Super cool urban townhome, with amazing stained concrete floors, luxury styled furnishing. This space is an over-sized townhome with enough space to entertain you and all your friends and a little more. Four bedrooms with an extra bonus room for sleeping.
You and your group will have full access of this spacious townhome.

Great location!

A short distance to the Gulch, 12 South and downtown. Definitely good for a group with plenty of beds and bathrooms.

The place was awesome and very accommodating for our large group! The host was easy to get ahold of and responded rather quickly which made the stay a breeze.

Clean and tidy place

We stay here for my daughters graduation from Vanderbilt and it worked out perfect. Great location, close to campus but just far enough away (not to far) from the night life noise of Nashville night life. Owner communicated well and the experience couldn’t have been any better

Enjoyed the townhouse

We came to Nashville for our son's 21st birthday and had a group of friends and family stay with us. Perfect for a large group. Would have liked more seating in the living room for relaxing. Close Uber/lyft ride to broadway so that was nice.

50th birthday bash successful!

The property was perfect for 6 adults! As other reviewers have mentioned there is plenty of bathroom space to get ready. The location was super easy to take quick uber rides to broadway. The neighborhood as others have said is “up and coming” but we felt perfectly comfortable with the alarm system at night. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Beautiful stylish townhome

The townhome was spacious and stylish. The rooms and beds were comfortable, and I have no complaints. The area looked a little on the rough side, but the townhome had a security alarm and we never felt unsafe. It was located within a couple minute drive to Broadway and all the nightlife, which made it very convenient. Communication from the owner was clear and fast. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks for everything!

Great time in Nashville

The house was great amd the property manager was easy to reach, attentive, and friendly. The neighborhood was a little scary and the house right next door was run down and there was garbage all over the yard. The property itself was very nice though and had an alarm.

Birthday Trip - Great Location

Came out to Nashville with a group of 8, enjoyed our trip, found that some of the amenities were not as pristine as listed. Not a fully stocked kitchen and beds/pillows were not the comfiest. We made it work, enjoyed the location - central to all things we wanted to do, but amenities within the unit could use some attention.

Fantastic stay for 8 friends

The owner and property manager were fantastic and very responsive. Towels and linens are provided. There is a kuerig coffee maker and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom layout on the 2nd and 3rd floors were perfect for larger groups. Separate toilets and showers from the getting ready area. Ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. The deck has 5 chairs. Easy ride to Broadway and the Gulch by Uber or Lyft. We would recommend.

Overall nice stay

Overall, we had a nice stay. It’s within walking distance of a few distilleries and a grocery store. $10 Uber ride to Broadway. Comfortable beds and very clean. We had a couple of issues we reported and the property manager responded quickly but did not resolve our issues: 1. There were only 5 forks and there were 10 of us staying for 3 nights 2. Our friend got locked in the shower room as the door handle was broken. Luckily others were home and heard him yelling eventually. We were told sorry, we’ll fix it after you leave (in 3 days). This was a safety issue and very concerning that it wasn’t resolved immediately.

50th Birthday Party

We enjoyed the home very much. The beds were comfortable, there were enough towels and linens for a long weekend. It’s about 10 minutes by Lyft to Broadway. The home has a security system. There is a spiral staircase so it may not work for mobility challenged. We did wish there was more comfortable hang out seating to accommodate a large group. There were adequate dishes and a keurig. There weren’t baking utensils - no casserole pans or crockpots. They offer a transportation option and a grocery delivery service for $50. We would have used those had we known earlier. The host was great at a communication. There are other VRBO guests next door and it was all very quiet. The rooftop has two air conditioners but there was still room for 6 people to sit comfortably. We would stay here again.

Perfectly planned house!

The floor plan is perfect for groups. The water closet and shower can be locked off from each other for privacy. House was CLEAN! The location was convenient. Communication and responses from owner was quick and helpful. Parking was tight when there were extra cars for the adjacent unit. Besides that, I definitely plan to rent on my return trips to Nashville.

Great stay for larger group

Great location, set up well for larger groups. Toilets and showers are in their own separate rooms off the bathroom, which is great because the bathrooms don’t get tied up when you have multiple people. We stayed with 4 other couples and it was the perfect space. Beds were comfortable!
