Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

This renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhome features quartz countertops, soft-close cabinets, glass tile backsplash, LVP flooring, smooth ceilings, stunning tile showers, all new lighting, and new stainless steel appliances in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen.

The open-concept family room features an oversized sectional couch and two plush armchairs that provide the perfect spot for anyone to relax and enjoy a movie.

Just off the spacious family room is an expansive private deck with panoramic double-fairway views. The private deck also features a cozy seating area and a dining area with a table that expands to seat up to eight comfortably. This is the best spot on the island to enjoy homemade dinners al fresco and handcrafted cocktails.

All three of the spacious bedrooms feature their own bathrooms, ceiling fans, and smart TVs with streaming apps to watch any movie or show. The primary bedroom on the second floor has a massive vaulted ceiling with skylights that flood the room with soft natural light.

This townhome is perfectly situated only a few short steps away from the Turnberry Village swimming pool, sun deck, and recreation area. This is a great spot to unwind after a long day at the beach, which is only a short 10-minute bike ride away.

The world-famous Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort is a 2000-acre community that stretches from the 3 miles of white sandy beaches through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis and pickleball courts. There is also a convenient bikeway or walkway under William Hilton Parkway that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina and Towne Center, which feature a plethora of world-class shops and restaurants.

Family vacation

The house was perfect! Nicer than the photos and very comfortable. The bathrooms are modern, comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. Perfect location for beach, tennis, biking and General store.

Masters trip

Fantastic location and great property. The outside lights need to be fixed but it did not impact our stay at all.A small welcome food pack (coffee, milk, water) would have been a nice addition.

One week stay

We loved the house, it was clean , prepared for our stay with easy access and all helpful information. All as described, nice community, access to the pool and short distance to the beach. We were very happy with our time over there.

E-bike friendly

We chose to stay in Palmetto Dunes because they are e-bike friendly. It was a huge bonus that the villa was perfect! Newly renovated and plenty of space for 3 couples. We loved that we had 3 large bedrooms and three bathrooms. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The location was perfect!

Wonderful getaway!

We totally enjoyed our stay and found it clean, well stocked and comfy. We would definitely like to return. The Island Time staff were extremely helpful and kept us well informed about issues within the plantation and even severe weather. All in all…a great vacation experience!

Great place

We really enjoyed our time at this property. Tons of room for our family of 5 and great access to the beach and pool while still being private and peaceful. The kitchen is very updated and equipped with everything we needed. We had a few minor issues but the rental company was easy to contact and did everything they could to help even on a holiday weekend.

The Perfect Getaway

So glad we chose this place to spend our time at Hilton Head. Other than some minor issues, we had no problems. Be careful when sitting on the deck as you may get dinged by a golf ball. Overall we were extremely pleased.

Overall nice property & great location

Overall, the property was nicely remodeled & in a great location. We could bike to the beach in less than 5 minutes! However, it felt like purely a rental & not a home. Only a small quantity of the very basics are provided & even things like salt & pepper are not stocked. It was clean, but master bedroom windows were so dirty you could barely see out of them & there were some odd soft spots in the first floor. Communication with the rental agency was good.

It certainly lived up to the description online.The kitchen is much more than one would normally expect of a rental property. The two "king rooms" are perfect for two couples. Its a short walk to the beach. The management company were quick to respond to any issues. It is very clean and its clear the owners take good care of it.The back deck is in range of the 10th tee but we didn't have any issues with errant tee shots during our February stay. The queen mattress in the "kids room" upstairs is likely not adequate if you're planning on putting an adult in the room.We would highly recommend this particular unit.

Update

When we arrived we were unable to find 1 chamber of Commerce drive. It was 6:30 pm and we finally got our passes from the pass gate at the entry to Palmetto Dunes. It was not easy. We had a 4 and 6 tear old and it was extremely frustrating and time consuming. There was a used band aid, full of hair on the floor in the downstairs bedroom, when we arrived. One of the grossest things I have ever seen in rental. The shades in one of the upstairs bedrooms and the downstairs bedroom would not raise all the way. This was extremely frustrating, as we missed great sunshine with the shade half drawn, every day. There were no screens on the windows on the first floor. We had planned to grill our dinner one night and the grill would not ignite, so we made alternative plans. It would have been nice to have a crew on standby to switch out the grill (which was done the next day). But the inconvenience of not having the grill available when we had planned to use it left a bad feeling for all the family, as we ended up ordering pizza, which was not everybody's favorite. Other than that, we had a good time, but will consider other facilities next time.

Great Townhouse

Overall, this is a nice property in Palmetto Dunes. It is updated with a great view of the golf course. We only had one problem during our stay, and the pool was closed. The property manager was unaware of that, and the duration of the closure meant we could not use the pool during our entire stay. As we specifically chose a property with pool access, it was disappointing, especially for the children. Note you you have to drive to a separate building to get the parking pass.

Great spot!

Absolutely loved this property. We booked a last minute get away and was blown away by this place. Location was fantastic. 10 minute bike ride to the beach. Was able to walk to pickle ball and the general store. Loved the Turnberry community. Everyone was so lovely. Check in was seamless and quick. Property manager was easy to get a hold of via text if need be. The unit was perfect for our party. Would love to visit again. Only thing to note, is golf balls are something you need to keep an eye out for. Unit is located where golfers land their shot off the tee. If golfers aren’t yelling ‘fore’, it can be a tad dangerous. Overall a great family vacation!!!
