Private, cozy, newly renovated w/ craftsman-style interior oceanfront beach cottage located in the middle of everything...where locals refer to as "Front Beach-IOP."

Ocean views from our private balcony complete with Adirondacks and pub table & chairs. Our profile picture is the sunset view from our 1st floor balcony.

Our breezeway leads from our front door directly to the 400' private pier & private beach access boardwalk. Literally 25-30 steps away from the sand. Take a stroll down the beach to all front beach restaurants, bars & shops. Park your car and your feet never have to touch the pavement again!

Family room equipped with a queen sleeper sofa(2nd bed) w/mattress topper, chair w/ ottoman, coffee table, 55" SmartTV, Xfiniti cable, DVD, WiFi. The glass sliding door w/screen allows for beautiful ocean & sunset views & ocean breezes.

The relaxing comfortable bedroom offers: direct bathroom access, a queen bed, bedside chair, chest of drawers, ceiling fan, beadboard ceiling, shiplap walls and warm sconce bedside lighting.

Bathroom includes new tile shower surround, bathtub, flooring and vanity w/granite top.
The bathroom is accessible from the bedroom and hallway.

Fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, flooring, kitchen cabinets & granite countertops. Two(2) Computer/Coffee/Breakfast Bars w/ bar stools.

Just steps away from the beach and Isle of Palms' best restaurants and shops.

Private parking for Sea Cabin owners and guests only.

Fresh water swimming pool and shallow children's pool.

Grilling and picnic area just behind the dunes.

All Sea Cabins are 1BR/1BA, 500sqft.

We adored our stay at this charming rental! Clean and cute doesn't even begin to describe it - the attention to detail was impressive, and it felt like a true home away from home. The location was a huge plus, perfectly situated for our family's birthday getaway. Perfect for a couple! Whether we were relaxing with family or exploring the area, everything felt just right. Highly recommend for a fantastic couples escape!

Relaxing getaway

The cabin was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beach, local restaurants and very close to Charleston to grab a walk and a dinner.

We spent two nights at IOP and Elizabeth’s condo was perfect for our weekend getaway! The condo had everything we needed, communication was great, and the location was perfect! We will definitely book her condo again in the future.

Prefect Location on Isle of Palms

We visit IOP frequently but this was our first time staying at Elizabeth's place. This was the perfect location and size for a nice getaway! Her place is well taken care of, just steps from the beach, and is central to dining and shops. We had a wonderful time and look forward to staying at this location again!

Another Great Stay

This is our second time staying in this "Sea Cabins" Condo. The Condo is adorable with everything we needed. The location is fabulous. The beach, grocery store and local restaurants are steps away. We hope to come back next year.

Beautiful property with everything you need.

We loved our stay at Elizabeth’s property. She made check in/out a breeze and communicated all of the information needed to make our stay fantastic ahead of time. We would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone who may consider it and WILL be back again. The grounds were well taken care of and the property with quiet and very relaxing. The private pier and private access to the beach were fantastic. I’ll be bringing or renting a fishing pole for the pier next visit for sure! This was a perfect relaxing home base for our visit as it was only 15 minutes drive to the city and we always enjoyed coming home to the piece and quiet area that the rental is located in. Tons of great food, bars, shopping walking distance from the rental. If you’re considering this rental, you will not be disappointed.

Nice condo

The condo was very nice and comfy and we really enjoyed how close we were to the pier and the beach. Elizabeth was very good to work with and answered any questions we had promptly. The only thing that really bothered us was that the balcony overlooks the parking lot. You can see a little bit of the ocean if you stood on the balcony but if you sat in the Adirondack chairs all you can see is parking lot and some palm trees. This is because we were on the first floor. If we had been on the 2nd or 3rd floor it would have been a better view. The picture that was posted was misleading in my opinion. It doesn’t show the parking lot. We would definitely stay there again but not on the first floor. Overall it was very nice and we loved being so close to the pier.

Anniversary trip

Property was exactly as described on Vrbo. It was clean, comfortable and cozy. It was well maintained and decorated with a wonderful beach theme. It was convenient to everything. The owner gave us restaurant recommendations and places to see. The beach access was steps away from the condo. We were able to walk to restaurants nearby. Sea Biscuit serves delicious breakfast. Coconut Joe’s is a great place to have dinner. We highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again.
