Whether you are taking a winter vacation to experience the legendary Utah powder, or enjoying our gorgeous summers on foot or on mountain bike, Park City will give you a vacation you will always remember! A great location allows you to easily enjoy all our mountain town has to offer. Your hosts are also local, which allows us to provide quick responses, suggestions for activities and food, and immediately address any concerns if they arise.

The easily accessible condo is a second floor unit and offers views of Park City Resort from the patio. The living room has a new sofa sleeper, TV, and a cozy wood burning fire place. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. It has all necessary pots/pans, utensils, and dishes for a night of cooking in. The bathroom has a full-size tub as well as a new vanity. The bedroom has a new comfortable king size bed and plenty of closet space.

The location of the condo is truly fantastic. It's right across the street from Park City Mountain Resort and is a mile from Main Street. The condo is also located right on Park City's free shuttle/bus line. Free off-street parking, WIFI, and hot tub are available.

Please note reservations cancelled before the 2nd payment are subject to the non-refundable 3% credit card processing fee imposed by the card processor.
Refunds for deposits due to guest cancellation will not be refunded the 3% bank processing fee.

Great location but something very off

1) Our first 3 days, we did not know that our door was not locking. We discovered tape over the bolt and when we asked the owners about this, no response. The door locked when we removed the tape. Very odd and lucky that nothing was stolen.2) Some answers to our questions were non-sensical, like describing a storage room that did not exist. I several times wondered if the owners had several properties and we getting us confused with another tenant.3) Walls are VERY thin, can totally hear the conversations of people next door. This is not the owner's fault, just want to mention this for people considering this property.4) Charged us 150 for a stain on the carpet that we absolutely did not make. Afterwards, it occured to me that the cleaners may have spilled something and blamed it on us, but I gave up arguing about this.The price is good for the location, but not staying here again with so many other options nearby.

Ski Holiday in Park City

Great condo in a great location with all the facilities you require. Kitty was very helpful with checking in and continued contact during our stay. Only small criticism for our two week stay was the noise of the occupants above with floor creaking.

This condo is a true gem. Very nicely furnished, very clean, every little touch has been thought of. The kitchen was very well-equipped, the bed was super comfortable, the linens/towels were excellent. And Kitty was so accessible and responsive. We loved staying here!!

Ideal location

This condo unit is great! The location is across a parking lot from the nearest ski lift (First Time) and has a large grocery store nearby, as well as being within walking distance of the main streets with shops and restaurants. It was clean and comfortable and very well-appointed with all the things you might need! We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location and comfortable condo!

Couldn't ask for a better location, just a few minute walk to the lift every morning, and a short walk to main street. Super comfortable condo with everything you would want, we really enjoyed our stay!

Everything you need for an easy ski trip

The location can't be beat: 2 blocks to park city resort , 2 blocks to the bus stop to catch the free busses to Main Street or Deer Valley. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 (2 parents, 1 grandparent, 1 toddler). Plenty of room, lots of amenities in the kitchen, including basic pantry items too. Beds were comfortable and the host was very communicative. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect condo/perfect location

We enjoyed our stay here so much! It was clean and warm and inviting and had the most comfortable bed!! It had a beautiful view and was walking distance to Main Street. We had such a memorable vacation and can’t wait to go back!

Lovely view of Eagle Chair at Park City

Kitty and Rob are wonderful hosts and went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed. The one bedroom condo was tastefully decorated and the kitchen had everything you needed, even a crockpot but I didn't get to use it. A lockable ski locker is provided in the garage for use, and we ended up parking our rental car in one of the garages which was great as it snowed for 4 days out of the 6 nights we stayed. There is a laundry room located on the ground floor with 2 washers and dryers which were coin operated. There is a fresh market supermarket about 2 blocks away (approx 15 walk) which had really nice produce and fresh prepared meals which made it easy on meal to cook the family dinner after getting in 19 miles of skiing in a day. It was a short walk (about 5 mins) basically across the carpark to the First time chair or Eagle chair my 8 and 11 year old boys didn't complain too much and we joked that this was the hottest part of the day walking to the ski lift! We loved our stay and definitely will be back.

Perfect for Ski Vacation

We had a great stay at this property! The condo was clean and exactly as pictured in the listing. Kitty and Rob were awesome -- I had a bunch of questions and they were always very quick to respond and were SUPER helpful. The condo is literally across the street from PCMR and could not be more convenient for skiing. Also, it's about a mile away from "downtown" PC, so it was the perfect distance for us to be close enough to restaurants, etc. but not in the craziness of downtown. We would happily stay again.

Stay at Powder point

It was great and convenient place to go on ski. The condo was appropriate. Everything in side was ok. A bit improvement: better bedding (to sleep) in the Sofa bed. From the upper floor when people walk, the noise is too much to handle, especially when it’s sleep time.

Perfect ski vacation condo. Loved it!

This Powder Point condo was fantastic! Close enough to the lifts to walk, yet doesn't break the bank. Nice, cozy decor, yet not extravagant. And the customer service from the owners (Kitty and Rob) was incredible. Constant communication and helpful tips all along. And they dropped off a small back of cookies on our doormat that were waiting for us after the first day of skiing. My daughter loved them! Would absolutely recommend and stay here again.

Nice Place

The condo itself is very nice as listed in the descriptions. It had everything that we need to cook when we didn't feel like going out. You can take a short walk to the beginners lift and then its a little bit further to the main lifts that get you higher and the base area (it was a little bit further than we thought but was walkable). We took the bus main street a few times and it was very easy to navigate or you can walk down to main street as well. There was a decent amount of noise coming from the neighbors upstairs (the floor boards are very squeaky in that unit). Other than that everything was great.

Great location near slopes, nice condo

The location is great, right across from the ski slopes parking lot! The condo is great, balcony view of the slopes, nice size kitchen & countertop for cooking and eating if you want to save on food, firewood on the porch to enjoy a fire in the fireplace, decent size master bedroom (not crowded like some rentals), door code emailed, so no office to go by to check in or out & you don't have to keep up with a door key. The owner even left us some homemade cookies on the second day of our stay. Ski locker is handy so you don't have to bring wet skis upstairs.
