Welcome to Sea Glass House, the perfect destination for your next family vacation in Ocean City, NJ. Located in the south end and just off the beaten path to all that Ocean City has to offer. This new construction 1st floor condo has 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths and stunning upgrades. Enjoy the wide and spacious layout with 12 ft coffered ceilings and a wall of glass in the living room. Living room boasts plenty of seating with sofa, loveseat and two accent chairs. It also has a 70" smart TV. The sleek and modern kitchen with island and dining nook is a dream for the ultimate family get together. The master bedroom is drenched in light, has a king size bed, stylish master bath with walk-in shower for 2 and a private deck. Three other queen size bedrooms (2 with decks to the back of the house) and one bedroom with 2 twin beds and 2 full baths complete the sleeping quarters for 10. All bedrooms have hybrid or gel foam mattresses. Please note linens are not included. Corner property, with wrap around porch to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind on the rockers at the end of the day. Unit comes with 2-3 car off street parking in garage and driveway. Conveniences include smart TV’s with streaming service in living room and all bedrooms, Wi-Fi, full size Electrolux in-unit washer/dryer, enclosed outdoor shower and 5 complimentary beach badges. Centrally located, Sea Glass House is a short walk to Acme, Wawa, CVS, bike rentals and other shops/eateries including Randazzo's and Dot's Pastries. Enjoy tennis courts, basketball courts and playground a block away and just a short 3 block walk to relax on the peaceful, clean beach voted #1 Beach by NJ Monthly Magazine. Ocean City is a great shore town featuring a 2.5 mile family friendly boardwalk with amusements, rides, shops, mini golf and a waterpark. Add restaurants, bike rentals and a public golf course and these are just a few of the many pleasures that await you in Ocean City. Whether you are craving sun, surf and sand this season or looking for an off-season getaway...Sea Glass House is the perfect spot!

Our first time in OCNJ and we loved it! Sonia was great to work with and their condo is beautiful. It's close to the beach, Acme, Wawa, and several great restaurants. We had 6 adults and 4 kids.Our only complaint would be that we could sometimes hear the people upstairs. We would definitely go back!!!

Ocean City dream

The house is beautiful and a short walk to the beach making it east to enjoy the surf and sand. Sonia and Nick were easy to contact and quick with responses. Would definitely stay again.

Super Stay!

This property was great! Very clean, comfortable and spacious with 5 bedrooms. It was convenient to all services and best of all it had a beautiful family oriented beach within an easy walk. We enjoyed Dot's bakery (close by) for donuts and a birthday cake. We would love to visit again!

Beautiful!

This is a great location! A previous report was that there was a lot of traffic coming off the 34th Street Bridge; we did not experience that at all! So close to grocery store, playground, Wawa (!), and only a few blocks from the beach! The house is immaculate with everything you would need for a wonderful family vacation! The home is beautifully decorated, light and airy! Sonia was very easy to work with and a great host! My family has made memories for years to come!

Perfect Getaway

We had the most wonderful week stay! Our family felt right at home. The beds are very comfortable! The living areas are perfect for entertaining and enjoying family time. This Ocean City condo was PERFECT. The location was wonderful near the beach, playground and plenty of stores and restaurants. The accommodations were beautiful and clean. Everything in this rental is so well thought out for a multigenerational family. It's the only place we will rent in Ocean City, NJ!

Beautiful Vacation Home

Our family spent one week in June of 2023 at this home. We absolutely loved our stay. Plenty of space, close to shopping, only a short walk to the beach. Well equipped kitchen. Make sure you bring your linens and blankets, not provided by the owner

Good Time Had

My whole family enjoyed the condo, especially watching the World Cup games on the 70 inch TV. Close to the beach and stores. Appreciated the downtime before the holidays.

Perfect week at the beach

What a wonderful stay for a family with little kids + grandparents! Everything was exactly as pictured and the location was terrific - close to groceries, Wawa, tennis courts, a playground, and of course, the beach! Appreciated that the kitchen was well equipped and that the entire house was sparkling clean. Highly recommend this property - thanks Sonia!

Great Spot

Our extended family had plenty of space here; big living room, beautiful kitchen, wrap around deck and generous bedrooms. Super convenient location & walking distance to everything we wanted. The beach is just a couple blocks and beautiful, also convenient surprise was a bathhouse on 34th. The owners communicated just enough and everything went very smoothly. We all enjoyed the stay and make great memories.

Wonderful Stay

The house was beautiful and had all the amenities we could have wanted or needed. The location was also great both close to the beach and great shops like Johnny B Goode"s and Dot's Pastry Shop! We had an excellent stay and would gladly return!

My family and a few friends stayed here for a weekend and it was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. The owner was very easy to talk to and helped with any problems we had. Would definitely stay there again

Wonderful Spring Break Trip

My family and I traveled from GA to NJ to visit family. This Sea Glass property exceeded our expectations. Often, when booking online, you never know if the property will look as pictured. It was exactly as pictured. Nice, clean and convenient! We enjoyed walking to/from Acme and Wawa. The host was super responsive and accomodating.

Great Holiday Getaway

My family and I rented for the holiday season, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect home for our family. We had 5 adult couples, along with three little ones- and were very pleased that the house consisted of mostly queen/king bed rooms. The house was clean, cozy and a great location- close to grocery store, wawa, CVS and a short trip over the bridge to anything else we needed. Thank you for making our holidays so special!

Perfect Thanksgiving Get-Together

Our family, including college-age kids, stayed at this beautiful house during Thanksgiving. It is clean and bright and had every thing we needed for a fun few days cooking, playing board games, and walking on the beach. The beach is a quick few blocks away and the Acme and CVS are just two blocks away. It was too chilly for us to sit on the decks and porch, but otherwise, we would have loved to have taken advantage of these sunny spots. There was plenty of room to spread out and Sonia was a great communicator and graciously answered all of my questions. We would definitely return.

My husband, who is an engineer, prides himself on taking great care of our properties. Together we make a great team managing our vacation properties in Ocean City. We love spending time with our kids at the Jersey shore and have vacationed in many places, but fell in love with Ocean City! The super clean beach and boardwalk, the family friendly atmosphere are just a few of the things we love about OCNJ!

Why rent at Sea Glass House? Here are just a few of the many reasons. This corner home has a great front wrap around porch to sit and relax for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Inside the space is open and bright, bedrooms are spacious and the house definitely has that beachy feel. The back decks are great when sun is coming up to have morning coffee. Kitchen is large and spacious and brand new! Plus laundry, wi-fi and streaming cable give our guests all the comforts of home. The location is great, with just a short walk to the pristine south end beaches, and so much in the immediate neighborhood.
