Tranquil escape in Bethany Bay. Relax at the 2 BR Condo with nature views.

Enjoy this sunny first floor 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo in the quiet Bethany Bay Resort Community.

The condo offers two primary bedrooms and full baths. The first bedroom has a king size bed and its own full bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and private entrance to the second full bath. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy your crab feast and other meals at the table for six in the eat-in kitchen. The kitchen is open to the living area with two bar stools for additional seating. After a day at the beach, relax on the screened porch with views over the salt marsh.

Bethany Bay offers an outdoor community swimming pool (seasonal dates apply - typically from Memorial Day to Labor Day only), hot tub, 9 hole executive golf course (additional fees apply), basketball court, tennis & pickelball courts (reservations required), volleyball court, wooded nature trails, fishing pond, playground, paved walking paths, and a kayak launch to the bay. Use of the unit’s guest passes to the community pool included with the reservation. Bring your golf clubs, bikes, and kayaks to fully enjoy this beautiful setting on the Indian River Bay. Visit the Bethany Beach Boardwalk, Rehoboth Beach, Fenwick Island, Ocean City, and other beach attractions nearby. Owner provides beach chairs (as they last the season) and storage in the garage for your beach toys during your stay.

Other amenities: Keyless entry; central A/C & heating; stacked washer & dryer unit; complimentary Wifi; TVs with Hulu TV streaming; Blue Ray DVD; brew coffee maker and single cup keurig; blender; crockpot; cookware and dishes; board games; ceiling fans. Assigned parking for one vehicle in the garage driveway and for a 2nd vehicle in the first-come, first-served unassigned parking spaces in front of the building as available.

Note: LINENS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED AT THE PROPERTY. Please bring your own or rental is available by contacting Gale Force Rentals at (800) 321-1592 or (302) 539-6244 or any other local provider to make linen and towel rental arrangements directly.

Pets considered at a maximum of two dogs per reservation. A weekly pet fee of $175 per dog is required. Limit 2 dogs. Guests need prior approval for pets by owner before booking. Please send an inquiry by clicking “Ask Owner a Question” before booking.

Second season

We enjoyed ourselves so much in 2024 that we returned in 2025. As always, Bethany Bay is a quiet leisure development with plenty of outdoor activities. Roni is a terrific host and the condo is well appointed, comfortable, and beautifully decorated.

Awesome Place to Stay

My 2nd year staying at this place and it does not disappoint! It’s so clean and nicely decorated. The neighborhood and neighbors are so friendly. Absolutely love this place - I’m hooked!

Great condo - great location

We have an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo- the pictures do not do the place justice- it’s adorable! The owners really did a good job with the little touches - The condo has a great pool and beautiful grounds - We will be back- the owners were very responsive and so friendly too which was a plus

We had a wonderful time! The condo is beautiful and suited our needs perfectly. Internet pictures do not do it justice. It was beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the screened in deck watching the deer (they get the zoomies too, who knew!) and the bunnies! When we had a question Roni was super quick to respond. Thank you Roni, we loved it and hope to return!

Bethany Bay Getaway

I’ve stayed here three straight years with my family and dog. The place is well designed with great taste and clean. Comes with everything you need as well as a great little screened in porch to enjoy salt marsh views at beginning or end of day. Will be staying again next year!

It was an amazing condo. Its in a quiet nice resort. The Community Pool was very clean. Location was perfect only a 20-30 minute drive to the beaches and board walks.

Beautiful condo

We had an amazing time at this condo. It's in a lovely location on the bay, and we enjoyed seeing all the wildlife from the back porch (deer, birds). The fact that it was per friendly was so nice. We enjoyed the ocean, pool, trails, and much more. It's a great place!

Great Condo!

This condo in the Bethany Bay community has everything you need for a great vacation. The place is well furnished with everything you need and has all the decorative touches of a beachy getaway. The owners spare no expense to ensure you have everything you need and are extremely fast to respond at anytime of any needs. We have stayed here multiple tears in a row and look forward to next years trip as we do every year!

Beautiful vacation home

Our family had such a wonderful time in Bethany. The house was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. We loved being minutes from the beach, walking our pups through the community, and enjoying the community pool. Roni was so very helpful as well! A great experience all around! We look forward to returning!

Relaxing vacation

Clean, nicely furnished and decorated and dog friendly! We ate most meals at the condo which had a well equipped kitchen. 15 minute drive to the Bethany beach with traffic. Great to "come home", be surrounded by nature and less crowds. Loved sitting on the screened porch with beautiful view!

Perfect!

This condo was perfect for our family and our needs. My husband and I and our 10 year old and 6 year old plus our pup had the best vacation! It was so well stocked we just had to show up with our stuff and the condo had everything. Close to Bethany and OC and the Millville Boardwalk was perfect for a night of mini golf and the arcade. We will be definitely booking for next year if it’s available!!

Amazing Condo

This was such a clean and well decorated condo! Location is great, neighbors friendly, and pool is awesome. Enjoyed watching the wildlife and birds through the screened in porch. Also loved the fact that much of the land is environmentally protected and preserved. The owner/mabager was so easy to work with and very responsive. We experienced no disappointments or issyes during our stay! As i said - just amazing!!!!
