Nuestra unidad del primer piso está ubicada en el extremo opuesto del estacionamiento lejos de los autos y tiene su propia entrada privada. Las dos habitaciones grandes incluyen sala de estar con futón, televisión y cocina nueva; el dormitorio tiene una cama queen junto con su propia televisión. Tiene un baño completo, aire acondicionado y es adecuado para 2 adultos y 2 niños. Hay una bonita zona para sentarse al aire libre frente a su unidad y está a solo unos pasos de la piscina climatizada al aire libre; la playa está directamente al otro lado de la calle. Estacionamiento fuera de la calle para un vehículo. Nuestro complejo está bien mantenido y administrado profesionalmente con el administrador del sitio. Área de barbacoa con parrilla de gas, mesa de picnic. Lo sentimos, las mascotas y fumar no están permitidos. La piscina está abierta desde el Día de los Caídos hasta el Día del Trabajo.
Nade en la playa del océano directamente al otro lado de la calle desde el complejo o nade en nuestra piscina climatizada al aire libre de temporada. Cocine en el interior, tome una barbacoa al aire libre o salga a cenar fuera .... quédese local o vaya a otros lugares de interés. Nuestra ubicación te ofrece muchas opciones para disfrutar de tus vacaciones ...

Quick getaway

The property was very clean which I appreciate. I was on the first floor and could hear the people above moving furniture so maybe next time I would get a second floor condo. Overall I enjoyed my stay!

Perfect little getaway!

We just wanted a quick getaway before school starts & this was perfect! It was great to have the pool & ocean steps away. Liz checked in with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction (and it was). This was our 1st time using Vrbo & will def. do again! :)

Nothing but great things to say about this place! The space was perfect for what we needed and in a great location. The condo was clean and the property was well kept. Having the pool and beach was the best of both worlds! The owner was wonderful to deal with and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! Will be back for sure!

Great place in a convenient location.

Great unit in a convenient location. Heated pool is a huge bonus if you have kids that like to swim. Owner was great to work with. Be advised that towels/linens do not come standard. The owner was nice enough to provide a remedy. Would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Amazing Condo in Amazing Location

Everything about our stay here was incredible. The condo was the perfect size and everyone was super helpful and friendly. There was a cute restaurant less than 100 ft down the road, and the best part was how close to the beach this place was. All we had to do was step outside, cross the road and we were there. I can’t wait to book another stay next year!!

Anniversary/Birthday getaway

We enjoyed our stay we had what we needed at this location in Dennis Port. It was near everything that where we were going, Lots of good places to go out for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. And the Owner was very nice and informative about our directions and kept us updated about our arrival. We would recommend this place.

Don’t let the buildings’ exterior fool you. Outside looks a little dated, but inside was nice, clean and comfortable. Owner and condo management reached out in advance to make sure we were set. Had no issues. Beach is right there. Small beach, but very convenient. Would strongly recommend.

Nice location. Set back from road. The place was cozy. Rooms and kitchenette nice size.

Although I had three grown children with me we fit into this little condo now very nicely the kitchen was very functional we did breakfast and lunch there and ate dinner out at restaurants which were all pretty centrally located. The place was clean well maintained and had a nice feel to it I would definitely recommend this property

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time and a perfect stay. The unit was perfect for our needs, spottlessly clean and Liz was always just an email away and always responded promptly if I had a question. We only prepared breakfast in the unit but it was equipped with everything that you needed. We especially enjoyed the short walk across the street to enjoy the beach. I will say that if you do not like a firm mattress an inexpensive egg crate foam topper would benefit you, I did not mind the firmness but my husband prefers something a little more cushiony due to back issues. We would definitely stay again. The one thing that we liked the most was the central location. It was so convenient for our travels, we were only on the Cape for 5 days but due to the location we were able to see and do so much. Thank you Liz for sharing your unit with us and especially for making sure our stay was as nice as possible.

We take pride in our property and want you to feel comfortable and right at home. Because we are here on the Cape, we are close by if you need us and there is also a property manager on site.
