Pictures don’t do this place justice

First of all, the photos do not adequately capture the awesomeness of this place! Upon arrival we were stunned at the size, beauty, and amenities of this property. There’s an outdoor shower and a bathroom outside for easy use from the pool. The kitchen was beautiful and HUGE! The pool gets deep enough to cannonball which isn’t always the case with Florida pools. The bedrooms we’re beautiful and cozy with giant tvs. Past reviews stated some things were not working properly but we experienced zero issues. Chad was prompt in his messaging and responding to my questions. Renting a house with a pool in Florida is our yearly thing as a group and After 5 trips so far this has been the BEST! Updated photos would do this place justice. Amazing stay and amazing place.

Great house for large family

Our family of 4 adults and 5 kids really enjoyed this spacious house and amazing deck and pool. Easy drive to beach and shopping. Food shopping very convenient. Stayed 9 days. Kids did not want to leave. Could use a few more towels and a refresh of some kitchen frying pans. Just a suggestion. Would easily consider this location for another year. Host was responsive. Great experience.

Great Place but had a few issues.

Great place to stay but we had a few issues. First, the communication was great with the owner. We had zero issues getting into the place. The place is exactly as described: spacious and great pool area for BBQ's and entertaining. The place could have been a little cleaner, but its not a big deal. The Bad: We got there and the refrigerator was not working, neither was the hot tub or the dishwasher. I texted the owner and he had me doing some diagnostics but I told him that they were all broke. The door switch for the dishwasher wasn't sensing it closed so it wouldn't turn on. The refrigerator freezer fan was broke so it never cooled the refrigerator below 45 degrees and the hot tub would trip the breaker when turned on. I arrived on Friday and nobody was available until Monday as far as the appliance repair guy. He said an electrician was coming out Monday to look at the hot tub. The appliance repair guy came out and told me it'd be minimum 2 weeks for parts and he also has to go through the insurance so it may even be longer than that. The electrician came out and looked at the hot tub and said it needed to be drained and moved for him to get access to the electrical panel because its not up to code. So I texted the owner and he got another hot tub guy the next day (Tuesday) to look at it and he ended up fixing the problem and it worked after that for the duration of our stay. Now the appliance problem, the owner said he couldn't do anything about the dishwasher but he could get us a garage fridge and would be delivered I believe on Thursday from Lowe's. It showed up and we had to use the refrigerator out in the garage. The owner was apologetic, and he tried to accommodate our issues. I would have given it 5 stars if not for these problems. It could have been easily solved if the property manager would have done a walk through before our stay and found these problems.

The Good,The Bad and The Ugly.

Amazing house, with a screen in every room. Comfortable beds and a lot of space to entertain. The hot tub was not working throughout the stay. It can be a difference in choosing one property over another. The dishwasher was not working. Nothing snaps you back to reality like doing dishes for five people as opposed to drinking beers by the pool. The owner had no problem trying to help us-but he also had no problem taking the $100 pool heating bill too.

Cousins getaway

A group of cousins needed a getaway and picked the Fort Myers area because one of us is retired to that area. This home fit our needs for beds and outdoor space--great pool area, great hot tub and due to the rainy weekend it was great to have a fire table too. This home is an easy drive to the beach. Grocery store very close by. Communication with the owner was very easy and response time was super quick. Bed very comfy. Only minor change would be to label the drawers and cupboards so we knew which ones had which kitchen items we needed. Home is in a great location and quiet neighborhood. Fun to watch golfers on hole 2. Would be perfect for a few families or a family with kids as well.

Gorgeous home in a great location

We had a wonderful stay here. The pool area/hot tub and lanai area are gorgeous and we loved the outdoor fire table. The place is really big and spacious and plenty big enough for 2 families. The location is great. You are very close to the beach, grocery, Lakes Park, and many more activities. One down fall was that the dishwasher was broken, but the owner let us know they were aware and waiting on a part. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to stay here again if we are in the area again.

Nice - but had drawbacks

Clean house with lots of living space for family. Hot tub was not working the entire week which was disappointing. Surprisingly, there are no beach towels and not an abundance of bath towels in a vacation house with pool. Master bathroom was not working for 3 days which resulted in leak in master bedroom. Owner did get property manager out and plumber to fix. The size of house and outside amenities are the plus to this house.

Nice house. Nice pool. Hot tub was not working.

Very nice quiet home. Nice pool area. Hot tub was not working and TVs were really hard to try and use. No instructions for the TVs. Ice maker was not working. Was able to speak and text with the owner. He seemed to insinuate that I must have done something to the hot tub and TVs which was really frustrating to be blamed somehow for this. The firepit propane tank was empty and not connected. Overall it was a good stay.

Great Family Vacation!

Great vacation rental for families or large groups! Pool/outside living space on a beautiful golf course was awesome! Pictures don’t do it justice. Central location to everything. Beds were super cozy! Very clean!! Nice central location to shops. Just a heads up for future renters: only a charcoal grill, no hand/dish soap so come prepared, check-in/out could have been a little more clear. I had to reach out for instruction. I would recommend to other and rent again if in the area.

The worst property you can imagine

I’m going to resume by saying that my family got kicked out at 12:30am at night with a 3 months old baby, a 3 years old and a 10 year old cancer patient on her birthday by the ft Myers police. You have no privacy what so ever, there are camaras in every corner of this house This is a scam
