Floors could have been cleaner, sand everywhere. Master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced! Beautiful views and we really enjoyed the lazy river and slide for the kids.

We had a great stay, second time at The Oasis and it did not disappoint. The condo was very clean, had all the necessities and was a great location. The beds were comfortable and all the sleeping options were great, had two families with five kids and lots of room. Would stay here again.

The unit was nice, but communication with the host was difficult for quite a while until we finally received some help a few hours before arrival.

We emailed the check in information to you three days prior to arrival. We also sent you a text two days prior to arrival making sure you received the check info. I'm not sure how much more we can hold your hand before your stay.

Absolutely amazing! We stay here every year and we loved this unit! It was clean, beds were comfortable, nice view as well! Very well stocked ! Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo on the 26th floor. We loved sitting out on the patio which has room for 6 people. Loved all of the amenities - especially the adult only areas. Lots of stuff for the kids to do besides the beach. The food at the area by the pool on the first floor was actually really good. The condo is well stocked and the bedrooms are great for large groups. The only reason I didn't give this a 5 star rating on everything is because the communication with the host prior to the visit wasn't good. I'm sure that'll improve.

This property is in a great location with restaurants and shopping nearby. The unit as clean and bad everything we needed. Julia was very responsive to questions and easy to work with. The check in process was easy.

Lovely condo

Lovely and spacious condo. Cleanliness was.lacking, but in all other aspects, the condo was beautifully furnished, well-stocked, and had gorgeous views of the ocean.

Perfect

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! It was absolutely beautiful and exactly as described—clean, well-decorated, and in a perfect location. The kids especially loved the lazy river and water slide, which made the trip even more fun for our family. The only small issue we ran into was with the washing machine—it didn’t seem to work the best during our stay. Other than that, everything was great and we would definitely stay here again!

To the owners/host- super easy to talk to and quick to help. We checked in on a Saturday at 5, no earlier than 4:30 is allowed at the condo. This is a very busy check in time. 6 elevators for the condo and when new people are coming in and beach people are coming in from the day the wait time was a bit much! I checked in at 5, parked on level 3. We unloaded our stuff (6 of us) had 4 shopping carts to help transfer and we had to catch separate elevators rides, it was almost 7 before I made it to the condo. So, be careful about using elevators between 4-6. We also had a hot water heater issue. Owners responded quickly and within a day-two we had a brand new hot water heater installed. I was able to get some compensation back for the trouble that caused. All in all, beautiful as described. Nice people that were very helpful. Clear instructions and would recommend this to anyone looking for an orange beach vacation.

Condo had all the starter items we needed as far as toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Everyone was very comfortable with the beds. Our favorite part was the balcony and enjoying the breeze and view morning and evening! Overall we would definitely stay again!

Condo was great!

When we arrived the condo appeared as it did in the pictures. Kitchen was well stocked with all things necessary for our dinners in, they even had two coffee makers. We did find an issue with one of the mattresses. I reached out to the representative that emailed us asking about our stay. She sent over maintenance, which verified that the mattress was broken. The owner was contacted and we received a new mattress the very next day! It was great. I would definitely stay here again!

Immaculately clean and spacious

This condo was immaculately clean and quite spacious for five adults and a teen. The balcony was a favorite spot of several members of our group as the view was wonderful and you could hear the waves clearly. Having a fourth full bathroom was a wonderful bonus over other condos where we have stayed. We also were fans of having multiple spots along the boardwalk at which to wash up after walking the beach. While we enjoyed the covered parking, we wouldn’t have to have to navigate that parking lot when the building is near full. The only downsides to our visit were finding two of the mattresses had holes in them (which the property manager attempted to replace during our stay but was unable to do so due to the holiday and pandemic issues) and arriving to find the outdoor pool was closed for maintenance for our entire stay. Other than those two things we had a wonderful stay.
