Wonderful vacation home! VERY clean with everything you could possibly need including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. Marcelo was a great host and immediately responded with answers to any questions we had.

Life is a Beach

Excellent location. Beach is never crowded. Great place to watch the Rocket launches. Ten minutes to the Port to watch the Cruse Ships go out. Great restaurants with great food and live music. Ten minuet walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room in the Condo.

My stay was nice. Marcelo is a good host, communication was good. House was clean, really nice the house is a block and a half away from the beach. Overall great stay. I stayed for 3 weeks and it’s a solid place for long period stays

Great place

We have stayed here before and it is always a good experience. Close to every thing. Very clean and well maintained. Only con is that the patio furniture is in rough shape and uncomfortable. Needs to be replaced

Christmas vacation!

Always enjoy staying at your condo by the beach to visit our family twice a year. Thanks for the excellent communication and providing a very well kept condo that feels like home away from home.

Excellent Place!

Super clean, excellent layout, large patio area, very short walk to beach. Has all the beach amenities, chairs umbrellas etc. Highly recommended!!!!

Close to beach and quiet neighborhood

This property was so clean! Furnishings and appliances seemed brand new. Bedding and towels good quality. We watched a night rocket launch light up the sky from our balcony and walked the one block to the beach for a handful of other launches. Only connected to one other unit which was a plus.

Relaxing

Loved the location. Close to the beach, wasn’t over crowded like some areas in Florida. Would definitely stay in this area again. Seeing 2 rocket launches was awesome as well!

Christmas vacation to visit family

This is our favorite condo to rent. It's just a short walk to the beach. The condo is clean and roomy to fit our family of six. All essentials are included to get you started on your vacation. Location is close to Publix and good restaurants. We look forward to renting again for our summer vacation.

Beach fun!

We went to the beach just about every day and it was an easy walk. We went left instead of down to the park because it was much less crowded at the other access. We did go to Orlando one day and it was an easy drive. We also got to see a rocket launch so we loved the location. The house was nice. The beds were comfortable and it was clean and had what we needed. We appreciated having the linens, soap and toilet paper all provided. All we were missing was dishwasher soap. Kitchen could use more bowls and cups but otherwise was sufficient. We had a great week and would definitely stay at this house again.

Beach condo in quiet neighborhood

My family of six stay at this spacious beach condo twice a year. We love renting this three bedroom condo because of the close walk to the beach and beach stuff is available to use. It is always clean and well stocked of the items you need to get started. Plenty of comfortable beds for the family - even the large couch is comfortable for sleeping. The rain showers are amazing! Big open kitchen and plenty of seating for everyone. Back patio is nice for eating meals outside and a grill to use.

Space coast launch

We rented this house as a group when we traveled to Florida for a launch. There was ample space for everyone. The location was convenient. Everyone agreed it was a good choice.

Great location, nice place!

We enjoyed staying at Marcelo’s place. It was clean, newly renovated and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Our boys were happy to have their own rooms/beds and we were grateful to be able to bring our dog with us. Marcelo was prompt to answer our questions and remedy any situation that occurred. Overall, a good experience and rental. Thank you, Marcelo!

Great Rental, close to beach

This place was great. We stayed with our family of 4 (with a 8 and 2 year old). 3 min walk to the beach, lots of beach items in the garage. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you would need. Rooms were big, bathrooms were clean. Everything was wonderful.

Everything you need.

The unit was very clean and had many amenities like beach chairs, surf boards, bikes, etc. It was also nice that there were many other crucial items such as toilet paper, paper towels, etc., so you didn’t have to go out and buy. All in all a great place to stay. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were very nice. The only negative perhaps was the outside appearance of the condos in general. It appears that they all maintain their own exterior, so their is no consistency in siding and roofing. Looks odd, but they are all properly maintained. May not be important to most. Two blocks from the beach would be nice for those that do that, we were golfers.

Awesome stay!

It was a great easy experience. The house was even better than the pictures showed with awesome rain showers and nice big rooms. It was a quick 3 minute walk to the beach that wasn’t very crowded. Short distance to bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and activities! Will definitely keep in mind if I come back to the area!
