar on the market. We offer complete honesty, caring and dependability to every renter. We happen to think these great morals and values are still important to us. Have a beautiful day. Remember this condo is right across the street from the beach and has an amazing 4th floor view of the Gulf coast. No view obstructions at all. There's also a walkway in front of the condo so it is possible to stop traffic at anytime to cross.

I vacationed in this area with my parents when I was 15 years old. I fell in love with this area because of it's simplicity, and said one day I would return. We have vacationed at my husband's friend's condo for a few years and when the condo next door was for sale so we bought it. The beach was and is the biggest beach that I've ever seen, and the sand is so white. Can you just imagine digging your toe's in the sand on your beach towel listening to the waves hit the shore? The sun is so warm hitting you. Do you know where your flip flops are? My condo is so close to the beach that you don't need a car to get there. Walking to everything is convenient and recommended. When you have kid's, and everything you do, you don't need inconviences. This area is as simple and beautiful as it gets. The Publix's grocery store is one block plus away, how easy is that! The pool over looks the intercoastal water and is beautiful. Lay on your raft and watch the seagulls pass by, and do nothing. I can't be at this condo on the beach as much as I would like, so, I would like to share it with you. Everyone need's to relax as much as possible, it's what we work so hard for. This condo is in a layed back area, nice and relaxing! I do have a huge wagon to cart your beach stuff to the beach. Trust me it helps!

Our condo complex (Gulf to Bay Lagoons) doesn't have alot of amenities other than a pool. Isn't the beach what your coming to Florida for? I call my condo my home base. Out side of the condo complex you have everything you can think of doing, busy, busy! Returning to the condo say's to me, slow down and relax. It doesn't have alot of people traffic on our complex. At some point on your vacation you need to slow down to feel it's going to last longer. This is the place for you. My condo is all open, light in color and it has a feeling of tranquility and a view of the beach and sunset to die for. You can see everything and everyone from my patio on the fourth floor. From watching dolphins in the early morning to watching weddings at sunset, you see it all!!! My condo is also close to John's Pass just 1 1/2 miles north of the condo. You can do everything like parasailing, deep sea fishing, a four hour cruise, jey skii, rent a boat, restaurants, mega shopping and tiki bar's for night time entertainment. Also in the area is, miniture golf, fast food, a candy store, Publix's grocery store, Chocolate by Joe in St.Pete's, ice cream shops a board walk, more tiki bars, and other restaurants, a Cuban sandwich shop(the best) and lot's of little Florida souvenir shops. It's also 5 min. north of St.Pete's beach and 1 1/2 hour from Disney, 30 min. from Tampa airport. My condo is pretty central to alot of fun things to do. ENJOY!!!
