Welcome to our newly renovated lakeshore home where you can unwind, relax and make beautiful memories. Our lovely home welcomes you and yours to an inviting atmosphere where you can spend your day relaxing or launching at your leisure. Living room is extremely spacious where extra guest can slumber in. Our Kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate your cooking needs! Home has an outside enclosed area where you can hang out, have a picnic or play games. You and your guest will be sure to enjoy your private access to the sandy beach just a walk away.

Our family had a fabulous stay at your place. Our 6 and 8 yr old grandsons were delighted with being able to run down to the beach. Everything we needed was supplied, from pots, pans, cookie sheets, great knives and a coffee maker. Having access to the gas grill was awesome! Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation stay and we hope to be back next year.

This was our second stay at Alida’s place. Amazing location…. Steps to the beach on a quiet street. The home is perfect beach house feel! Laid back, simple deco and very comfortable beds and seating space. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked with implements. The washer and dryer a plus! Bathroom is cozy with a great shower and hot water aplenty! We used the camp chairs for visiting the water overlook area. A short grassy walk took us to benches and full beach access. Our morning and evening spots to visit. The beach access is rocky but perfect with beach shoes. The neighborhood is friendly and we felt welcomed. Another plus: close to pier restaurants and activities at Charlotte Beach. Frequent visitors by the family of deer: super nice… especially since we didn’t have a garden to worry about!Alida was a gracious host and would stay again for future visits!

Stay was very pleasant. Host promptly responded to any questions. Nice walk down to beach. Location was centrally located for visiting relatives and friends.

Excellent for place for kids

Location is exceptional with beach and play scape within walking distance. Close to public beaches as well, we LOVED Charlotte Beach, and other area attractions. House contained all the amenities needed to feed a family and Alida was so easy to contact and super kind!

Great rental

We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood and neighbors are great. The house was clean and comfortable. Note to future guests, the coffee maker is a Keurig so make sure to get pods if you plan on using it.

Great cottage

This place is in the perfect location. Close to everything you could want. The lake, the beaches, the marina or lake ave with all the great restaurants. Not to mention they have deer that are calm and peaceful and so much fun to see. Totally recommend it

Salmon Charter

We did a salmon fishing charter that docked on the Genesee River. The house was in a perfect location. The dock, grocery store, and plenty of restaurants/bars were all within a 5 minute drive. I would stay here again.

Delightful location!

The cottage was in a delightful location. It was on a quiet street with beach access at the end, with steep metal steps to the sand. Tip: walk on the grass to the left of steps to the playground for an easier walk down the hill. Linens were ample and beds comfortable. Bathroom small but functional. Large kitchen with ample serving utensils, except a corkscrew. Living room comfy also. Washer and dryer on the back porch - convenient and small yard to sit it. Off street parking for a couple cars. Our concerns were some details that our host responded: with variable resolution. The front door code lock was not consistent- both locking and unlocking. Backup key suggested by host not correct one. Wifi password not correct but once we had it, wifi was reliable. Garbage was overflowing outside on our arrival and still was that way upon our departure after 3 nights. Smell and flies not pleasant walking by on side of house to yard. That is disappointing with the cleaning and VBRO fees we pay in advance. Overall it is a beach cottage with quaintness and creaky and crooked floors….. but comfort and location make it a desirable rental. Enjoy the Lake

Nice Central Location

We have stayed in many vrbo rentals over the years. This property was accurately depicted, communication with the owner was prompt and courteous, and our stay was enjoyable. This property is central to navigating the rochester area, and the lake shoreline is a very short walk to the end of the dead end street.
