Light and spacious 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths + Loft with 1815 square feet of interior living space.
Alii Cove one of Kona's best locations. Featuring a secure gated community with second entrance. Townhouse is an end unit private and quiet. Close and easy walking distance to pool, spa, children's pool and fitness room. Easy walk to the beach right across the street! Located in the lower area of the complex. No walking up or down a steep drive where some other units are.
Townhome style floorplan with no one living above or below. Open design with stylish finishes and very well maintained. One bedroom and one full bathroom downstairs with oversized shower. Gourmet kitchen with pantry, breakfast bar with three swivel chair bar stools and new stainless steel appliances. Dining area with seating for six. Great room style living room with soaring ceilings. Fenced yard/lanai with ocean view. Storage closet includes six Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella's, snorkel gear, pool toys, fishing gear, beach bag. Patio furniture and barbeque.
Upstairs has an oversized master bed room suite, lanai with ocean view, high ceiling, walk-in closet, his& hers vanities. Guest bedroom, full bathroom with soaking tub/shower, new washer & dryer. PLUS an open Loft to relax in.
New flooring and window treatments. Custom oversized windows and doors.
Enjoy the scent of the ocean and take in the ocean breeze and views! Year around gorgeous Kona sunsets, cruise ship views. Close walking distance to the historic Kona village with shopping, restaurants, Kona's farmers market, Kailua Kona Wharf and the Hulihee Palace.
Rental car available to guests at an additional daily rate. Contact Host if interested.
In addition to the nightly rate, the state of Hawaii tax charges of 17.962%. The tax will be calculated and added to the final cost.
Upon arrival guests are required to register with Resident Manager within 3 days. Providing names and ages of guests. This is for fire insurance compliance and access to pool area.
All guests to acknowledge and abide by the Alii Cove Homeowners rules and regulations. Alii Cove has a mandatory minimum 30 night stay.

Aloha, my name is Robyn and I love Kailua Kona! A dream come true to have a beautiful beach house in Hawaii. A native from California who loves spending as much time as possible with family and friends in Kona. Love the beach, swimming and snorkeling, going on excursions around the Big Island and horse back riding at Na'alapa stables in Weimea.
