Relax - you're on vacation! Enjoy your stay at this charming, bright summer house with a Cape vibe. The living room offers comfy furnishings and a spacious, open floor plan. The dining room seats six and flows onto a large, sunny deck for additional seating and dining space. Enjoy your morning coffee or sip your Happy Hour cocktails on the deck, then roast S’mores by the fire pit. The private backyard offers plenty of space to run and play. The master bedroom has a king bed and leads to an en suite half bath, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The kitchen is well equipped with the summer essentials - refrigerator with ice maker, Keurig combo K-Cup & drip coffee maker, and additional kitchen essential to make your stay enjoyable. After an afternoon at the beach, rinse off the sand and salt with a refreshing outdoor shower. Most of all unwind – you’re on vacation!

The property is in an incredibly convenient location – on a quiet residential street, but minutes away from countless amenities and attractions and with easy access to Routes 28, 6A, and 6. A great mid-Cape location - at the heart of the Cape and all that it has to offer! Ideal area for family fun.

Fantastic

The house was great! It's an amazing location, close to the touristy stuff but on a quiet road that is perfect for walks and close to several beaches. The house had all the basics so we could just bring our family of five and grab some food at a close by grocery store and not have to worry about eating out every meal, which saved us a ton of money. This was the first time renting a house like this and the owners made it so easy and effortless. I couldn't be any happier with the experience.

Great experience

The house was clean and well cared for. We have been to the area before, so we knew it was well situated with beaches, restaurants, and other activities close by. It had all the amenities we needed. The back deck area was lovely.

Great Cape Cod Vacation

The house was just as it appeared in the listing. Check-in and communication throughout our stay was great. Big and spacious backyard, with a great deck for relaxing, and many toys and games for the kids. We would definitely stay again!

Hidden Gem for family vacation

Wonderful property right near all the best restaurants, activities and beaches. The backyard is perfect for a fire at night or sit out on the deck and have a BBQ. The outdoor shower was also very refreshing after a day at the beach. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Cape Cod Vacation

The house was clean and well maintained with a nice deck and patio. It had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were gracious and responsive to our questions. Great spot in Yarmouth

The beautiful home had everything we needed for our stay and was close to beaches, shopping, and great restaurants. House was clean and comfortable for 4 adults and had additional family come for a day with small children who had plenty of room to run and games to play. Very nice place, we all enjoyed the vacation week.

Hi! We are the Noonan's, an active family of five. We love the Cape and enjoy exploring every inch of it! We (Mike and Karen) have both always loved the beach and the ocean; while Mike has been vacationing on the Cape since he was a child, Karen was a ‘North Shore girl’ growing up and summered in the Rye and Hampton Beach areas of New Hampshire.

While we always knew we were going to buy a second home on or close to a beach, Karen hadn’t spent much time on the Cape and she wasn’t 100% sold on it initially. That all changed when she ventured into the warm Cape waters for the first time and saw everything that this incomparable place offers – from restaurants to attractions, to history, to all of the beach options…and just the ‘feel’ of Cape Cod that can’t be described or duplicated. SOLD!!

Once the decision was made, we fell in love with Yarmouth. It has so much to offer a family with kids – there’s always something to do. There are enough beaches in town for every day of the week, there is the Cape Cod Inflatable & Water Park (one of our favorites places), the Cape Cod Rail Trail (just extended into Yarmouth), mini-golf, go-karts and – just a couple of miles away – all of the history and charm of Route 6A. Lots of restaurants, Hyannis and the island ferries close by, and easy access to both the Upper and Outer Cape from this central Mid-Cape location.

We were introduced to this neighborhood during our search by our realtor, a very close friend of Mike’s mother. Our realtor was determined not to steer us wrong and we fell in love with the feel of the area. We knew when we stumbled onto Englewood Beach that this would be a great spot for our small kids. This home checked everything on our wish list (including single-level living to which to retire in our "Golden Years"!). Walkable to the beach, easy access in and out of the neighborhood, open floor plan – and an unexpected bonus: great neighbors who have become lifelong friends.
