View from balcony was beautiful. Minor issue with entrance code but management was very responsive and resolved it right away. Only recommendation would be to have a binder/folder on hand that explains what the beach amenities are and how to get them, local recommendations for restaurants, entertainment, etc.

Location and view could not have been better! Everything worked, kitchen adequately equipped. Could use a few lamps or dimmers to modify lighting, a couple more deck seats.

The overall stay was amazing, condo was very clean however our feet and socks got very black from the balcony. We did have issues with the front foot gate and the beach gate code, many people had the same issue. My suggestion is to be able to use the key fob/card to have easier access to these areas. But overall the place was great and we do plan on staying again.

The unit itself was nice and in a great location on the 16th floor, but the experience with Southern Vacation Rentals (the property manager) left a lot to be desired. It took nearly an hour on the phone just to get the front door unlocked, and the lock really needs to be replaced. Neither of the hair dryers worked, and the balcony only had folding chairs—no loungers. There was also an old swing that looked like it could break at any moment. Other than those issues, the property itself was nice once we finally got settled in.

Just pick someone else to rent from. Internet has firewall or latency issues. Plenty of speed but sites won't load. (It's an I.T. thing... Just trust me, you'll be plenty frustrated with it. When "both" hair dryers were burnt out we were told that someone would be right there with ine. Then we get a call saying "the unit doesn't supply hair dryers". That might be believable if there weren't two identical dryers in the unit when we got there. I believe they quickly removed it from the description before they responded to us...They may just be too cheap to provide 25 hair dryers. So you have to take up your valuable space and weight in your luggage because of greed.... Not to mention having to take valuable vacation time going to buy a hair dryer. Other furnishings are dated and worn but at least the view is nice.

Loved this condo. Everything was just as pics showed. Excellent views. My only complaint is all three bed matresses were dipped in so they are in need of replacement. Our sleep was not restful and because of that one factor I can't give a 5 star rating. Degint

Beautiful View

This property was the perfect place for us to meet up with another couple over the weekend. Both couples had adequate room and it was great to enjoy each other's company on the balcony. We took advantage of the 2 free beach chairs that came with the condo. The only negative was the check-out time of 9 am. We had a cleaning crew waiting outside the door at 8:55 am. Overall a great experience.

Excellent!

This property was conveniently located on the Gulf. Communication with Southern vacations was awesome. You had a bay on one side and the ocean on the other. Kiss you and it was very clean and fully equipped. You had two coffee pots. One for pods and a drip coffee maker. It had a crock pot, a blender, a large mixer. It was short on large spoons. Overall the experience was wonderful.

Property was really nice. We liked the way the room was laid out. Pool area was nice and seamed big enough to accommodate the people that were staying at th property. Using codes and having to have key fobs once on property was a little annoying. We had 6 people with only 2 key fobs. We really needed 3 fobs. Codes were not changed to what they should have been when arrived so we had a hard time getting into property. They decided to change to what they should have been to on Monday which should have been the prior Saturday so it meant you just had to remember a new code.

Beach Club 1605c

Nice 3 bed 3 bath condo with ice maker, fully stocked kitchen, beach toys, 1 comp beach umbrella n 2 chairs each day, 2 parking passes, and 2 key fobs. We had a great trip. Some constructive criticism.. more fobs per unit would be appreciated. Going thru garage, then thru gate to get to pool and beach is very inconvenient. (Especially when there were elevators not working) they did fix elevators quickly, but more fobs, at least 1 per bedroom would make more sense. Also the vents in all bathrooms were extremely loud. And u couldn't turn light on without vent noise in bathroom. And the mattresses in the 2nd n 3rd bedroom. Were soft and a little uncomfortable. But there are many other very nice things about the condo. Fans in bedrooms, nice furniture in den. Any others mentioned above. Also had option to add early checkin and late checkout for a fee. And keyless entry o the condo made checkin very convenient. No stopping at desk required. Overall great trip. Just a few minor items the owner may want to fix as noted above.

Family and Friends

This 3 bdrm condo was excellent for 2 couples for a long weekend at the beach. The view from the balcony is fantastic. The condo is bright and clean. The master bedroom has a great view with sliding glass door, balcony and large bathroom. It is a 3 bdrm condo. One is a Master on the beach side of the unit. The other two are on the back/corridor side of the unit and the window looks out to the corridor. The unit is the 2nd from the end of the corridor so there aren't many people walking by. Make sure you understand that from the floorplan drawing. The living space and kitchen are comfortable and useable. The kitchen is fully outfitted (some places claim they are but they aren't) but this kitchen is fully outfitted. Note that there are NO spices or any food products in the condo. If you want to do a lot of cooking (or even make a sandwich), you need to buy those groceries. So, consider packing salt/pepper, etc if you are going to be staying a while and will be using the kitchen. Same goes for napkins, dish soap and kleenex. The lack of those basics was a little surprising. Basically, you need to grocery shop like you are "camping" so bringing basic spices, etc may save you money. We didn't use any of the TVs so I can't speak to that. The location is FANTASTIC!!! We could walk to so many restaurants and bars. and the beach was amazing. The sand is so soft! Note that the pool is in between two low-rise buildings and is 1/2 shaded all day long. If you are looking for full-day sun, go to the beach. It was great to have 2 parking spots. The whole experience was really good. I'd go back to this condo.

We had several problems from the minute we arrived until we left, a day early. Management did take care of all but it still made the trip stressful and annoying… not at all relaxing as planned!

Great Location - View for Miles

The property was as advertised - check in and check out were super easy. All responses to questions I had we quick and complete. Everything we needed was provided including an abundance of sand toys to choose from. Plenty of space and a good variety of cooking utensils. The location is good for walking to places to eat and most activities. Driving further into Gulf Breeze and Pensecola was also pretty quick. The beach is gorgeous and not crowded. The sand soft and clean. Take the drive to Fort Pickens and check out the beaches there - we went back 3x on our week pass and loved the variety of shells and perfectly clear water. We’ll be back and looking to book Beach Club 1605C again.
