Welcome to your cozy getaway in Oyster Pointe, nestled among the pines and on the peaceful Kitty Hawk Bay Sound. Our charming second-floor condo offers 1,083 sq. feet of inviting living space, perfect for unwinding and making memories.

While not directly on the beach, our condo is located in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood, offering a serene escape. Situated at MP 7, you'll be just minutes away from delightful local eateries, grocery stores, and fun recreational activities. Plus, the pool is only steps from your front door, perfect for a refreshing dip.

Our well-equipped and comfortable condo is ideal for a family of 4-6 or one to two couples. We take pride in providing a pet-free and non-smoking environment to ensure a fresh and relaxing stay for all our guests. Come enjoy a peaceful and welcoming retreat with us!

this property was just what we needed for our week vacation of 4 adults and one child. Every thing was fresh and clean upon arrival easy check in and pool just a short walk . Good location for many restaurants.

Great place to stay!

This was a quiet little condo complex with friendly residents. The beds were super comfy and it felt like a home away from home. It was a short drive to the beach and close to everything we wanted to do. I would absolutely stay here again. I can’t wait to come back!!!

Lovely vacation spot!

We stayed with 3 adults and 2 6 year olds and it was lovely. Access to the pool was awesome and it was just a short couple minute drive to the public beach access and grocery stores. Being right next to the strip was amazing and the neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. The owners were super responsive to anything we had questions about and very kind. If the opportunity arises we will definitely stay again!

Flip Flop Stop was Awesome!

I loved the beach/flip flop decor and the condo was very clean. The kitchen was well appointed and our grandsons loved the pool. We will be back! We hope Kathy loves the wind chimes we hung. :)

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay but there were a few issues. One is there were no pillows and we had to go out and purchase some. The tv we couldn't get the cable to work right and when you leave you have a list of cleaning today...like wash all beds clothes,towels, clean kitchen and bathrooms and vaccum so I am not sure why we had to pay a lot of money for a cleaning fee when we had to clean the whole place before we left. I understand leaving it nice but not cleaning everything. We had to get up early just to get all the laundry done before check out time.

Your feedback is helpful and changes will be made by June 1. Being new to VRBO, it was not my intent to have you clean entirely. In the listing, pillows were not provided due to COVID guidelines. The directions for the Live TV with over 3,000 channels were with each television.

Home away from home

You know that musty smell some houses at the beach have? Well not this one, it was so clean and inviting. The house included everything we needed and then some. The only thing disappointing was the screen on the door having a large cut in (which was communicated before arriving) but I would have like to be able to leave the front door open and have the air come in without the spiders coming in.

Great experience

Wonderful accommodation, very cozy and clean. My family fell in love the moment we entered the condo. Would be great to have some additional supplies- soap, shampoo etc.. Overall a wonderful stay in the heart of the city with an easy access to beaches and other tourist places. Wish to visit again and stay at the same place.

We loved Flip Flop Stop

We loved this condo ! It is in a great location to the bypass and beach road . The condo is super clean and is very comfy. The host answered all our email questions and covered whatever we needed to know . Check in is a breeze with the access code provided by email. All in all we loved our beach week at the Flip Flop Stop !

Property is fine. There were a few different check out instructions. For paying a cleaning fee there was too much cleaning asked to be done at check out.

Lovely Getaway for my 2 children and me!

Everything was just as it was presented. The house was very clean and had a decent stock of things including dishes, pots and pans and bath towels. I was also pleased that there were things such as salt and pepper! Something I hadn't even thought of! The beautiful pool in the complex was also a bonus!

My family and I have been visiting the OBX for over 30 years. We've been drawn to this beach with close friends & family. We enjoy fishing, sun-bathing, swimming, walking, biking, shopping, and eating the best fresh seafood at the local restaurants. Our recommendations come from our own experiences. This condo is our home too. We enjoy the locally owned eateries, the quaint towns in and around KDH, the Wright Brothers Memorial, beach sunrises and sound sunsets. This area has charm like no other.

This quiet sound side property is tucked away in the pines at Oyster Pointe. The condo is on the second floor. The beach is only 3/4 of a mile away, with other attractions within minutes including bike/walking paths along the sound, putt-putt golf, the Wright Brothers Memorial. While the pool is just steps away from the condo, one can relax or swim from mid-May to mid-October. Located at MP 7, the condo is a spacious 1,083 sq. feet. The deck overlooks the pines with an indirect sunset view.
