This location offers the convenience of being only one mile north of downtown with the privacy of no houses in front or behind, giving you unobstructed ocean front and bay views! This home features 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 3 large decks, Kitchen, large open great room, plenty of off-street parking, private fenced inside and rear yard w/ grass landscape and direct access to the beach! This beautiful home features 3 levels. The first floor has a large ocean front primary bedroom with a king bed and huge private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Down the hall are two other bedrooms, one with a Queen and the other with a Pyramid bed (twin over full) with a trundle (twin) (sleeps 4) and a shared hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second floor has your kitchen/dining/living room w/ large ocean front furnished deck as well as a bedroom with queen bed and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The top floor has a bedroom with a queen bed and a private deck offering sunset views over the bay! This home is one of a kind and an absolute must see! Call today to reserve your family’s vacation.
