This sweet cape has been renovated with modern, beachy decor and is super comfortable for everyone to spread out with all the amenities you need.
The first floor offers a living room as well as family room, both with flat screen Tv's. The kitchen is updated with white quartz countertops, new stainless appliances and a single basin farmhouse sink. The open kitchen has barstools to eat at or hang out while food is being prepared. The deck was completely rebuilt in 2023 with fan stairs and is accessible from the kitchen/dining area. There is an outdoor sofa with cushions and a stand umbrella. The first floor bedroom has a queen sized bed and the detached hall bathroom has a tub and shower combination unit.
The second floor has two spacious bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the second "kids room" has a full sized bed and twin bunk beds. The second floor full bathroom has a beautiful tiled shower and new vanity.
All bedrooms and the living room/family room have window a/c units to keep the house cool. The front and back yard allow for plenty of outdoor fun and games! There is a brand new enclosed outdoor shower to wash off the sand from the beach.
The path to South Kingstown aka Matunuck Beach access is just .5 mile away, where there is a playground with swing sets, picnic tables and grills (bring your own charcoal)! The Vanilla Bean, Daddy's Bread, Theatre by the Sea & The Ocean Mist are just a few of the local must-visit places while in Matunuck. A truly wonderful place to spend your vacation!
For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.
