This luxurious space is designed so it's easy to settle in, with enough sleeping and getting ready space for everyone on your invite list. During your visit you will notice the attention to detail that has gone into this sleek Nashville getaway spot. Close to Downtown, Mid-town and the Gulch, this Town-home has everything for a prefect Music City getaway!
Super cool urban townhome, with amazing stained concrete floors, luxury styled furnishing. This space is an over-sized townhome with enough space to entertain you and all your friends and a little more. 4 bedroom townhouse with an extra bonus room for sleeping.
You and your group will have full access of this spacious townhome.

5-7 Minute car-ride to downtown Nashville, Midtown, the Gulch, Nissan Stadium.

Exactly what we needed

Our group came for a Bachelor Trip and boy did this property exceed our expectations. Roughly 10 Ubers and 10ish minutes to broadway which was ideal. The place was great with 7 beds and the kitchen was functional for a large group eating and prepping meals. The rooftop patio was a hit with the nice weather. The neighborhood is definitely up and coming but we felt safe the whole time. Would definitely recommend to others.

Spacious place

Nine of us stayed here over the weekend. It is spacious, the beds were comfortable. There is only 2.5 baths instead of the 3 full baths I was expecting.

Nashville getaway

Great spot for our group of 10 adults. About a 10 min Uber ride to Broadway. Sketchy neighbourhood, but totally safe at accommodation. Comfy beds! Only improvement would be to have a working ice machine!

5 Couples for Nashville Weekend - GREAT Place

Room for everyone, clean and lots of things there for us (K-cups, TP, etc). Only thing I would suggest would be getting some paper plates to take with you as there was not a lot of plates. Otherwise, beds were comphy and the house was great!

Birthday get away

Great place to stay.. clean.. comfortable sleeping. Would do it again. Ubered down town... The second floor bathroom got locked once with aubergine in it.. had to open from the outside but other than that it was good

Nice Place

Very nice townhome- comfortable for a group and two nice, big bathrooms. We were told ahead of time that there is only enough parking for two cars and others would need to park on the street. We did this and one of our cars had the window broken out and the steering column dismantled as they tried to steal the car. Lots of damage. Absolutely rent this townhome as it is nice, but do not park on the street. Find a paid lot and Uber to the home if there are more than two cars.

Awesome spot

Our landlord was nothing shy of amazing to us the whole time! Super accommodating, always polite, and very understanding. Car rides into town are short, cheap, and convenient. My only suggestion for future renters would be to travel light - large suitcases are not easy to maneuver on the spiral staircase 😬

Cool place!! The only recommendation would be for it to have more kitchen items, like pots/pans, large bowls, measuring cups that was it though, great otherwise! Awesome communication with owner!

Great Stay

We stayed with a group of friends. Everything was perfect! It was clean and spacious. Short Uber ride to anywhere we wanted to get to. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Stay, Close to Downtown

We booked this stay for my bachelorette and it was perfect! The house is very well kept and the property manager was super nice and communicative. It’s so close to downtown as well as pretty much everything else you need to get to. Definitely recommend staying here while you are in Nashville.
