Come see why this 15th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach II condo with unbelievable unobstructed views is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 15th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master, king in the 2nd bedroom, two queen beds in both 3rd and 4th bedrooms, along with a queen sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 14.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

The condo and amenities are amazing!! The beds are so comfy and the view is wonderful! The kitchen is well stocked and it was great having a washer and dryer there! The only complaint is that when we arrived, the kitchen counters had crumbs on them, there was an empty soda can on the balcony, & the door and vent for the air return were covered in thick dust. After we got that all cleaned up, we loved everything else!

We selected this unit because the beautiful neutral, calm colors, quality furnishings (even nicer than in the photos). Loved the swivel rockers! And the floor to ceiling windows throughout were amazing. Loved the quality and number of pieces of the outdoor furniture - table & chairs, lounge chairs, and 2 captains chairs. I was a little disappointed in the small things that this unit lacked. I had 8 people staying here and we were left only 1 kitchen towel and a sponge. One trash bag. No bath mats. Only 9 bath towels for 8 people. There was a vacuum and broom/dustpan, and mop bucket, but no other cleaning supplies. I had two kiddos under 4 years old so I knew I needed cleaning supplies on hand. I made a quick trip to Target to purchase kitchen towels, bath mats for the 3 bathrooms and cleaning supplies (kitchen counter cleaner, Windex, etc). Not really that big of a deal…but we paid handsomely for our 16 night stay. It would have been extra nice to have all the little extras to make this place 5 stars. The building amenities are great. Family loved the lazy river and slide. Indoor pool was nice on the extra hot days and rainy days. Beach was amazing (as always on the Gulf in Orange Beach). Covered parking was also appreciated - we never had an issue finding a spot for our 3 vehicles. Security was present and also appreciated. We would stay here again.

Family vacation.

Clean,well appointed, good location by church, Marina, and grocery store. Cons: everyone paid to park and the only outdoor water feature is a lazy river which is nice. The pool and hot tub are indoor which would be great for fall thru winter.

Had a wonderful time with our second visit at Phoenix Orange Beach II! Absolutely love this place. Only recommendation....put some umbrellas or some trellises around the pool area. We’d stay there longer!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. Initially, when we arrived, we noticed that the floors were not clean and that most of the door knobs inside the unit were not working properly. Someone did come out and mop the floor and someone else came out and replaced the door knob on the master bedroom door, which was the worst of all of them. My husband did have a small but significant injury to his leg as there is no lighting on the back balcony. He scraped his leg on the balcony furniture in the dark. But I would have to say overall we were satisfied with the property’s condition. The location was good. Great spot to watch the fourth of July fireworks. The property was marketed as brand new, and it wasn’t cheap so we were just a little disappointed that it wasn’t as perfect as we anticipated it would be. Yes I would recommend the property to a friend. However, I would let them know that it is not in brand new condition. It looks somewhat worn inside.

Great Place! Fun for all age levels. Will certainly come back. Plenty of room. Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Pool and lazy river fun for adults too. Clean place. The balcony is safe and kids proof. Plenty of bathrooms and beds. We had 4 adult and 5 kids. This place was amazing for comfort. Elevator access and parking easy too. Family continues to talk about going back to same place to stay.

Fantastic

Condo was beautiful and perfect for our two family group. The kids and adults both loved the amenities, we used the gym, pool, slide, lazy river, splash pad, and indoor pool several days during our stay. Walk out to beach was not too far (we thought from pictures it would be farther). Elevators were quick and there were plenty of buggies whenever we needed them (way better than luggage carts might I add!). Wonderful selection of food close by. We enjoyed the whole stay!

Family Vacation

This was our first time staying at OB we are PCB family. We absolutely loved the area and Phoenix 2 We range from 1 to 53 and we all enjoyed. My one critique would be for the property manager to relate that the office to get parking tags is located on the 2nd floor as you enter the parking garage. It was just a little confusing as there isn't a lobby as you pull in you actually pull into the garage. Parking was amazing, never had an issue! This room was beautiful. We had the best time and will stay at this property again.

Great vacation!

Very nice vacation with family! Condo was one of the nicer ones we’ve stayed in over the years coming to the panhandle area. We had a group of 11 which includes our daughter and son and their families of 5 kids age 9 months to 10 years old. Condo was very roomy for everyone and comfortable. Great condition. Deck was nice and very roomy with a great view. Pool and lazy river was a lot if fun for the kids. All in all there isn't anything to complain about.

Wonderful birthday week!

We have stayed at several of Phoenix properties and this is one of our favorites! This particular unit is actually our favorite one ever. It's updated and clean. The 2 rooms with 2 double beds in them are a great use of space. THere's plenty of seating in the main room and the balcony is spacious and well furnished. Our only complaint is that none of the Phoenix properties allow pets. We'd like to be able to bring our little dog with us. Other than that, this place was perfect for us!

Cramped bedrooms

Very nice property. Listing states that it sleeps 14. We had a family of 11, 7 adults and 4 children. We all had a nice bed to sleep in. However the rooms with the 2 double beds were very cramped. There was insufficient space to put suitcases. They had to be put on the floor, and that made it difficult to walk around to get to the beds. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Maint. Man was professional & friendly. Top fridge drawer is broken, and bottom fridge drawer off its track. Can light in hall, closest to fridge would strobe after a few minutes. The bulb in lamp closest to sliding glass door in master bedroom was hanging below shade. Pizza pans in bottom of oven still had pizza on them. Other than these minor things, we had a great time & would Recommend it to everyone. Thank you for letting us stay.
