Newly Renovated Gem on the Cedar Beach Peninsula!

Come and experience the peaceful tranquility of the North Fork with this newly renovated gem in the heart of Southold. Ideally located a short walk to either Goose Creek Beach or Cedar Beach and right up the road from Croteau Vineyards and the North Fork wine trail.

The house is situated on shy acre bordering preserved farmland. Enjoy a backyard BBQ on the stone patio which features a grill, an eight-person dining set, lounge chairs and firepit. If you would like to enjoy the backyard beyond a delicious meal or a cocktail, there is basketball, bocce ball, croquet and cornhole. The front stone patio boasts a bistro set surrounded by beautiful flowers and landscaping which makes a perfect setting to enjoy your morning coffee.

The first-floor of our home offers an open kitchen/dining room which can sit up to 9 people for a family meal. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator (water & ice), stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee/cappuccino/latte maker, blender, and toaster. There are plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans and of course a variety of spices. It is a perfect place to enjoy a true North Fork farm to table experience. The living room is equipped with a recliner, reclining sofa, electric fireplace, ceiling fan, PlayStation 3 and a 75” Smart TV. There is also a powder room and full laundry on the first floor.

The second-floor features 4 large bedrooms themed to celebrate the beauty of the North Fork each with their own full bath en-suite. Each bedroom has its own work station and Smart TV. The second-floor landing area has been designed as a space for you to enjoy a good book or a place to just relax and enjoy the view of the sunset.

This home was perfect for my adult family. Four bedrooms with king size beds, each with a private bathroom. Couldn’t have been more perfect. Plus a bathroom on the main level. The house was well stocked with everything we needed which was wonderful for our long weekend. Beautiful property with deer in the front yard daily. Definitely will rent again. Hopefully for a 101 birthday celebration next December.

Great house! Beautifully decorated, spacious and very clean. Host was very responsive and welcoming. We stayed in the house with extended family and two pups for our daughter’s wedding that was at Breeze Hill Farms. Every bedroom had its own en-suite bath which was such a great feature. Backyard was beautiful, wish we had more time to enjoy it. Perfect house for the perfect weekend!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house was updated and very neat and clean. It was well appointed and sunny and bright. The home had many amenities and was perfect for a family stay. It was in a great location for visiting the North Fork. The check in process went very smoothly. Laurelle was very responsive. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time in this very well appointed home. It is well situated on a beautiful property. With each of the 4 bedrooms having its own en suite bath, it was perfect for the entire family (We were eight family members ranging in age from 1 to 92). Also, for those who had to squeeze in a little work during our vacation, the WiFi worked well and each room having a full desk was very helpful. We definitely would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay— check-in was smooth & informative, the house was immaculate, all four couples felt very comfortable in their spacious bedrooms & bathrooms in each room. The house is on a quiet block 10-15 minutes from a variety of restaurants, bars, vineyards & brewery. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area looking for a great place to stay.

Family trip to Southold!

The home was perfect for my family’s trip to the North Fork. The house was unbelievably clean and so spacious. Everything was newly renovated and it was clear a lot of thought went into making the home comfortable for guests. Booking our stay here was the best thing I did for our trip. I would love to stay here again!

Wonderful stay at Laurelle’s home!!! A gorgeous and huge updated home with an open layout. It had so much space for us to all relax , a huge yard and every amenity. Laurelle was an amazing host - quick to respond to everything and over accommodating. The house was absolutely spotless - cleanest home I have ever been in. Great air conditioning too which was nice on a hot day. Would def stay again!

Excellent property

Three couples stayed at this property. We all felt the same way! It was clean, exceptionally maintained, well kept, and well stocked! The home is warm and welcoming like the properties host. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely stay at this home again! Everything you needed for your stay was provided, plus some surprise extras! The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the rooms were big and spacious, the backyard was well maintained! Don’t think twice! Book this one, you won’t be disappointed!

Perfect North Fork Stay

Incredible property, great location, and Laurelle supplied the property with everything that guests could possibly need. This is a great property for 8-10 people, and it's a rarity to find a property with 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Highly recommend!

Lovely Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect place for a large group of us in town for a wedding weekend! Laurelle's communication was wonderful, her home is lovely, clean, and spacious, and the area is beautiful. On top of meeting us and giving us more details on the house in person, Laurelle was also ready with suggestions for activities in the area. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect spot for our trip and would absolutely go back for another weekend escape from the city!

Perfect Stay For A Group/Family

You will feel right at home at this stay. The host checked in multiple times to ensure everything was to our liking, and it certainly was. There is real thought that went into making this stay feel like a home and that shines through in details of every room. We could clearly tell the host makes a real effort made to ensure you have everything you need. King beds in all rooms and ensures was great for our group of 8 which was here for a wedding. Just a short drive to all the main areas as well. Loved the big back yard too. Would highly recommend this stay!

Wonderful mini vacation!

We had a great stay at Laurelle’s house. We were 5 adults, 1 teenager and a dog. The house was on a quiet street, thoughtfully renovated and stocked well above basic amenities. The location made it easy to get to local restaurants, wineries and towns. Laurelle was a lovely host, quick to respond and easy to work with. Bonus, she went above and beyond to mail back a charger we somehow missed. Overall, a great long weekend and place to relax.

Wonderful Vacation

Great house for groups and families

We had a multigenerational group in this house, and it was a wonderful place to stay. There are four bedrooms upstairs, which are all identical: really spacious, king beds, and each with its own full bathroom. The living room is comfortable and well stocked, and the kitchen has everything you’d need for a weekend away. The only thing they didn’t have was a regular coffee maker, but they did have a Keurig machine with lots of pod options. The backyard is enormous, has a little basketball court plus a dining area with chairs, a great umbrella and grills as well as a fire pit. it was an awesome place for the kids and the dog to run around. The location was very good too, the neighborhood is very nice and it’s only a few minutes from the beach plus close to the cute little town of Southold and so much stuff on the north fork. Host was communicative and responsive, WiFi was solid, everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others

Spacious and beautiful!

This was the perfect place for my friends and I to stay to celebrate a close friend’s wedding. The house was extremely clean and spacious, stocked with everything you would need, and the comfiest beds! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating. They really go above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Wedding Celebration/Mini Vacation

The house was perfect! We went with our adult children and their significant others. Everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom. Plenty of space to hang out together either inside or out. The house was clean and well stocked. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our needs

The house was exactly as described and it was very clean. The biggest problem we had was deciding which bedroom to stay in. Everything we needed was readily available including any toiletries we might have forgotten. My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer.

Our neighborhood is so peaceful and full of the unique beauty of nature. In the evening, the soft breeze caresses' you while you enjoy watching the beautiful colors of a North Fork sunset fade into the brilliance of diamonds strewn across the night sky. The scent of morning greets you while you walk through crisp blades of grass sprinkled with morning dew. The birds sing, the deer roam, and the turkey stroll searching for their breakfast from a menu of unwanted pests. You feel completely at ease and disconnected from the world, yet you're only two miles to the village for groceries, restaurants, and boutique shopping. You're also just a little over a mile from two beaches, vineyards and farm stands. My favorite season is spring, my husband prefers winter, my daughter loves the whole year. Each season, brings its own spectacle of beauty.

Our home is perfectly designed to allow everyone a unique sense of privacy with the ability to really spread out. Each of the four bedrooms are roughly 15' x 15' and has its own full bathroom. They each also have considerable closet space, a work station and a smart tv.
