Located in a beautiful new complex of luxury condos in the heart of Mid-town Playa Del Carmen. This condo provides for easy access to all. The trendy restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and bars of the famous 5th Ave and it's surrounding areas. All within walking distance. One could actually leave their car parked for their entire stay! Splendid amenities include 4 receptions, Sport bar, Business center, Gym, Spa, Kids club, 3 pools: family, adult and semi-Olympic, ​Men's and Women's locker rooms with steam rooms, Secure Underground parking, Outdoor areas exclusively for our residents and their guests, a luxurious lobby, handicap-friendly, concierge service, Super fast WiFi , 24-hour security and controlled access. Elevators are conveniently placed to use from underground parking to the fabulous rooftop amenities.
It is a wonderfully unique experience to feel the ocean breezes, with a beverage in hand, on the rooftop while watching the breathtaking Mexican Caribbean sunsets. One can appreciate the expansive- almost 360 degree views of not only the ocean but of the whole of Playa Del Carmen as well .
This entire development was designed to provide what’s truly important in life- Ease of Living.
If it's beaches you are searching for, we are only a short 2 block walk to the white sand shores of the beautiful blue Caribbean ocean.
This area has a plethora of things to do, from visiting the ancient Mayans Ruins, to Zip lining, to swimming in the many Cenotes, to snorkeling with the Sea Turtles, to Scuba diving, to Parasailing over the ocean, to Salsa dancing, to taking a ferry ride over the Island of Cozumel, to exploring Rio Secreto, to Jet skiing, to sailing, the list goes on and on.
In order to keep our prices low, and stay environmentally aware, we include an electrical consumption of 20 kwh/day-which should cover guests' needs. In case, for any reason, you use extra kwh's, these can be paid at check out.
We also offer promotional rates for stays of 30 nights or longer. These rates do not include electric. Guests will be responsible to pay for their consumption at check out. Consumption is monitored by recording meter at check in and check out.
The condo has a great airflow and consumption is typically low.

Beautiful condo just as described, great location, well equipped, easy access to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. We loved every minute of staying there. The property manager Lami went above and beyond with welcoming us and making us feel right at home. We highly recommend this place.

Great location

I’m only giving this property 4 stars due to the fact that the bed and pillows were so terribly uncomfortable and the air conditioning unit in the bedroom dripped water so we were unable to use it. I had a terrible sleep my entire stay. The location was great and the pools were wonderful, the best part of the property. I should also note how quiet the unit was. Bar items at the pool were very inexpensive. The unit was clean and well equipped.

Amazing!!

The condo was awesome...the pools superb, pool bar provided excellent service and the staff everywhere were very accommodating! I would definitely recommend especially for the location! Lami was truly a charm...the property manager...always available for anything we needed...offering his knowledge of the area and checking in on us to ensure everything was good. I look forward to visiting this condo and area again!!

Beautiful rooftop pools!

Great rooftop pool area with small bar and bites. Vince the bartender is great. Thanks to Lami-he replaced the safe-(locked from previous guest). Very clean. Decent pans. All necessities. Would definitely come back. Great communication.

Amazing pool and location

The pool at this condo cannot be beat. The location was amazing. Super close to the beach, grocery, 5th and a dozen fantastic restaurants. The area felt safe and we walked around comfortably at night. The unit is as described, for the most part, but it was being cleaned when we checked in at 4:20 pm however ( check in is at 3 pm) We were tired and just wanted to drop off our stuff and meet friends. The manager helped remedy the broken safe. Was disappointed that there was no water cooler I. The condo. So we had to buy 5 gallonjugs of water from 7/11. Our friends stayed in a unit down the hall from us and had a water cooler (the concierge was also surprised we did not have one). We were only given two shower towels and one hand towel and one washcloth ( there are two of us ) for an entire week’s stay. I think 4-6 towels and 4 pool towels would be better and more sanitary. Those two items water and towels were our only concerns. Otherwise would recommend this complex for sure

Well appointed, responsive host

Well appointed studio, with new appliances, in room washing machine. Property has wonderful pools (4) on the roof, plus game room and 2 snack bars (cash only). Had problem (over the weekend, of course) with internet service. Emailed management team and owner, who is very involved and responsive. She quickly took ownership of problem and solved it. It’s not necessarily the absence of problems on a trip, but how, and how quickly they are solved, that speak of a commitment to service. Would stay here again!

Great location, safe spot for solo female travelers

I loved this little apartment for my time in Playa Del Carmen. The location was close to everything I needed. I travel alone often and felt very safe here. There are always people out and about! The building has tons of security. It's also a straight 10 min walk to the beach and 5 minutes to 5th Avenue. There is a very nice grocery store on the same block and plenty of yummy food options nearby. There's even a 7-11 in the lobby of the building next door which was great for water and snacks on the way from the beach. The rooftop pool is fantastic. Will definitely stay here again - already thinking of my next trip back to Playa! Also, there are plenty of legitimate cab drivers outside the building so it's easy to get to where you need to.

Good location but crummy furniture.

What is it about vacation rentals that seems all owners find the worst furniture? A vacation property couch should allow a nap when in a beach community. Instead the pillows slid off and the wood couch frame slid all over if you tried to sit on it. It’s way to small even if the cushions stayed out. The furniture on the balcony is also super in comfortable and awkward. Rooftop pool is great. We noticed the way the buildings are situated on the property you do not get any ocean breezes. We were here in Jan. Can’t imagine how hot and sticky during warmer months. Just the bad luck of the location and construction of the condos.

Great little apartment in a quiet convenient location

Apartment is about 500 sq feet and perfect for a couple who want to be close to the action but also enjoy the hot spots too. Beautiful rooftop pools that were clean. Not crowded and had a beautiful view of ocean an Cozumel. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to beach clubs. Felt very safe in area. Great supermarket a minute walk away that has everything including liquor at great prices. Dozens of dinning options within minutes. Bed was comfortable and sheets were very soft. Full size kitchen fully equipped. Highly recommended. Would definitely go back. Also a washer unit that was a nice convenience. I would stay at pool all day if I could. Also had a small bar and tv to watch World Cup from pool. Very satisfied.

Great property

This is a perfect property in a great location of town. So much to see so much to do. Brand new grocery store right next-door. Rooftop pools and atmosphere is amazing Short walk to everything you need, including the beach. Great communication with property owner as well as property management.

Wanted to stay longer!

Heidi and the property management team were great to work with, very responsive, and made the whole process and stay easy. Heidi's place is very homey and comfortable plus the location is really idea to have a quiet day/night but then simply walk a few minutes to 5th or 10th Ave. The great amenities (gym, wifi, pools, etc), convenient location, and friendly staff all made the month stay very inviting and relaxing. Will certainly look for availability here again next time we visit.

You want to stay at Ipana

By far the best thing about the condo is its location within the Ipana complex. Excellent security, 3 very nice swimming pools, 2 pool bars, excellent parking, and because it's so new it's very uncrowded. Located a couple of blocks from lots of eateries on 10th Ave and 5th Ave. Check out Ferrons jerk chicken on 10th Ave and Que Huevos on Calle 48 and 5th. Condo was interesting studio like with small bathroom with very nice shower. King bed was very nice. Good wifi. Good little kitchen. You need to get good orientation because there are no written directions for washer or TV. There is no dryer but washer has centrifuge and there is clothesline in bedroom. It seemed just a little better than hand washing. Very nice balcony.

PERFECT!

I could actually see myself Living in that space! *2 blocks from 5th *Rooftop deck WOW view, pools, bar, chairs it was like a cruise ship! *Gym was well set up *Space was clean well set up and decorated well *Felt safe and at home *Woke up to birds singing in the courtyard *Grounds were lovely, like a resort! Would I stay there again ... ABSOLUTELY!!! Thank You for Great Memories ❤️

Amazing Condo - Perfect Location

Heidi’s condo is beautiful! It is spacious, clean and stocked with everything you need including the kitchen, extra towels and extra bedding. My husband I spent 11 nights at Heidi’s for our honeymoon. The building is super safe with onsite security and has great amenities including multiple accessible roof top pools (2 heated), a roof top bar, a gym and a games room. Heidi’s condo is the perfect location only 5 mins to 5th ave and about 10 mins to the beach. There are also a ton of great restaurants close by on 10th, 20th and 30th aves. Heidi was super responsive to any questions I had, and the check in/out process was super smooth. Her property management company was also super responsive and ensured we had no issues once we checked in. We will definitely be booking Heidi’s condo again, and are already planning another trip in 2022.
