80’s Retro Themed Lakefront with Amazing Views Game Rm Open Cabin-Fiber WiFi

Fiber WiFi-Beautiful secluded 2 Story Lake view home with a very open floor plan on first level, beautiful staircase and 2 decks to view Lake Eufaula. 2500 sq. Ft. large yard! We have water access, with a short walk behind the home for endless fishing! 1 mile from Xtreme marina/ramp, boat rentals, jet ski rentals, beaches in Longtown and town of Eufaula. Guest are sure to enjoy open floor plan, with pool table, shuffleboard , dartboard, cornhole and lots of other family fun things (fully furnished)! 4 bedrooms, 2 bath (bath on each floor) large deck downstairs, smaller deck upstairs. 2 living areas, and fully stocked kitchen. Perfect for family gatherings with larger groups. Nice quiet area, but close to town if you need grocery’s or anything else. There’s even a storm seller if needed.

The space
Beautiful lake views from upper deck as well, large open floor plan. House sits on approx. 1 acre, close to town and restaurants, groceries, marina. Everything you need is available. Outside bbq grill, and large griddle . Lots of games and toys for the kids (playroom on first level).

Guest access
Guest have entire access to house and property. Downstairs includes 2 living room areas, bar area and fully furnished kitchen with all your cooking needs!

Other things to note
We have a tankless hot water heater, so you never run out of hot water! WiFi is fiber too!!

This is our families beautiful vacation home! We continue to have great times while we are there, so we decided to share and let others make amazing family memories too!

The property was beautiful with plenty to do at the house and surrounding area. Perfect for my groups last minute reunion. We did have a hiccup with the hot water but the host was very responsive and tried everything they could ensure we had a great stay! I would definitely recommend this property to any group looking for a relaxing spot to stay.

Overall, we had a good time together and our needs were more than met. The pool table was fun for the whole family. However, we chose this house over another because of the 2 person kayak listed. We also didn’t bring our own because of this. There was no kayak. That was a bummer. The photos could be more accurate. The fire pit had a decayed broken down set of furniture. Not like what was pictured. Getting to the water was impossible for our older family members. Again, a more accurate picture would’ve represented that better.

Perfect Family stay

The house and property were perfect. Room for family to enjoy multiple activities, but still be together. Relaxing time out by the fire pit. Swings to entertain the kiddos. Beautiful area to take walks and enjoy the area. Loved everything about it!

We thoroughly our stay. This rental was so nice and had so much room for all our family members. It was exactly as listed. We would definitely rent again.

90% good…All indoor facilities were well represented. Several outdoor items needed attention.

We were looking forward to our evenings spent around the firepit. However to use it we uncovered and cleaned off the seating of 3ft of leaves and the seating was in poor repair. There is virtually no outdoor lighting on the decks . There are light fixtures and motion cameras but no bulbs, in them, including the side door. This alone made it dangerous to grill on the deck and safely navigate the stairway to the yard and firepit.

Location close to lots of activities

Air conditioning upstairs could not keep up with the high temperatures. One bedroom was was 80-85 and was not able to sleep. Grill outside was not cleaned from previous folks.

Great family home.

Loved the great room with all the games. Decor is fun with lots of “shabby” touches. Lake Eufaula has lots of lake activities and the downtown area has plenty of restaurants and shops to explore.

Lake Eufala Getaway

Comfortable stay for large group. Enjoyed both living areas as well as plenty of room for dining. Pool table and shuffle board are an added bonus. Host is friendly and quick to respond to questions.

Family Lake Meeting

Property is as advertised. We really liked it here. Clean and nicely accented. Games etc in house along with all the essentials. The store wasnt very far away when in need of anything else. Fire pit was awesome on a chilly night. Will definitely consider staying here on our next Eufala trip. Owner was helpful and easy to get in contact with.

Nice, very spacious house

A bunch of friends and myself met up in Eufaula for a long girls weekend. This house was very nice - lots of open space for chatting and enjoying each other’s company. There’s plenty to do inside with games and activities provided my the owner. The kitchen has many amenities and tools available for cooking any meal desired. There was no WiFi provided at this property.

Lake Eufaula Vacation

Very nice home as described in listing. Plenty to do inside home if weather doesn't cooperate. Great location in that it's just outside of town for convenience and seclusion. Jennifer was very easy and responsive to communicate with and wants you to enjoy your stay in their home. Plenty of room for large groups as we had nine guests and all enjoyed our time here. Will definitely look at staying here again if our family vacations at Eufaula in the future.

Pretty perfect lake house!

We really enjoyed our stay! Five of us ladies came from OKC for a quick weekend. Don't ask us about the beaches or the sights - we basically did not leave the house. We just needed a couple days to relax and catch up after a year of not seeing each other nearly enough. This was the perfect place! The location is great - not far from town, close to beaches. But if your lake day gets rained out, this is where you want to be. Shuffleboard, pool, darts, a cabinet full of games, and smart TV. You will not be bored. They have made a great use of the space and it's clear that a lot of thought and work have gone into it. There were a few items that we forgot to bring, but it turned out they had everything we needed there already. Jennifer was so friendly and made the whole process very easy. We want to go back! Note: If you have anyone with mobility issues, be aware that this house has multiple levels and lots of steps. It might be difficult for some people to negotiate. We were very careful and it was fine. I would be concerned about smaller children (toddlers) for the same reason. It's all hard surfaces and there are some places where a fall would be scary. But older kids will love this place!

This house is amazing

Easy to find. Great communication from the owner. My family absolutely loved staying here and so did I. Will definitely be staying again!!! Great view from both lower and upper deck.

We are a military family and wanted to share our beautiful lake home with others to enjoy! Please relax, spend quality time with friends and family and enjoy the outdoors. Put all the electronics away and enjoy some old school fun and games here in our home. I promise you will not be bored....take a short walk to the water for fishing or blow up some tubs and float around! Please help us keep it beautiful and taken care of during your stay with us.
