Great spot for a small to medium family

Flip Flop Holiday is a great house in an amazing neighborhood. The host is very friendly and has great communication. The house is very clean and inviting. Our family had a wonderful time and felt right at home every day while staying here. We will definitely be coming back to this location for years to come.

Awesome Beach House in a Cozy Neighborhood

We had a wonderful time staying here. The house was even better than expected and the interior decorating was phenomenal. The owner/manager was super organized and helpful, making sure we had a trip full of great memories. We highly recommend staying here.

Great Vacation Home!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Flip Flop Holiday! The house was as described and was one of the most equipped and well taken care of vacation homes we have stayed in. The included beach towels, beach toys, and golf cart were perfect. Check in and check out was a breeze and communication with the host was top notch. We can’t recommend this vacation home enough!

Paradise

Love staying at FlipFlop Holiday house . Lynn and Eddie have thought of everything and their time and care show the house is so cozy and beautiful it’s just a short walk to the glorious white sand beach or any of the pools . I love driving the golf cart around the quiet village especially in the evening when everything twinkles with little white lights I highly recommend this gem and the entire area . There are many little seaside towns to shop eat or just relax nearby ❤️

Family get away

I have rented many properties on VRBO and this has been one of our most pleasant experiences. The property was immaculate which is our most important criteria and the most difficult to maintain. The owners are attentive and personal.

Comfortable and clean

Very comfortable and clean ! Furnished to perfection. Kitchen was completely stocked, even had some spices and basic necessities for cooking. Very nice home. Owners were very communicative and personable .

Family vacation

This property was PERFECT! We've stayed in various properties in Carillon Beach over the past few years and this one was our favorite. The house was stocked with everything we could have needed in the kitchen and throughout. It was exceptionally clean, the layout and decor was awesome, and Lynn was great to work with and always cheerfully responded to any of our questions. Our entire family really enjoyed themselves.

Best Beach House ever!

Flip Flop Holiday is the epitome of a wonderful beach house. The location is perfect as Carillon beach resort is located very centrally to 30A and PCB. The location within the community is convenient as well. The home itself is beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and just all around well kept. My family and I have never stayed at a better beach home and we travel through VRBO often. There are all the amenities necessary. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the owners and their home. We will be back!!! Thank you

Relaxing week at Flip Flop Holiday! rental!!

We have rented in Carillon for 7 years and I can honestly say this spring break was better than any before!! We cooked delicious meals on the Weber grill for six of the seven nights. The golf cart was such an asset when going to the beach each day and the designated beach chairs were a bonus!! I highly recommend Flip Flop Holiday and Carillon Beach for your next vacation!! Can’t wait for our next visit!!

Wonderful house for family beach trip

This was our first trip to this area of Florida, and we loved it. Carillon and the surrounding beach neighborhoods were wonderful. This house is wonderfully formatted, clean as a whistle and well appointed. We had some days with rough beach conditions, but that’s nothing the heated community pool couldn’t fix. Lynn was great to deal with. Highly recommend.

Fantastic vacation - AGAIN!

Flip Flop Holiday beach house was such a great vacation home! Our family of 5 enjoyed every minute of the stay. This was our 3rd stay at Flip Flop.....and it continues to be our favorite home in Carillon Beach. The house was clean and so well organized. All the basics in a kitchen you may ever need were there, plus additional fun items like a homemade ice cream maker. Lynn is a fabulous communicator and checks in regularly. If any repair is needed, it is handled promptly. We love this house so much and will come back again and again!

Best home we have stayed in…

Lynn has made sure this home is meticulously clean and check in as smooth as possible. By far the most kind and gracious host we have had. The home was close to the walkover, golf cart made it convenient but the walk is easy. We have stayed along 30a for years and this was the best for a quaint community and quiet beach in close proximity to all the area has to offer. I would recommend this home, and Carillon, without hesitation.

Every vacation should have Flip Flops

We spent Spring Break 2024 at Flip Flop Holiday. The house was beautiful and the gated community of Carillon Beach was a wonderful blend of luxury, relaxation and convenience. Lynn does a fabulous job anticipating the needs of her guest. Beach towels to laundry detergent, cooler to Keurig, everything was there. We really appreciated the cleanliness and comforts of Flip Flop Holiday and we’ll definitely visit again.

Amazing!

This house was amazing! It had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the location was amazing! It was also a plus to have beach chairs and a golf cart included in our stay. We will definitely be back. The beach was gorgeous and not crowded at all! We had a wonderful time and it was so relaxing at Flip Flop Holiday. Memorial Day Week

Spent the week here, could not have been better. Have been staying in Carrolon for several years first time here. Great experience, great location. Very clean, everything we needed as a family with small kids [six year old and ten month old]. Golf cart on site was a plus so it saves rental fee. Stayed in and grilled out one night, nice grill good utensils, plenty of plates etc. Everything was great. Family atmosphere of the resort, lots of kids running around. Great experience overall and great rental. Highly recommend.

The very best on the coast

My family and I have come to the Emerald Coast for many, many years and stayed in different homes each time…until last year. Last year we stayed at Flip Flop Holiday for the first time, and now we’ll never stay anywhere else. The house is perfection; well stocked, updated, and impeccably clean. The location, access to the beach, and neighborhood amenities compare to being at a resort but with all the comforts of home. Lynn is the absolute best and most thoughtful host, and we know we’re always in good hands with her. Our second trip to Flip Flop Holiday was even better than the first, and we’re already counting down to our third (already booked) trip next year.

Danielle, Eddie and I were so pleased to have had the opportunity to host you and your sweet family again this year. It pleases us to know that your family had a better time this year than last! It is our hope that our guests enjoy our amenities, updates, cleaning practices, and hospitality/service. For you to want to return and stay with us year after year, after several years of staying on the 30A corridor, is a huge compliment! We are blessed with a very special, hard-working, diligent housekeeping team this season, who really understand our expectations and work to consistently maintain those high standards for us! Lynn brings a background in the medical field, while Eddie recently retired from the aeronautical industry. Our dream is to eventually reside part-time at FLIP FLOP HOLIDAY, combining our love for coastal living with adventures aboard a trawler boat as we explore America on the Great Loop. We look forward to sharing our passion for hospitality and coastal living with you during your stay.
