Great location!

Our stay was wonderful. The condo is clean and set up with everything you need for a beach vacation with a family. Phil was very easy to work with and flexible. The check in /out process was smooth with zero issues. We hope to stay at the property again in the future.

Location, Location, Location

Easy walk to the beautiful Vanderbilt Beach! View of the Gulf and the bay! Swimming pool perfectly heated and a private location on bayside. Tennis and Pickleball available to play. All this made for a fabulous Naples vacation for two.

A piece of Paradise!

Great property! Excellent location, my 82 year old mother could walk to the beach! State park is a minute away. Pool was lovely, fun to see the boats passing by. Will definitely return, thank you!

Relaxing stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable, the view was nice and the location is an easy walk to the beach. The property is well cared for with all the supplies you will need for your stay. We were able to use the beach chairs and umbrella to enjoy the beach. We ate out most nights, enjoying the many restaurants nearby. Baleen was delicious, Buzz’s Lighthouse for the grouper reuben, Hogfish Harry’s and New York pizza for some thin crust pizza. We had a great time, thank you Phil!

Nice condo unit but bad timing

Phil was pleasant and his condo very nice inside. Couple things in November you can not see sunset on ocean due to condo between his building and sunset. I’m sure later in year it will be viewable. Unfortunately for me Ian was a major factor in the condition of the grounds pool elevator and beach. You could not use any. So while Phil condo was great the trip was cut short due to other conditions. I felt a price adjustment would have been appropriate but it’s ok. I would recommend Phil unit to others

Beautiful View

Our family really enjoyed Phil's condo. The view and short (private) walk to the beach was awesome. The large pool off of the bay was relaxing and lovely. Phil was helpful w/ information and extremely flexible in our last minute requests. We hope to return !

Fabulous condo

We really enjoyed the lunai. Our condo was spacious and nicely furnished. It was a short walk to beach and delnor wiggings state park. The pool area is fabulous. Many restaurants in vanderbilt beach and naples. Phil was great to work with and made checkin easy.
