** Please tell us about your group and pets when submitting an inquiry, so we can respond as quickly as possible! A owner vacation agreement is required and will be sent to guest after booking. A copy of ID is required prior to receiving access.

As a condition of booking approval, the primary guest must respond directly to the host within Vrbo’s 24-hour review period and confirm the total number of overnight guests, whether any pets will accompany the group, and that the home’s size and sleeping arrangements are suitable for the stay. The host may have additional questions about the reservation to ensure the property can comfortably accommodate everyone. Please respond promptly to all questions. If the requested information is not provided within the 24-hour review period, the booking request may be declined or allowed to expire.

Once the booking is confirmed, the primary guest will receive an owner’s vacation rental agreement, which must be signed and returned before arrival. A copy of the primary guest’s valid identification is also required before property-access instructions will be provided.

Cleaning fees: We ensure fair compensation for cleaning services by paying a living wage.

Note: We collect a 10% Occupancy Tax for the City of Ventura on all bookings, less than 30-days. Summer and other dates have minimum day requirements.
