The Tesoro at Grayhawk is not your typical townhome golf course community. This picturesque neighborhood has a private security gate, heated pools, fitness centers, two hot tubs and lush desert landscaping. Residents have access to all Grayhawk community amenities such as tennis courts, walking paths, greenbelts, playgrounds, community athletic fields. This is a neighborhood with a lot to offer in a secluded enclave in the desert.

Spacious split master bedroom with King bed, master bathroom and walk-in closet. Second bedroom with two twin beds has access to one of the two balconies. Renters are also allowed to park in front of the garage.
This townhome has been completely been upgraded and is like new with new everything! New furniture, new appliances, new paint, new beds all bought 6/15/21.
