Caseville Cottage Close to the Beach

This updated cottage is the place to be for your next getaway! Located on a quiet street with a wooded yard, the shared private beach is a very short walk at the end of the road.

The main floor of the house contains a living room perfect for reading a book on a rainy day, an eat in kitchen, half bath, and a spacious family room with a smart TV and a dining table large enough for the whole family.
The upper level consists of a master suit with a king sized bed and a private bathroom with stand up shower. The second bedroom has a full and twin sized bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan. There is an additional bathroom with bathtub adjacent to the other two bedrooms on this level as well.
The lower level consists of a fourth bedroom with two bunk beds and a queen sized bed to sleep a total of 6 people. In addition there is a separate laundry room complete with new washer and dryer.
The backyard has a relaxing deck with a grill for cooking your dinner outdoors; outdoor dining set; and bonfire pit. Relax and watch the deer as they wander through the yard. Whether you are planning a trip to the beach or just looking for a quiet get-a-way, the Caseville Cottage will not disappoint!

We could not have been happier with the rental. The location is PERFECT, and the house was so spacious. We had plenty of room, and the downstairs kid room was perfect! There were so many amenities that came with the house that we appreciated! The bikes, the wagon, fully stocked kitchen. It truly was perfect. The back yard was such a great area to hang out too!

Great property!

This was a great property that accommodated our family perfectly. It was such a relaxing getaway. We also had s’mores waiting for us to make upon our arrival. My whole family had a great time! We will definitely stay again.

Caseville Gem in the woods

Very nice spacious home in quiet nature setting. We were well supplied with products and literature on where to go and what to do. Highly recommend.

Great family fun getaway

This has been our favorite rental in caseville, we have been coming to cheeseburger week for 15 years and I wish this one was available for previous years. The location was perfect. The home was super clean, very spacious for our family group of 12. Beach was a short walk away. The yard was great, as well as patio, we had bonfires every night, played cornhole and the kids loved the swing. We seen a few deer walk through trees, which was fun to see. The owners were quick to respond to any questions. Absolutely loved it and had a great time. We will definitely be back! Thank you for the gift of smores

Great Family Vacation

This was a great property for our annual extended family vacation. Communications were great with Tracie. The house was clean and as described. The temperature was as high as we can remember for late July. We kept things cool with fans and closing the shades in the back room. The back yard was huge and we spent the evenings by the fire pit. Thanks to Tracie for sharing your home with us.

The perfect getaway

We had a wonderful time at the Caseville cabin. The house & property is beautiful & well maintained. We saw wildlife come into the yard, including a new born fawn. It is a short walk to the beach where the whole family had fun....we can't wait to go back again!

Perfect For Our Girls Weekend

Birthday Getaway

The Caseville Cottage was exactly what we were looking for for our friend Tom's birthday getaway. Bonfires, close walk to the beach (so many Petoskey stones!) and plenty of room to just relax and enjoy.

We loved this home. The space is perfect for large family. Very comfortable and has everything+ you could possibly need. Yard is stunning and beach is wonderful.

Lovely quiet beachy getaway

We had a lovely time bringing the kids to meet up with my in-laws/their grandparents. Property was comfortable, stylish, clean and well-appointed. We made s'mores in the backyard and walked down the street to the beach and rented a pontoon boat to tool around Lake Huron (well, Saginaw Bay, I guess?). Sleeper State Park and Blue Moon Ice Cream were the kids' favorite outings, and the bunk beds by far their favorite part of the house (grown-up beds were comfy too!). Communication with the hosts was great, they answered my questions in no time and were very clear & helpful about the entry and checkout procedures, etc. Would totally stay there again if we were to go back some time, miss the water already.
