Esta casa de playa estilo retiro con mucha vegetación te hará sentir como si estuvieras a un millón de millas de distancia, ¡pero estás a solo 8 minutos del centro! Después de sumergirse en el jacuzzi, descanse en el sofá de gran tamaño en el porche de 3 estaciones y simplemente relájese. Estás a solo 2 minutos a pie de una pequeña playa privada, que es un gran lugar para ver las puestas de sol más hermosas y disfrutar de una copa de vino. También hay una gran playa pública a menos de 5 minutos. Si prefiere agua más tibia, simplemente relájese en el jacuzzi mientras contempla el exuberante patio trasero que atrae a colibríes, mariposas, ciervos y más. También hay una hoguera de gas natural para asar s'mores en la terraza y una parrilla Weber. ¡Este es el lugar perfecto para construir recuerdos con su familia y seres queridos!
¡Excelente ubicación! Los árboles altos y el gran lote de nuestra casa lo harán relajarse de todo el ajetreo y el bullicio, pero estamos a solo 8 minutos del centro de Saugatuck, a 7 millas de la playa Oval y a 10 minutos de Douglas. Nuestra casa fue decorada profesionalmente en 2021 con muebles de alta gama que se enfocan en ser relajados y cómodos. Sillón de cuero personalizado, muebles de Serena & Lily, RH, mesa de centro Blackman & Cruz y similares: este no es un alquiler típico con un millón de muebles al azar. Todo está bien cuidado y muy limpio ya que vivimos aquí la mayor parte del año. Ven y disfruta de lo mejor de Michigan.

Loved the fireplace in the morning. Loved the hot tub in the evening, then relaxing in the screened in porch. Excellent location … to beach and good restaurants! Very nice neighborhood! Wonderful and accommodating hosts!! Would recommend property, especially for families with children because of all the child amenities … but still a great property for an adult couple.

Great and comfortable house with lots to offer for your downtime and relaxation. Lots of deer sightings all over the area -- in the front and back yard, and all along the road to and from the highway. Hummingbirds, woodpeckers and other birds as well. Got to enjoy a lot of nature from the fire pit, hot tub and back deck. Beautiful front yard as well. We ended up doing many activities and restaurants suggested in the guide the hosts shared, and they were great recommendations. It ended up being a fantastic trip! We wished we had stayed a 5th day to get more time at the house!

If you are looking for the perfect vacation near Saugatuck then look no further. The house was perfect for our family and we were warmly welcomed by their personal touch. My youngest son was especially enamored with the adorable s'mores box that was so kindly offered. He also loved taking one of the bikes for a ride down the shaded street. The arcade machine was a hit with the entire family! We enjoyed the large fire pit and cooked a family dinner on the amazing Weber Summit grill (extra propane tank ready if needed). The private beach is a short walk from the house. The sand was fine and soft, and we borrowed a life jacket, chairs, and boogie boards for tons of fun in the water! Don't underestimate the outdoor shower, which took care of all the sand before coming in the house!Distance to town, hiking and horseback riding was all about 10 minutes, and we spent one eving up in Holland which was only about 20 minutes away. Jayna and Andy were gracious hosts even checking in with us after the first day to make sure everything was perfect. We had such a great time, and we've already talked about coming back to stat again! Thank you!

Summer 2025

The house is perfect for a family. My husband and I brought my mom and three kids. We were all very comfortable. The kids loved the porch and garage playroom. Andy and Jayna have thought of everything. We stayed for three nights and we fell refreshed and ready to start to the school year. There was excellent communication and we hope to be back in the future. As a fun surprise we were even visited by a mama deer and her baby. Thankyou for a great summer get away!

Everything was really nice, house was clean, neighborhood was quiet, everything the owners had done was very well thought out. Our kids enjoyed the toys, bikes and scooters. Was a great distraction so we could plan out the days. Highly recommend this place, would definitely go again if we’re back in the area. Any other place would have a very hard time competing with this house.

Best VRBO I've ever had!

My mom and I booked this house for a weekend getaway and we could not have been more pleased with the hosts, house, hospitality and accommodations! I've stayed at several VRBO's in the past, but I've never experienced the accommodations and care quite like this location. The hosts went above and beyond to really feel like you're at home. The screened in porch, hot tub and fire pit were a highlight of our stay. I couldn't recommend a better VRBO host & house - they truly extend a home to their visitors like family. We'll be coming back again!

Perfect Property!

If you are looking to visit Saugatuck/Douglas area, look no further! This home was very clean, has wonderful gathering places, and the hosts have thought of so many details to make the home welcoming and useful (ex: shower products, towels for the hot tub & beach, beach necessities like chairs & boogie boards, etc!). My family loved the backyard- hot tub, outdoor shower (for after hot tub & Lake Michigan swims), outdoor speakers to connect to, and the fire pit for smores each night. Inside, we loved the screened in porch with PacMan, comfy beds, beautiful home decor and furniture, and a kitchen with everything you need! Lake Michigan is a quick minute walk away, and we loved swimming, wave-jumping and watching sunsets there. Getting into town was simple! Saugatuck was a quick 10 minute drive, Douglas even closer. And we knew what restaurants and activities to try thanks to their amazingly detailed welcome binder! There are also some great restaurants and an ice cream shop only 5 min away. Jayna was also great with communication- before our stay and during- just to make sure we were all set and enjoying ourselves. This is a gem of a home and we highly recommend it!

Great Family Home With Thoughtful Hosts

The hosts thoughtfully provided a great stay for our family. They provided a detailed guide about the home, the neighborhood and their favorite activities and restaurants. They had many toys, games and amenities for our children that made the stay very enjoyable. Our kids really enjoyed the garage play space that led into a spacious driveway and yard. We appreciated the walkable neighborhood, navigable stairs to the private beach and the close proximity to Fennvile, Douglas, Saugatuck and South Haven. The hout tub was well cared for, the fire pit and smore makings were a nice touch and we thoroughly enjoyed the screened in porch. Would definitely recommend for a family stay.

Perfect house and home

Blew away our expectations! The house was super clean and perfect for two couples and our little kids. The hosts were kind, flexible and highly communicative. Beautiful location right by the lake! Could not recommend this more strongly. Can’t wait to be back!

Wooded sanctuary

We were two couples and had a wonderful time in this lovely and comfortable home close to the beach and 10 minutes from Saugatuck. We especially loved the wooded backyard with cozy furniture, gentle breezes and birds coming to the feeders - and the fire pit and hot tub! IF we had specifically wanted a beach vacation, we might have chosen something with less steep, narrow stair access on a wider, more walkable beachfront (admittedly hard to find in this area) - BUT for us this home provided a perfect balance of walkable access, natural beauty, comfort and quiet calm near great restaurants and activities. (There are plenty of bigger beaches within a quick drive.) The home and property is lovely, just as pictured. Jayna was an attentive, responsive host.

Great Lake Michigan Escape

The property was absolutely perfect for our stay! Close to what we needed, beach access was easy, and communication with a Jayna was super clear! The home felt very private, beds were comfy, and we had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend! The hot tub was awesome (and plenty of towels). Just a really great space to enjoy time with friends and be comfortable! Would absolutely stay here again!

Great for a family getaway

We had the best time with our family (includes a two- and five-year-old). The house was incredibly kid-friendly and my sons are already asking when we can go back to "our Michigan house." Yes, the stairs to the beach are steep, but our (admittedly fearless) two-year-old handled them fine.

Fall Getaway Magic

This was the most beautiful home for a weekend getaway to escape the craziness of life. Communication with Jayna was easy, quick, helpful, and so friendly. This is, by far, the nicest home I’ve ever stayed in. The windows looking out into the yard were perfect for viewing Michigan’s fall colors, falling leaves, and deer. The hot tub was so relaxing, as well as the gas fire pit. I can’t wait to plan a return trip in the near future. Thank you!

Perfect for a Relaxing Fall Get-Away

This property is perfect for families. They set-up a full-size crib for us and the home is impeccably clean. All of our favorite fall activities were just 5-10 minutes away. The furthest we travelled was to Holland and South Haven and those were just 20 minutes away. We were able to fully relax and create Fall memories with our little one.

Slice of Paradise!!

Amazing experience from the start! Jayna and Andy are excellent hosts and are all about the details! Little surprises and “housewarming” touches were a great gesture of kindness and care. The house was extremely clean and well maintained while being located in a perfect setting. My wife and I had a great time and already talking about coming back in the future! We really enjoyed our stay here. The house and grounds are beautiful, and in a perfect location. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, beautiful backyard, hot tub, three season porch, and especially the bike rides in the morning. The binder provided was very helpful. Fennville Fun

Pleasant stay in a nice home in quiet area, easy drive to local wineries, beaches, restaurants and other attractions. Short walk to private Lake Michigan beach, steep stairs as noted. Hot tub, fire pit, everything was great.

We love the Saugutuck & Fennville & Douglas area. Just very family friendly, clean, safe, and plenty to do. Has a great laid back feel just like a beach town should. Everyone is very friendly and down to earth. Lots of good restaurants, u-pick farms where you get pick your own produce, great wineries with lovely music in the vineyards.

This is a very relaxing home and calm peaceful energy about it. The 3 seasons porch is great to sit on and let fresh air come through, many deer come to our yard usually around dusk and birds in the morning. We leave the windows open at night to get the fresh air in. All furnishing are new within the last year or two and we keep our home very clean.
