You can't be serious? We spoke numerous times of the particulars of this apartment. Never once were you promised beachfront. Perhaps you're confusing this with the other reservation you had elsewhere. Yes, there was a double booking and luckily our larger apartment was available for you and your family and your two dogs. Let's talk about the "dive bar" first you were told there was abar in the same building and I was told by the bartender that your sons patronized said bar. Also, let's talk about the phone calls and text messages I received from your wife. I went above and beyond due to the tragedy your family has endured and you have the audacity to leave a poor review, shame on you. Not only were you given an apartment double the size of the one that was originally booked, I didn't charge extra, and I didn't say a word when you were 35 minutes late leaving or the fact you listed 1 dog but yet 2 pit bulls walked by me on your way out.
