Regatta at Vanderbilt Beach is a gated, luxury, waterfront, resort community located only one block from the gorgeous, white, sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and across the street from The Ritz Carlton.

This updated, beachy, immaculate, three-bedroom, two-bath condominium provides guests with a fully-equipped kitchen including granite countertops, and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. All linens and beach towels are included.

Upgraded High Speed Wi-Fi allows working professionals to stay connected to business. Other technology includes four TVs, two DVD players, Alexa Concierge Service, The Nest heating and cooling thermostat, and keyless entry.

From the penthouse, top floor screened lanai you will enjoy views of the zero-entry pool with a tropical waterfall, perfect for kids of all ages. In addition, you can relax in the hot tub or exercise in the fitness center. Gas grills and outdoor dining areas are available poolside.

You will enjoy the convenience of an assigned, parking space along with a storage unit including beach chairs and pool toys in the parking garage. Bountiful outside parking exists for your visitors.

Within walking distance, Vanderbilt Beach offers beach-front dining, snorkeling, diving, fishing, boat rides, and rentals, such as: jet skiing and parasailing. Enjoy a day of golf at one of Naples world-famous golf courses. Public tennis courts are a short walk away.

Nearby beach restaurants include The Turtle Club, The Lighthouse, La Playa and Gumbo Limbo. Drive up the street to more fine restaurants, plus movie theaters, and upscale shopping at Mercato, Pelican Bay Marketplace, or Pavilion Shops. Beautiful, romantic downtown Old Naples is only minutes away by car.

Great Location for beach, restaurants etc

This beautiful condo was ideally situated in Naples. An easy walk to the beach as well as lunch or coffee. The condo overlooked a beautiful pool area with a further water view of the canal. The complex was well outfitted for a great vacation.

Lovely condo

The condo was an excellent base for our family trip to Naples. We utilized the well-stocked kitchen for holiday cookie baking and Christmas dinner for 11. The condo had everything we needed from beach towels to bedroom configuration. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay. Great Location.

The property was as expected. Very clean, spacious and perfect for our warm weather vacation. The location was great. Close to the beach and to shops (grocery, restaurants, etc.). Most importantly, the property manager was incredibly helpful, prompt and fantastic to work with. Would highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay near the beach!

This unit was fabulous and Katie, the owner, is very responsive to questions. My husband and I stayed here and had our grandsons over to visit from Estero. They loved the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub! The unit was well equipped…plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas as well…..and just steps to the beach. It is on the top floor and was very quiet. We will stay here again!

Beautiful!

The condo at The Regatta was great. Very nice, comfortable and easy stay. Short walk to the beach and the pool was nice. We were in Florida for our sons baseball tournament in Fort Myers, but wanted to stay by the beach. Vanderbilt Beach was a great choice. Not a bad drive to all the games, great restaurants and stores in the area. Would recommend and would stay again. Thank you!

College Graduation Vacation

Katie was wonderful to help with any questions we had regarding the room. We loved Idle Time Boat Rental for 4 hour sightseeing tour, Captain Will born and raised in Naples knew everything about the waterways! Favorite restaurants, Namba the best dynamite roll and Beef Ramen Soup, Taco’s and Tequilla, and Captain and Keene for the grouper sandwich! Will definitely be back soon!

GREAT!!!!! Due to Hurricane Ian we were unable to stay at the place we originally booked over a year ago on the gulf at Vanderbilt Beach. We are so happy we were able to find this place in the Regatta and even more pleased once we arrived. Very pleased with the unit, pool and short walk to the beach. The Lee's checked in a couple of times with us to make sure everything was good. We are already thinking about our return trip. Thanks Katie and Scott.

Beautiful condo! Convenient location to Vanderbilt Beach!

This is a beautiful condo just steps to Vanderbilt beach! The condo has high ceilings making it feel even more spacious and bright. The condo was impeccably clean and organized, easy to find everything needed. The condo had beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and floats to take to beach. We rented bikes from Naples cyclery for the week, they dropped them off at the bike rack before our arrival and picked up after our departure. Enjoyed biking around the area, although I wouldn’t recommend with young kids, we had teens. The biking in Naples is a “share the road” approach and the sidewalks are for walkers. The Regatta gated community is also clean and well taken care of! Pool, workout room etc are nice and were not too busy even during thanksgiving week. For a few restaurant recommendations: we highly recommend making reservations at least a month in advance for a sunset dinner at Turtle Bay club, beachside dining at the Vanderbilt beach resort, just blocks away. Or go for lunch with no reservation. Other restaurants in Naples we enjoyed were: Roccos Tacos at Mercato (amazing guacamole made table side), Sea Salt (great seafood), The Dock (nice view of boats and yachts), Mediterrano (our best and favorite dinner as service, food and ambiance were 5 stars). The last three restaurants mentioned are in olde Naples and a 20ish minute drive. For breakfast, grain de cafe is a French bakery known for its almond croissants. The breakfast quiche was delicious too and is just a few minutes away. Finally, The Crust Pizza is 2 minute drive. We got takeout and brought back to beach for an easy sunset dinner. Very good pizza, light airy homemade crust and delicious toppings. We enjoyed our week stay in Naples because of the following: beautiful condo and its amenities, the owner was delightful to work with, great food, beautiful beach, biking and family time.

We had a wonderful stay! The property is very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the resort-style pool, the grill area, and the short walk to the beach.

Great vacation!

My husband and I booked this place at the Regatta because we had extended family staying in another unit in the same building. The condo is clean, bright and comfortable! Tons of space and the location is great. We spent a ton of time at the pool and the beach! The hosts were great and checked in to see if we needed anything on our first day but the condo was well equipped and we didn’t need a thing! We wish the pool and hot tub area stayed open past 8pm but understand it’s the property group that sets those rules and not the owners. Not a deterrent at all for us since the beach is so close We will definitely be back to stay here again!

The set up was perfect for our situation. The Lenai is super functional and very spacious and the breeze is amazing. The storage and closets and baths and bedrooms were great , place is beyond fully stocked. Pool was great tables and chairs always available. We went to beach 3 days walk is maybe 1/4 mile with little store on way. Buzzes Lighthouse great little bar on the water across from Turtle club was ideal. We had groceries and booze delivered and it was fast and simple. Went downtown a few nights for dinner 15 minute Uber-

Great rental!

This was our first time renting this unit and we had a great experience. The condo was clean and “as advertised”. We particularly enjoyed the location which was an easy 6 minute walk to the beach. It’s also only a short one mile drive from mercado which is a great outdoor shopping and restaurant destination. The pool area was very nice and even though it was spring break the pool was not over crowded or overly loud/rowdy. The owners were great and were very helpful and responsive. We would definitely recommend this rental and would not hesitate to rent it again.

Beautiful condo in an amazing property at the perfect location! Love being located in an area that is accessible to many amenities by foot. Owners were delightful to work with and urgently responsive to any questions we had before, during and after our stay. They were both welcoming and accommodating to make our trip just heavenly! Beautiful condo, great location, great vacation!

The condo was clean, spacious, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The Regatta is a beautiful, well maintained condo community in a nice part of North Naples. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and walks to Vanderbilt Beach for beach time and sunsets. Our kids loved our visits to the Wonder Gardens and the Naples Zoo. We enjoyed local beach restaurants, Doc's Beach House and Gumbo Limbo. We booked a dolphin watching/shelling boat tour through Naples Water Tours and got to see dolphins swim next to the boat! Overall, we had a fabulous vacation in Naples due to the great accommodations and proximity to so many fun places to explore.

We love the location of this property because it is close to beaches, restaurants, and parks. The unit had plenty of towels and linens. Katie helped us accommodate our new grand baby. Wonderful Naples Getaway

The rental property was an excellent location, nicely decorated, and accommodated my immediate family well. The owner communicated with us before our arrival and promptly answered our few questions. We will definitely rent here again.
