Beautiful gated condo with private beach access.

Enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and bay on this end unit from the living room, kitchen, master bedroom and lanai with seasonal sunsets. Balconies in every room, this recent remodeled property (January 2021) with Florida coastal feel will make your vacation so good you won't want to leave. The amenities at Naples Cay include heated pool, jacuzzi, a fully equipped exercise room with steam room and sauna. Two outdoor grills on the premise along with clay tennis courts. We provide beach chairs, beach towels and a beach wagon. This condo has been upgraded Wi-Fi internet service. Enjoy fine dining at nearby The Village Shops on Venetian Bay or other options along Tamiami Trail. Close to Waterside Shops. 100 yards to the beach and views of the Gulf are awaiting you!
***Please note that from May 2023- Dec 2023, one of the two elevators will be being replaced. We are located on the first floor, one floor above the lobby, two floors above the ground level.

This is our second time staying here and we will stay again. It is perfect for a family vacation. Everything you need is supplied from beach chairs and towels to coffee and laundry detergent! I had a question on how to work the cable and the host replied immediately. It is close to the beach, pool and walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Close to the beach

We had a great time at this condo. Pool view and a few minute walk to the beach. I would definitely stay again. Everything was perfect.

WONDERFUL PROPERTY

The accommodation exceeded our expectations ( which rarely happens). The property was furnished impeccably, but with a very homely feel. It was exactly as shown in the website, no creative photo shots. Whilst only at First Floor the sea and sunsets were clearly visibleThe hostess was delightful and very quick to respond to any request or query. We definitely hope to return. Paul & Jean

Everything a family would want for a warm Naples vacation. Condo was as advertised, beds were great view great. Walk to the beach is short and the pool is just steps away. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely Amazing!

My entire family came to Naples in January for a reunion. I rented this beautiful condo for my daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren. The condo is immaculate and very well appointed. The check-in process is easy and extremely efficient. Our host, Annie, was amazing! Her communications were not only timely, but pleasant and detailed. If I need overflow accommodations in the future, I will start with this condo. I have also recommended Annie and her beautiful condo to my Naples friends who periodically have overflow family visiting. Thank you, Annie, for making our family reunion in Naples relaxing and delightful!

lovely condo; no beach

well appointed condo with comfortable furnishings. heated pool and hot tub were great. some lighting issues ( burned out bulbs and fixtures). a huge disappointment for us was the beach renovation in front of the condo. trucks hauling sand began at 7 am and continued til 7 pm daily. (except sunday) there’s no opportunity to beach sit or walk on the beach for the next 3 months. hardly serene. if the beach is a draw for you, you will be disappointed. owner has lots of beach gear you can bring 400 yards up the beach where the trucks aren’t running but the beep beep beep and rumbles of the trucks will be an annoyance to be sure. and it’s a hike— you can’t bring a wagon over the deep ruts left from the trucks. we would’ve picked another location had we known. communication (other than this) with owner was prompt. and helpful. park shore neighborhood a plus with shops and restaurants nearby.

Beautiful place

Great clean, well stocked place. 3 nice bedrooms with comfortable beds. Nice view of Gulf and pool. Close to both pool and beach. Pool water temp is luxuriously warm even in late December. Owner provided us with 2 parking permits. Parking is super convenient.

Wonderful Stay

My wife, 14yo, 4yo, and my wife’s parents enjoy a lovely week at this excellent condo. The unit had everything we needed. The pool area was fantastic, and the short walk to the beach is scenic. The condo’s storage unit in the basement had an abundance of beach items — toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. — plus a wagon to haul everything. And then Annie was a great host; when the ice machine in the refrigerator/freezer malfunctioned, she immediately preemptively offered to reimburse us to buy bags of us. We would definitely come back here to vacation again.

A beautiful fully equipped apartment in a perfect location. There is a nice big heated pool and only a 2 minute walk to the white sandy beach. Communication with the host was just perfect. We would definitely return.

My wife and I truly enjoyed the convenience of staying at this property. Our Host Annie was awesome! Very responsive and the description of our unit was spot on. We enjoyed the ease of staying on a first floor unit while still having beautiful views of the gulf, pool and hot tub. Short walks to the pool, beach, gym and getting exercise walking around the surrounding neighborhoods. Great location for short drives to great restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended when traveling to Naples!

Pre-Christmas get away

This condo was a great place for us to vacation with our young adult children. The five of us had plenty of space and its proximity to the beach was perfect. The condo is also a short drive from Tamiami Trail where you’ll find grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment.

Family Thanksgiving Getaway

This property was absolutely GORGEOUS. Beautifully decorated. Well stocked with everything needed for a relaxing week. Comfy beds and VERY CLEAN! The views were breathtaking and we slept every night with the sliding doir open to the lanai to hear the soothing sounds of ocean waves. Pool was wonderful and quick beach access. Grounds were well kept and condo was conveniently located. Host was exceptional and very responsive. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Hoping to return again!!
