The Space:

This fantastic end unit on the top (third) floor allows the best ocean views from both lanais at Lae nani and the condo is closest to the pool and the ocean. Arguably, the best ocean view on the island, this condo has 150-degree views allowing sunrise AND sunset views.

New lanai furniture, new shower in the master bedroom (Sept. 2020)

Our dining area looks out onto the blue Pacific Ocean and Wailua Bay giving you a panoramic view unsurpassed by any condo at Lae nani, The Jewel of the Coconut Coast.



The master bedroom has a lanai and sliding door where you can see the stars and moon and listen to the ocean waves lull you asleep in your king-size bed.

The Neighborhood:

The Royal Coconut Coast is aptly named, not just because of the amazing stands of large coconut trees that cover the landscape, but also because much of the area was originally reserved only for the ali’i or royalty in the Hawaiian kingdom. Today, beautiful white sandy beaches, lush green mountains and valleys, and consistently warm weather all year round attract travelers from all over the world. The Royal Coconut Coast has become a popular tourist destination because of its central location, beauty, rich history and culture, and variety of activities available for the whole family. From Wailua to Kealia, the east side of Kauai offers accommodations for both the budget traveler and those wanting a more full-service resort experience. The whole family can find something to do here, from a leisurely day at the beach or spa, to biking, hiking, kayaking, or golfing, there are many options of how to spend your time on Kauai’s Royal Coconut Coast



Getting Around:

We have the Kauai Bus, Taxis, Uber and Lyft but we recommend a car to enjoy all there is on the island.



Other Things to Note:

Lae Nani Condos are located on the convenient East side of Kauai and close to shopping, activities and even the airport.

Checkout time is 10 a.m.

This is our second stay at Lae Nani and it did not disappoint. One of the most beautiful properties. This unit’s view is breathtaking. One of the closest units to the beach. Unit was equipped with everything we needed. Great communication and customer service with property management team. Till next time, mahalo!!

Awesome Place, Excellent views

Had a great time staying here. Especially enjoyed sitting on the large lanai with friends listening to the ocean and just watching the waves. Tons of room, easy parking, safe, and the grounds/maintenence crew really stay on top of things.

Would stay again in a heartbeat!

I don’t think we could have picked a better condo for our first trip to Kauai. We awakened each morning to watch the sunrise over the water and enjoyed breakfast on the lanai with breathtaking views. The condo itself was clean and well-appointed with all kitchen items- pots and pans, dishes and even spices. Beds were comfortable, and bathrooms were clean. There is no laundry in the unit, but a very affordable laundry facility is available in the next building over. The location made it easy to get to any part of the island, and Coconut Marketplace is just a short walk away with shops, restaurants and grocery. Instructions for check in/check out were reasonable and easy. We’re already talking about when we can return.

A week in paradise

We spent a week over Christmas at the Lae Nani Condos in this perfectly situated corner condo. We fell asleep to the sound of the ocean every night and woke up to beautiful sunrises. The whole condo property (beach, pool, lawn) is well maintained. AC was not needed as it was a comfortable temperature every day. Within walking distance were shops, restaurants, and a market.

Top notch except for one thing

I noticed this is in some past reviews and I concur. It's time to fix the screen door. As there is no air conditioning the sliding living room door an needs to be open most all time to be comfortable. But the screen door "sticks" so badly your constantly screwing around trying to get it open and closed. This did become annoying. Other than that great place enjoyed it and once the screen door is replaced with one the works I'd rent it again.

Nice stay

The location is amazing! The views are magnificent. Property management is very responsive and helpful. It needs air conditioning and general maintenance. We stayed in July and it got pretty hot in the condo. The doors are sticky and don't open and close well(simple fix). Overall great, just needs some updating and some love.

A corner view to paradise

The property was as reported and listed. The condo had plenty of space and areas to enjoy the sun or stay out of it. Great location on the east side of Kauai. We had a wonderful time with our stay there.

I went back and forth on condos when planning our trip and I’m so glad I chose this one! It is hands down perfect! My kids loved it too! You can not beat the view!

Amazing Views!

We had a wonderful stay! Couldn’t be closer to the ocean. Decks were private and peaceful. Place was a little outdated but the views made up for it. Beds were comfortable. A/C would have been a plus but luckily is on top floor and could leave windows open. Check in wasn’t until 4pm which is pretty late when you have a 10am check out and get in early. All in all, would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

The condo was in a great location and had beautiful views. The kitchen was well stocked with items we needed to cook and they had chairs and umbrellas for enjoying the beaches. We asked that the twin beds be made into king and it was not done upon arrival, however it was quickly remedied, however there was no connector between the beds so they did slip apart so we separated them.. Overall it was a wonderful vacation and we cherish the memories!

Great views!

Had a great week in this corner with great view of the ocean and the pool! Third floor so lots of stairs but keeps you fit 🤣🤣! Only thing they need is more dishes, 6 plates is not enough for 4 people. Had to continually wash plates. Easy fix! Lava Lava Beach Club was next door and we went for drinks and appetizers almost every night. So close and outdoor seating on sand, music and games too.

Great place

I would have given it all 5 stars, great location, great beach, incredible views, very clean and lots of room. But I will say we had an issue with our toilet seat and bathtub/ shower drained very slowly and I sent an email and got a response back that they would notify maintenance and then never heard back from them. I would however come back to this place again and again, over all a great vacation spot.

Fantastic Vacation

This was the perfect location for our family if 4. The view was phenomenal and we loved the ease of getting to the different parts of the island. Pool was delightful…property manager extremely responsive to questions. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. We sat out on the lanai and watched the fireworks on July 4th. A true bonus! Can’t wait to come back.

Breathtaking views

The check in/out process was very smooth and easy to understand. Loved the location. Central location made it easy to get around the island. Beach towels, chairs, etc provided which helped tremendously. The grounds of the property were incredible with beautiful gardens. I didn’t want to leave. And having a beach right outside the door was just awesome. Walking distance to many shops, places to eat. Lovely property.

The condo was stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped and there were beach chairs and gear for our use. The view was fantastic, and the grounds are beautiful and immaculate. Lava Lava Beach Club is a short walk away, and we enjoyed the convenience and atmosphere there. I hope we can return to this property!

Great View Great Location

We have gone to Hawaii a couple dozen times and this had the best view from the lanai. So close to the ocean with a nice large patio area. Top floor unit with a unique corner angle provided great views to the water. The unit itself suited us well. Plenty of items in the kitchen to make yourself at home with some beach toys in the closet. The complex itself is very nice. Great natural feeling landscaping that is well cared for. Definitely would recommend.
