This is our go-to beach vacation spot. The location is an easy walk to the water and right across from the pool. Shannon has the house stocked with everything you need and is super quick to communicate with you. The house is very clean and we love waking up to the amazing views. Thanks for another great stay this year! Hope to be back!

This house was a true gem in the perfect location! We specifically enjoyed the privacy of the home- it felt like we had our own personal beach and pool! We were looking for clean, safe, private, beautiful scenery from the comfort of the home and easy access to the water- this house delivered all of those! We also appreciated how easy it was to get to all 3 water options -ocean beach, sound and the pool! Quick walk to whatever you chose and they never felt like a crowded public area. You could easily drive a short distance to restaurants and other attractions- we tried many the host suggested and were thankful for her guidance because we enjoyed them all! The host was easy to work with, shared lots of information beforehand and answered all of our questions fully and quickly. After a full wonderful week we were not ready to leave and are already planning to come back again!

Perfect getaway!

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend and it was absolutely lovely! Very clean, comfortable and peaceful with great views. Highly recommend for a couples retreat or a family vacation!

Quiet, restful, scenic vacation

We like the location as it is quiet, scenic, and close to the pool. We rented bikes so the market and eating places were convenient toride to.

Perfect Respite

We enjoyed our return visit to Topsail! Simplicity property at Serenity Point is all that for which it is named. It was clean, quiet, simply beautiful and we needed nothing more.

Relaxing and fun

Great stay! Owner was in contact if we needed anything, the house was clean, well stocked with all the things need for a relaxing stay. We recommend this beautiful home and area as a must tonsee what all topsail has to offer.

Beautiful house made for a beautiful vacation

My family had the best time staying here. The owners really thought of everything, and were so kind and communicative. The house is clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is great as well. Right across from the pool and steps to the ocean. Would stay here 100 times over.

Great house!

Great house in a great location. Home had everything we needed for our stay, and the beach was perfect. Being so far south on the island it felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Owners were very responsive and made our stay amazing.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed this house for a week. Location is perfect if you're looking for a quiet and extremely clean beach. We loved exploring around the point and having the option for swimming at the sound. The house was as described with great decor, very clean, and stocked with everything you need. Best VRBO booking I've ever had!

Great place!

This is a very nice place to stay to enjoy the beach. The location is great, about halfway between the ocean and the sound, so it’s an easy walk to enjoy either. The neighborhood is great; we were even able to take advantage of the pool even though it was late in the season and a bit chilly. The house was very clean and provided everything you could need for a week. We would definitely stay there again.

Clean and comfortable

This property was pristine upon arrival and as advertised. Shannon’s communication and recommendations about the area was spot on. Except for the non stop rain during our stay is was a very good place to relax and revive! I’d highly recommend this home.

Great place near the beach

This property is near the dunes with a very short walk to the beach. Beach is beautiful. The pool is directly across the street which was great. Everything was as advertised, and owner was easy to deal with. Enjoyed everything!

First time in topsail. Great overall experience. House had everything and more. Kitchen was fully stocked and was perfect for eating in. Beach was an easy walk and had tons of open space. Neighborhood was fantastic and walking around the point was a daily treat. Highly recommend and Shannon was a great host.
