Stunning views from every window in this renovated third floor one bedroom unit at the desirable Lookout Condominium Resort. Newly furnished in 2021 including an adjustable King bed in the Master Bedroom with a Sealy Posturepedic mattress and a well stocked kitchen. The Lookout is in a fabulous location to enjoy your vacation in Ogunquit. Park your car for the week as Marginal Way and Little Beach are just a few steps from the building. Walk the Marginal Way to either Perkins Cove or Ogunquit Village for a great selection of wonderful restaurants and shopping. Main Beach is a 15 minute walk, or you can take advantage of the trolley stop right at the end of the road. The grounds have a heated pool, tennis court, shuffleboard and play set for your enjoyment.

We had a great stay! We enjoyed our first show at the Ogunquit Playhouse, did some shopping and relaxed on the balcony and watched the ocean. The condo is lovely and walkable to so many places. Kathy is a great host and is very responsive.

Minor glitch at the beginning as there was a misunderstanding about the correct codes to get into building and into unit. However, the Owner was immediately available to correct the situation.Condo unit itself was lovely and clean with a wonderful view. Two downsides were: the balconies/porches were a bit too close for comfort for me, though all neighbors were quiet and not outside a whole lot. Interior noise was minimal and mostly muffled.Building itself did have a musty odor-probably one of the few negatives.

Another great week in Ogunquit

Kathy's Lookout condo is a perfect spot to enjoy all that Ogunquit has to offer.Clean,comfortable and a great view.This was our 5th visit to this condo and we look forward to our next visit. We never had to get in our car after arriving since all our needs are a short walk away.

Location, location, location

The condo was in the heart of it all. It was close to town and Perkins Cove, all within walking distance. The condo was adequately described but to really enjoy the property one has to see the place in person. The views are tremendous at at times breath taking. We used the property as a base camp to visit other sites in the state of Maine, ie Bar Harbor, Acadia National Park, Boothbay, and Maine Botanical Gardens (Trolls included). A wonderful time was had by all.

Great home away from home for the week!

Stayed and worked here for the week with my husband. Wonderful views and great walks right out the door. Such a cute town to explore with great restaurants.

I've said it all in my 3 previous reviews. We unloaded our car on Saturday afternoon, parked the car and did not get back in the car for a week.This location is perfect,10 minutes to town or Perkins Cove.Shopping,Restaurants and Ogunquit Beach

Excellent location and accommodations

The Degan’s property was walking distance to Perkin’s Cove, Marginal Way, the town of Ogunquit and the beach. The unit was perfect for two, with beautiful views and a comfortable deck. Directions to the property were clear and easy. Kathy was very responsive and helpful. A great choice!

Exceeded Expectations

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Wonderful view and location. Walk to Marginal Way, "Little Beach", downtown shops and restaurants. Recommend taking Marginal Way short cut to downtown vs. the street (steep hill). Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Another great week at the Lookout

Everything we enjoyed during our stay in May of this year was spot on again here in September.Kathy is hands down the best host we have ever dealt with.She had a minor plumbing issue taken care before we in the unit 24 hours.We can,t wait to go back next summer..

A wonderful place to stay

Peaceful week

Great location, easy access to Marginal way and Perkins Cove. Stunning sunrises and you can hear the ocean from the deck, where we had wonderful farm to table dinners. So relaxing!!

Perfect location for Maine ocean/beach

We stayed here for 5 days. It’s very quiet and convenient. Steps away to your mini beach experience. The ocean walkway is such a gem leading to Perkins cove for lobster rolls! Great experience.

Lovely Views/ Perfect Location

This renovated condo is perfectly situated within easy walking distance of all the places you'll frequent--Marginal Way, Perkins Cove, Shore Rd, Ogunquit Town Center and Beach. Enjoyed ocean views and many sunsets from the balcony. We forgot the building key one evening, but Kathy was able to quickly get the super to let us in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

A spectacular view!

We loved everything about our stay at Kathy's condo! We could not take our eyes off the spectacular views of Ogunquit Beach from all the windows. The condo had all the modern amenities with a charming, old cottage feel. This was our first visit and hopefully, will not be our last!

Great condo with ocean view

We really enjoyed staying here! There is a big deck where you can see great views of the ocean, and the area around the condos. The space was perfect for us, with two bathrooms, and a very comfortable king bed. It was wonderful communicating with Kathy who was very responsive, and even checked in with us the day we arrived to make sure all was good. We love Ogunquit, and this condo is in a great location to walk to town, Marginal Way, and Perkins Cove. So happy we stayed here!!

Property was all it promised to be.

My wife and I spent a wonderful relaxing, refreshing, quiet and peaceful two weeks here. The condo was exactly as advertised in every respect. The view from the deck, indeed every window, was great. We are 79 and 78 respectively and past the point where we have to be doing something all the time. We spent hours sitting on the deck sipping wine, watching the surf, nibbling crackers and cheese, and just enjoying being alone together. There were evenings when we sat long after dusk just enjoying each other and the sound of the surf. That is how quiet and peaceful it was.
