Newly remodeled, fully-furnished, 2 bedroom apartment located in the heart of Sodus Point NY. Fully-equipped kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi, and a private parking lot are just a few of the features The Cottage provides. Walking distance to the Sodus Point Lighthouse, popular restaurants, and very near the fishing charters in town. The first floor offers an open living area, dining room, a full kitchen as well as a full bathroom. Two Spacious bedrooms upstairs offer sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests.

Had a blast in Sodus. We have stayed in almost all of the rooms at this location its clean and close to everything. The host is very nice and accommodating.

Kitchen could be better supplied, but since we didn't need to do any cooking it was ok a larger Keurig or a full coffee pot would have been nice. The hand rail on the stairs is loose; someone could get hurt

Kurig is a large 52oz unit. There is another drip style pot under the cabinet by the refrigerator. The stair rail was loose, you should have reached out to us directly and we would have fixed it immediately! Please let us know what we were missing in the kitchen, there are pots, pans, utensils, and cutlery. Thank you!

Just what we wanted

Three guys on bikes just passing through needing a place to stay. Location is great…close to restaurants and easy to head out for a walk. Gave four stars on check in because wasn’t clear which unit we had. Four stars on location because no real outdoor space to relax in. It was great for our needs. Would use again for sure.

Excellent place close to everything!

It is a group of apartments of varying sizes. We stayed on the largest one (I think) with 6 beds. Everything was very clean and accessible. We had a large group visiting for the day and needed a coffee maker and extra trash bags and Matt or Theresa were available to help out. All in all it was a great experience. Thank you!!
