We're deemed one of the best complexes in the area as we not only offer a luxury condo directly on the ocean & in the heart of Playa del Carmen! We offer beach club service which few complexes do & unlike many other beach complexes, we don't have boats tied up in front of our complex obstructing swimming & views!

This spacious condo is elegantly furnished & fully equipped with everything you need for the perfect vacation. The condo enjoys marble & travertine throughout which extends right out to the large balcony. Slide open your doors & see where the magic begins. It's the perfect place to enjoy dining, a drink, or to just watch the waves roll in! Paradise!

*Washer & dryer for small personal loads. (Please Note: the washer & dryer are a perk; they are heavily used by guests & may not be in working order during your arrival. Unfortunately guests do not follow instructions & as a result the washer & dryer may not be in good working condition & we cannot refund for this.)

*LR has a 40" TV with cable.

BEDROOMS
MASTER: King bed, 32" Smart TV, walk-in closet with a safe. Large en-site bathroom with a walk-in glass shower, & double sinks. The bedroom sliding doors opens to the balcony & those ocean views.
2ND GUEST ROOM: Spacious guest room is outfitted with 2 queen beds, with a 32" Smart TV & a safe with a closet.
3RD GUEST ROOM: Smaller cozy guest room has a queen bed also with a 32" Smart TV. Both bedrooms share a full bath with a glass shower.
*Individual a/c controls.

BEACH CLUB SERVICE | INFINTY POOL | BEACH MASSAGE
*We offer the very best beach club service of any complex on the beach!
*Our fab beach attendant Abdias sets up loungers, table & umbrella daily for our guests only.
*Enjoy purchased drinks & food delivered right to your lounger from a nearby restaurant. (Cocktails, smoothies, beer & wine buckets) etc. The menu offers breakfast, lunch & dinner items. Due to being our guest, you'll receive a discount on your purchases.
*Float the day away in the infinity pool that overlooks the beach. (Amazing people watching!)
*Beach Massage: Approx. $35US for for a 1 hour massage.

*Upon booking via VRBO, you will pay us at Playa Beach Getaways directly for the rental amount & not VRBO. VRBO will ONLY charge your credit card for their booking fee. THINGS WE CANNOT CONTROL/IMPORTANT INFO
- Noise/Music: We cannot control music or noise coming from outside our complex such as neighboring properties or from beach restaurants we are next to. This town is an international tourist spot and our location is fun & lively. The condo enjoys hurricane doors & windows which help reduce outside sound. Most guests thoroughly enjoy their stay as you can see by our 5-star reviews! Our complex has quiet hours from 11PM to 9AM for the enjoyment of all of our guests.
- Halted Construction: Construction across the street that begun in 2022 has stopped due to permit issues. Should it resume, we will let our guests know. Most guests are not affected by this.
-Sargassum: (Season is over for 2025) During the warmer spring & summer months, the Mexican Caribbean may receive sargassum, (a form of seaweed). We cannot predict if & when it will arrive & if it will disrupt the beaches/swimming. The city has placed barriers in the sea & cleans the beach when required. We welcome guests to research the topic.
- Power Outages: We are not responsible for city wide power or water outages on the very rare occasion that service may be out.
- Lost Or Stolen Items: Please do not leave your valuables at the pool or beach unattended. We are not responsible for lost or stolen property.
- This condo accommodates ONLY up to 8 guests. No other guests are allowed in the condo.
