The Perfect Porch Retreat!

Come and relax at our spacious lake view home and take in the stunning lake views from our 600 square foot screened-in porch. Complete with a 43-inch smart TV, a dart board, and a large table with seating for 8, you`ll be sure to enjoy all that outdoor living has to offer with plenty of breeze and without worrying about pesky mosquitos. Our 4-bed, 2-bath home features beds for a total of 10 people and is only a 5-minute walk to the beach, the perfect destination for everyone to have a great day by the lake!
***THERE IS A $120 PET FEE. PETS MUST BE INCLUDED IN RESERVATION WHEN BOOKING (excludes service animals)

***Check out is at 10 AM. Any guests in house after 10:15 am without prior approval will be charged $75/hour for every hour they remain in the house past the checkout time.

1- Please be courteous and respectful to our neighbors and avoid loud outside noise from 10pm-8am (No parties)
2- No smoking or vaping inside the house. If smoking outside please pick up all cigarette butts.
3- All trash MUST be in a trash bag prior to putting it in the trash bin.
4-Please keep pets off furniture and bedding. When dogs are outside please keep them on a leash. Pick up and bag all pet waste.
5-Do not add charcoal to pellet grill. Use the pellets provided. Adding charcoal to the pellet grill will result in a $100 fee. For assistance with grill operation please contact the host.
