The house Features a majestic stair case connecting to the three bedrooms and bonus room on the second floor. All three upstairs bedrooms have sweeping views of the south sound, mountains, tree top canopy below, and city lights. The Master suite is has two bay windows and a comfortable california king bed with amazing views. The bonus room is equipped with a pool table, two seats, couch and a TV with Xfinity cable and an X-box with games or bring your own for additional entertainment options.

The deck is where most guests tend to spend their time. Surrounded by gardens, and a small lawn. A teak table seats 6 guests comfortably and you can stay warm with the built in propane table top fire. You may also choose to recline in one of the two cedar adirondack chairs facing the water. Light up the night with remote controlled patio lighting and stock up the wet bar with fridge as you enter the deck. Just off the deck, take a dip in the large 6 person hot tub and enjoy the night ships, stars and count the satellites as they slowly roll by.

Access to private beach and use of kayaks expands your entertainment options. The house is situated in a cozy, private neighborhood with streets that are easy for bicycles and also has direct access to the Dockton Trailhead at the end of the street (a 3 minute walk). The Dockton Forest boasts an amazing array of Madrone Trees and has miles of trails for hiking & biking and also has some amazing view points. You will find a wide variety of hiking options throughout the island maintained by the Vashon Parks Department.

A quick 15 minute car ride will land you in the town of Vashon. Explore the variety of shops, galleries and grab a bite to eat at some of our restaurants, breweries or pubs. If wine tasting is on your itinerary Vashon will not disappoint. There are a variety of wineries, including a cidery as well.

Some nearby attractions include: Point Robinson Light House, Maury Island Nature Preserve, Vashon Country Club (open to the public), and the Dockton Marina.
