***Must have a member of your group at least 25 years old staying the whole time.***

Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

The Marisol Complex is a low density complex. ****THERE ARE ONLY ABOUT 20 RENTAL UNITS IN THE ENTIRE COMPLEX*****. Therefore this is one of the least crowded pool areas on the beach. You almost never have to wait on an elevator your entire stay. During the summer at some complexes you will spend 30 minutes waiting on an elevator every time you try to go to your condo.

But let’s start with what makes this the perfect spot. Step out on the balcony and the first thing you’ll notice is the breathtaking views of the Gulf. MariSol is built close to the beach so you get stunning views of the beach and water. You'll want to spend all your time here because you have wonderful views of the beach and gulf. You’ll really enjoy the spectacular sunsets to the west. A great spot at the end of a great day.

This 7th floor unit is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath unit.

The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, access to the balcony, double doors and has its own private master bathroom. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and a separate tub. The master bath also comes with dual vanities.

The second bedroom has a king size bed.

The third bedroom has a queen size bed.

The living room has a pull out queen size couch.

The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook your favorite recipe or just heat up some mac and cheese for the kids. For the 2023 season there is a brand new fridge, dishwasher and range!

This unit comes with full size washer and dryer in unit.

*The pool will not be heated in the off season*

Enjoyed Our Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Marisol 0703 a number of times and enjoy the overall property as well as this particular condo. We stayed for three weeks last year, four weeks this year and will no doubt return in the future.My only feedback is that the laundry room is cluttered with too much beach stuff that I would rather not deal with when I am doing laundry. Also, the master closet shelves are cluttered with pillows, etc for the couches that are never used and should probably be discarded.

Very nice condo. Exactly what we were looking for in a vacation place for our family. Appreciated the beach chairs and the covered parking space. Easy to access. No waiting for elevators. TVs could have been easier to process as we had no reception in back 2 bedrooms. Could use a thorough cleaning. Would stay here again.

Another Great Stay on Panama City Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We vacation a lot in the Florida Panhandle because the beaches are awesome. This was our second year at the Marisol and our first time in 0703. We spend almost three weeks in 0703 and enjoyed our stay.We like that there are only maybe fifty units on this property and that most are owner occupied. The units are good size as are the balconies. I especially like that the pool is shaded. The water is cold throughout the summer and very refreshing after spending the day on the beach or outdoor in general.

Family Vacation

My family and I stayed for several days and the location was wonderful! Just steps from the beach front. Watching sunsets on the balcony were beautiful. Easy to check in and no long waits at the elevator. Very close to many attractions in addition to the beach. Master Bedroom bed was not the most comfortable but was manageable. Very strict policy regarding smoking and vaping on the property. Overall was a wonderful location and experience for my family vacation.

Relaxing getaway

My family and I had a relaxing week away at your condo. Thankful for the low number of units in this building. No long elevator wait times or waiting for a luggage buggy, or overcrowded pool area. The addition of the two beach chairs and umbrella was greatly appreciated! Would definitely stay again!

1st Time at Marisol, Second Time in PCB

Overall the Marisol property was as expected, but there were some issues. First of all, internet was sketchy the whole week and traveling with a five year old means you’ve got to have internet access. Secondly, the unit could have been cleaner. The furniture needs a serious deep clean, as all of the upholstery has stains from previous vacationers. Also, I would recommend incorporating more seating in the living room and on the balcony. There were 6 of us and we had to use a folding chair in the living room. On a positive note, the view from the balcony was excellent and the Marisol’s location on the beach makes it perfect for walking to surrounding restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay there again.

Good location

The location and size of the condo was great. The property had very loud neighbors playing loud music very early in the morning & late at night. We also heard dogs barking & howling even though the property is supposed to not allow pets. The beds were also very uncomfortable & the furniture was stained. There was also a broken lounge chair on the balcony. I would not rent this condo again w/o some upgrades.

Positives: Roomy, tile floors, nice kitchen, beautiful views, easy beach access, chairs with umbrella at the beach Negatives: Couches were not clean! We had to cover with sheets, nail clippings were on the living room rug, master bedroom mattress is worn out, lounge chair on the balcony broken and unusable, light switches were dirty, dryer rusty and needs to be replaced. Summary: We would not stay here again. Overall, Panama City Beach is overcrowded and too touristy. The strong current caused several drownings and double red flags were up for 3 of our days.

Great place, id stay there again

Accurate listing, easy check in, great elevators, beach great spot, good location. Parking was easy, easy check out. Only complaints, mattress in master bedroom could use updating, it was almost like sleeping on just springs. Internet was really slow too. Didn't watch much tv except what was cast from my ph. Also had to take a vizio remote from another room to get master tv to turn on. And the battery hatch was missing on vizio remote. We would definitely stay here again.

Great trip!

We loved our stay at Marisol, Condo was just as described. Beautiful views, lots of space and conveniently located near many attractions. The condo had everything we needed. The only issue we had was trouble figuring out how to work the TVs. But we didn't call for help either as we stayed busy. We would Definity stay again.
