Located on the narrowest part of Santa Rosa Island, you can step out the back door to a lush green yard with three docks which are perfect for docking your boat, swimming, crab hunting, and fishing or walk across the street to the beach with sugar-white sands and sparkling water and waves. Enjoy the following:

*Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, cooking utensils, and dining wares) with granite countertops

John was great to communicate with for any questions we had. The view is spectacular from the living room and master bedroom. Enough room for five (3 adults, 2 teen/preteens) and the beach and bay access was fantastic.

Fred had a great time celebrating his birthday ot Our Island Treasure on beautiful Beach. In addition frequenting our restaurants, he had a successful deep sea fishing trip with his family and friends. S great time was had by all.

Great Location!

Our family loved this spot as it allowed my teenage sons to fish almost constantly out of the bay and also out of the surf which was just a short walk across the street.

"Relaxing Bayfront Stay – Ideal Location!"We had a wonderful time at this beachside bayfront condo. The views of the bay were beautiful, and being just steps from the sand made it easy to enjoy the beach every day. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and had all the essentials for a stress-free stay. One of the best perks was the free trolley stop right nearby, which made getting around the island super convenient without needing to drive. The area was peaceful but still close to great restaurants and shops. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Family Vacation

The property is very well maintained and great for a family vacation. The owner John was very attentive and responded promptly when we had an issue with the wifi. Our 2 grandsons enjoyed catching crabs in the Bay. I would highly recommend.

Enjoyed the stay. 3 story to master but it was worth the trip. Spectacular views of the bay. The boat slip was a plus for our boat activities. It was spacious, clean with all the amenities and comfort of home.

Hidden Gem

This property gives you the best of both worlds. My family likes to be out on a boat but also wants to have access to the beach. This property provides both along with a dock if you choose to bring your own boat. The unit was absolutely amazing. It was fresh and clean with brand new furniture and bedding throughout. The kitchen had all the pots and pans and utensils to provide a full meal for your family. The unit is one of the few that has all glass exterior walls that gives you panoramic views of the bay. Amazing sunsets and the soothing views of the water while relaxing and watching TV. The owners went above and beyond to make our experience one of a kind. This was our first time bringing our recreational boat to the Bay and the owner met us to assist us in deploying our boat and arriving at the units dock safely. We could not have asked for a better experience with the owners or the cleanliness of the unit. I highly recommend this unit for anybody looking to explore Pensacola Beach.

The view of the bay from the second and third floors is fantastic and much better than a picture can capture. The home is comfortable, roomy, tidy, an in good working order. The small bay is well protected and great for paddle sports while the new docks with Trex decking offer a fine berth. The channel around the small bay (Little Sabine) is deep, well marked, easily navigable, and contains a marina that offers gas and diesel fuel. Access to the beach is a few minute (200 yards ) walk across and up the beach road and it’s beautiful. The local restaurants were great and we especially liked Peg Leg Pete’s which we ate dinner at twice. The area offered much more for us to do when not fishing compared to Panama City Beach. Overall, we had a really great time and John (the owner) was extremely helpful, quick to respond to any inquiry, and a genuinely nice man. We’ll definitely be back again. A

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts about Our Island Treasure! I saw the joy in your eyes and your boys eyes everyday as you enjoyed our beautiful beaches. Peg Leg Pete's is one of our favorite restaurants too. We feel we have a real treasure in having boat slips on Little Sabine Bay while being directly across the street from the emerald waters of the Gulf. It really doesn't get much better. And as you told me, for the price of a hotel room you got 2400 Square feet of luxury. You were a great guest and we would be happy to host you again - anytime.
