Beautiful, updated condo in Wildwood. Located just 1.5 blocks from the beach and boardwalk and 3 blocks from Wildwood Crest.
Private Entryway Private Elevator, Private Garage, Private Deck, and a heated Pool!

There are Granite Countertops and Stainless Steel Appliances. A Nice Sized Dining Area with a Pantry. There is a Gas Fireplace in the Living Room Area where you will find a New Sectional Couch that has 2 Massaging Lounge Chairs in it and Usb hookups! There are 2 Decks one large one and a smaller one off the Kitchen & Living Room Area. Another Ensuite Master Bedroom and 2 good sized bedrooms which can share a Full Bathroom. There is a entryway through the garage, common area and then a Private Entryway Door.

Linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach wagon, pool toys/boogie boards, 5 bikes, 1 pack-n-play, and travel high chair are provided. Wonderful vacation rental for making lasting summer memories! Due to weather, our pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day Only .

NO PETS, NO large group party rentals. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.

Spectacular Stay

We enjoyed our vacation at this house. There was plenty of room for everyone, the host is easily reachable and it is well stocked with anything you would need.

This was the best Wildwood property our party of 8 have ever stayed. The elevator was perfect for the grandparents, the downstairs bedroom perfect for the teenager, and the high chair and toys perfect for our toddler. The pool was never cold, we went it in every day. Everything was CLEAN, which scores big points for us. Cathy provided everything we needed to know and was quick to respond. The owner in unit 4 was really nice to us as well.

Great location, well-stocked and spacious unit

This was a great property! It was spacious, included many of the things we hoped for, and made for a great extended family vacation. We really enjoyed the porch, pool, convenient location and even the neighbor's dog. We would consider returning, if the family is able to!

Family Beach Trip

The house was everything we could ask for. Clean, specious, fully accommodating. The pool is a great bonus and the beach supplies on hand were awesome! The owner stayed in full communication and was very nice! We loved our stay!

Wildwood Beach House

The cindo was beautiful and clean and large enough for my whole family. There is a pool which was very nice to have. There were no other renters that week, so we had the entire pool to ourselves. Short walk to beach (although beach is very long) but not bad. Walking distance to restaurants, ice cream, mini golf and boardwalk.

Wildwood Week

Our second year at this condo. Could not be better. Lovely home 2 blocks from Boardwalk and 2 blocks north of the Crest. Relatively quit street. Other residents in the other units very friendly. Spacious kitchen, dining area and living room. Highly recommend

The Perfect Place For Us

The home was exactly as advertised — clean, spacious and in a great location. Perfect for family with physically disabled member due to private elevator. Not many one story homes to choose from. For those who don’t like the ocean there is a pool for the four units in the building. For those who like the ocean and beach the unit had everything needed for outings — wagons, chairs, boards, bikes, umbrellas , towels etc. Cathy, the host, was very accommodating and easy to access.

Five Stars all around!!

We had an excellent, excellent stay here! Everything was as we had hoped- check in was easy, location amazing, extremely clean and well decorated, and stocked with everything we could need! Age ranges 2-65 and everyone was comfortable. Beach toys and accessories in the garage a HUGE plus. Cathy is very kind and responsive- we didn't need anything but she reached out with helpful tips for my toddler and to ensure everything was going smoothly. Highly recommend!

Amazing!!

Wow! This condo is perfect. There were 9 of us, me and my husband, our 2 sons (17&18) and 5 other teens celebrating my sons graduation and the end of a hard school year. First, it hit all our needs, a King size bed and plenty of twin beds so that all the kids could have their own bed. It was so close to the beach and boardwalk and it had a beautiful heated pool. This condo was really spacious and well appointed. The owner, Cathy, thought of everything. She had sheets, towels, beach towels, chairs, etc. for all of us. We just had to show up and enjoy our vacation, which we did. Everything was just perfect!

Beautiful Beach Condo

My family loved this beach house. It had everything you need. The pool was very warm and we enjoyed it all to ourselves every afternoon. The owner, Cathy was so sweet checking on us when we first arrived to check everything was ok. It was so convenient that towels, linens, and all bedding were included with our stay and we were not asked to wash it all before our departure. I have no idea how other rentals ask you to wash everything and still be out by 10am? My family enjoyed dinners on the large spacious deck each night. My kids loved playing with the toys/games in the house. The boardwalk was truly only 1.5 blocks away so we could walk to get ice cream every night. The house was clean and decorated so cute with beach theme. A very beachy perfect spot. Even the garage had lots of beach/sand/pool toys, beach chairs, beach wagon and a variety of bicycle sizes. My only complaint is that the neighbors on the floor above us were very loud and stayed up till 2-3am each night they were home which made sleeping very frustrating. Definitely the best place we have stayed at in Wildwood so far. My family has been returning to Wildwood for 25 years so we have stayed in a lot of places.

Everything was great- as advertised. I do highly recommend the Beach Taxi especially for parents with children in strollers or carriages! Very long walk from Boardwalk to Ocean!

Minutes from the Wildwood boardwalk.

We received a well detailed message on accessing the property from the owner Cathy, who was courteous and quickly responded to the few questions we had. It was a great place to be able to go to the boardwalk or the beach quickly and easily. On days that we didn't feel like walking around we were able to hang out at the pool or on the large balcony. Everything we needed was provided, beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas. The main room was spaceouce and there was more than enough room for the 8 of us. Thank you for providing a great place to stay.

Nice Wildwood property-would stay there again

It was just as advertised. Host could not have been nicer and make everything very easy. We were able to check in early. Location was great - near boardwalk and beach.

Great location

We had a decent sized group (10 guests + toddler) and fit comfortably. Overall the unit was clean & cozy. Great location in Wildwood with easy access to beach & local stores. Cathy was a great host with excellent accommodations & was easy to contact with questions or concerns. My only complaint are pool hours at the condo which are 10-6 for guests only, owners of units can swim anytime--because this is a "self risk" pool without lifeguard attention, I do not understand the time restriction. A suggestion would be allowing renters to hire on call lifeguards at their own expense to perhaps better accommodate guests. Also, be cautious of private conversations taking place outdoors--we had a situation where one of the other condo owners eavesdropping on a private conversation reported the context of the language to Cathy as offensive. While our guests made it clear to me no direct conversation was had with the other tenants, I was put in an uncomfortable position explaining & attempting to apologize for a conversation that was done in private & should of stayed there.

Great Experience!

The property was spacious, clean and nicely decorated too : ) It was exactly as is shown in the pictures. We went to the area for my daughter's 16 birthday with a few of her friends and had an amazing time! This property had a pool and outdoor shower as well which was an added plus from most of the rentals I viewed that did not have pools. Beach and boardwalk walking distance which was great for teenagers. The property manager was a pleasure to work with with and responded immediately to any questions/concerns we had throughout the week. I would definitely go back and stay at this property!

Checks all the boxes!

This place is amazing! Beautifully decorated, spacious, plenty of beds, and great location. Heated pool was wonderful, and the kids had a lot of fun. Best of all, you don't have to bring anything but yourselves practically. They include all linens (sheets, towels, beach towels, hand towels, and washcloths), beach chairs, beach toys, pool toys, board games, books, kitchen appliances and cookware, towel rack, and bikes. Grill worked beautifully. Outdoor hose in the garage was great for rinsing toys, outdoor shower was great for rinsing bodies before swimming. Communication with the owner was super helpful during our stay. And it's right in the middle of the action! Don't be surprised if we come back someday!!
