Beautifully remodeled home in Bonnet Shores - Narragansett RI

Beautiful side by side duplex property in the highly sought after Bonnet Shores section of Narragansett. Fully renovated in 2020 with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths in each unit. Very well equipped kitchens and large decks great for entertaining. Just 1 mile from neighborhood beach and 3 miles from Narragansett Town beach which was recently voted "Best beach in New England" by Boston magazine. Rental rates are each 4 br/2 bath unit. A perfect place to stay local while still "getting away" with the opportunity to also rent both units and vacation with another family while still having your own space to retreat to. Ask about multi-week discounts. Pets possible (review with owner prior to booking please).

Perfect Location

This home was perfect for family to stay for graduation weekend. Nice neighborhood, close to lots of nice villages and scenic areas.

Great stay in Bonnet Shores

Neil’s property was very clean and easy to access in beautiful Bonnet Shores. It was plenty spacious enough for 5 adults and an infant. I’d be happy to rent here again.

This property was a good find. Neil is very responsive to communication. The neighborhood has several coffee places nearby. I loved that you could walk or bike around.

Great place in Bonnett Shores

This was a very good property. It was exactly as described in the ads and was very close to everything that we needed. There were a couple of issues with the conditions of things in the house (nothing that impacted our ability to stay or enjoy) but I brought them to Neil's attention and he was very responsive about them. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area. The biggest plus is the A/C works great!!!

The property was clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. This location is not walkable to Kelly beach with kids but there is a shuttle on weekends. The owner is very responsive and the house is well stocked with necessities for your stay. The house very comfortably sleeps 8 but I can't say it would comfortably hold 8 if you plan on spending time in the house. There's a 3-person couch, an easy chair, and a 4-person dining table. It was great for my family of 5 (2 adults, 3 small children) but I could not see the living space being functional for more adults. The deck is a great space and can fit 8 for eating and hanging out.

Family get together

Lighting was awful in the bathrooms, no fans in bedrooms. No ice maker. Clean. Common area ok for 4 to be comfortable. Deck was very nice. Very quiet in a nice neighborhood. Very close to great beaches and several places to get food. Overall very happy with our stay

Beach week 2022

Home is very comfortable, very well-stocked, and easily accommodated 5 of us with room to spare. It is a good size duplex with a great deck in a quiet neighborhood. Kelly beach was great for my 2-year-old granddaughter. Note that the beach has no parking, but it is an easy 1 mile walk or you can do drop off/pick up. I know RI well, but if you have never been summer in Bonnet Shores with all the surrounding restaurants, beaches, and activities is fabulous. The host was easy to communicate with, messaged us once to see if we needed anything, and left clear instructions on beach access and home accommodations.

Was fine for a family of 7 with three adults, 2 kids and 2 teenagers. The living room area is a little small for our group but it works. Kitchen is good but bring all your condiments other than salt and pepper. Beach was a little disappointing as it’s a 25-30 min walk (no sidewalk and path of course has poison ivy) and there are no parking options. Apparently there is a bus that goes down during the weekends but we were here mostly during the week. We rented the place thinking we’d have easy/quick access to the beach each day but instead ended up driving to other state and town beaches nearby which was fine. Good location to get to Narragansett and also hop to Newport. Be careful of the washing machine. It goes into a vicious spin cycle even with a small load.

Exactly as pictured; great communication by Neil.

We rented the property for a family vacation - me and my husband, both of our adult children and their partners and my mother. House was exactly as pictured. Very clean. Kelly Beach is just over a mile away. There is a shuttle which we learned about from a neighbor. Runs every 20 minutes on the weekend (not sure about during the week). Brickley's is a MUST (bring stretchy clothes! Best ice cream ever!). Everything is relatively close and easy to get to with a car, many things within walking distance. From the very beginning, Neil did an excellent job communicating with us. Always very quick to respond.

House was great! We have stayed in the area for several years - lots to do within a 15min drive Great restaurantsBonnet shores- Kelly beach is beautiful Had a few questions during our stay and Neil always responded quickly AC was good in the house I only wish the table in the dining room was bigger - we were a group of 7 and could really only get 5 around the table comfortably when we ate in. The outside table was bigger but the right side of the house was full sun at dinner time and a bit hot!

Bonnet Shores for a beach vacation

First time user of VRBO. Nice property, sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms, plenty of parking. Communications with Neil (property owner) was easy with quick responses. He even reached out day 2 of the stay to make sure things were going well. Definitely recommend and will look here first next time we go to RI.

A Quaint Stay in Bonnet

Neil was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay at Bonnet Shores. The house was very clean, up to date and organized. All the necessary extras were provided, including 2 beach chairs. The only recommendation I would make is to put a little grease on the interior doors. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and would be interested in renting again in the future.

Good location

Good location, near stores, coffee shops, short drive to the beach. One problem was lack of towel racks or hooks. Bathrooms and kitchen were very clean, but living room floor needed vacuuming and deck floor needed sweeping. Had family members coming and going different days which worked out great. All appliances worked well, including grill on the deck. Enjoyed the week very much. First time staying in RI and would definitely come back. Narragansett beach very expensive for non-residents before 5 pm but free after 5 which suited us fine actually. Great beach.
